So first off I want to say that the man that did my toes was very sweet and did a good job as well as my moms. There was a woman named Tiffany and an older woman who were absolutely rude and would not paint my 2 year old nieces toe nails for whatever reason after they already said they would. She has had her toes painted multiple times and the older woman was going to do it but then all of a sudden stopped and refused and said a woman named Tiffany would do it but then never did. It was very uncomfortable, not a kid friendly place. If you have young kids that you want to have their toes painted, do not go here. Davinci is kid friendly. Also, Tiffany called out my sister not being happy for a previous experience that my sister didn’t even remember. Very unprofessional!

This place has the best manicurist ever, his name is Khiet, super patient and friendly. Although I couldn’t decide what color to put on and changed my mind a few times, he was still cool with it and always has a very calm vibe. He has great skill too, he did exactly like what I want and the whole process was painless. Other people that work there seem nice too bc they always greet you with a smile. Highly recommend!

First off, this salon is GORGEOUS! By far one of the most beautiful salons that I have ever been to. Secondly, they do maintain a great initial custom service experience...asking if you would like a beverage, snacks, etc.I am so disappointed to say that I had the worst manicure of my life here. I am a seasoned vet when it comes to getting a gel manicure, consistently getting them refreshed every 2 weeks. We had made an appointment on a Friday afternoon at 3:30pm for five people. Two were young children. Not only were we separated which really sucked as they have the accommodations to seat 5 people in a small area for pedicures but it took them an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES to begin my nieces (3 years old) pedicure. Bless her little heart, she was falling asleep in the chair.My sister had to completely bypass her acrylic fill due to them not having her down/tech available.This all was completely unacceptable to me. What is the point of making appointments? When I said something to the kind lady working at the front, she just offered a quick sorry. Ummm....the least you could do is offer a gift certificate/discount to my sister who wasnt able to get her nails done OR book her an appointment for the next day?I know times are tough and businesses are understaffed but please manage a schedule. I would be mortified if this were my business.The cherry on top is my gel manicure started chipping within two days.Im not one to complain or take the time for a google review but this was a pretty bad experience. Without their desire to remedy the situation all. This probably goes without being said but I have now told multiple people to not go to this salon and that I have no plans to ever return. I gave them two stars to be nice because it really is a beautiful and clean salon. Service wise, I would give them a negative star.

These are my favorite nails I’ve ever had done. You must ask for Katie! I told her I wanted black and gold to celebrate my fiancé from graduating from Purdue and her work exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be back.

She has done a superior job today for sure!I had to update my review because she earned it. She addressed my previous concerns and apologized for the oversights. Then she commenced to demonstrating just what a quality service she could provide. Attention to detail. Fantastic shaping. Thorough and smooth coverage on the polish. Reasonable price. No complaints and only compliments.AND...Le did another marvelous job on my pedicure. Last time she did them, they looked soooo good that a guy told me I should sell pictures of my feet online! Lol! Thats a darn good pedi, dontcha think?!For a sure thing when it comes to your nails and toes, MAKE AN APPT with Tiffany and/or Le. You can thank me later!...and tell em Joy sent you!INITIAL VISIT REVIEW:Great nail salon. Clean, spacious and bright. Prices are about $10 higher than other places. My full set with a regular french manicure was $56. Tiffany did my nails (after being passed from 2 other nail techs). She was pleasant and kind. At a glance, she did a beautiful job; however, upon closer inspection, she neglected all the detailed finishing work (didnt paint the edges of my nails, didnt file under my nail at all despite it being a new full set). For the price, I paid $20 too much and would love to see them make this right. I had to go home and spend another 15 minutes on my nails to have a finished look. Disappointing for sure.Based on the kindness of the staff and the quality of the salon, I would give them a second chance but I will definitely pay close attention to the small stuff.

Everything was terrible I waiting almost a HOUR just for a FILL, he estimated my reference picture at 60$ and I come out paying 94$?? For A FILL that was 40$ and 2 special fingers definitely couldve gotten more for this price else where . Will never be coming again

Very disappointed. Took my daughter and her friend for their first mani and pedi. The polish on their hands was almost off hours later.

Very clean! Professional staff compared to other nail salons in town. No one on their phones or having a full blown conversation with a co-worker while doing my nails. Happy with the services.

Staff is very nice and place is beautiful. I had a gel manicure and color started coming off within 5 days. My daughter had a dip manicure and her color started chipping off within 2 days.

Ugh. I’m struggling to type this because my acrylic nails are blocky and thick. Manicurist left my gel goopy and acrylics super thick. Didn’t paint half of my nail. My pedicure was pointless as my toenails look just like they did when I came in. They didn’t give it time to dry so when the pedicurist put the spacers on, she dinged my moms nail. I have to go elsewhere to have my color changed (it doesn’t look like the card did) and my nails thinned and shape changed. My mom has to redo her toes. On top of it, the ladies who did our toes were not friendly... Wouldn’t return here.

I love their pedicures! The inside has a luxurious feeling. Staff is friendly. Little to no wait. Their menu has several options to choose from. I can’t wait to try their other services.

I had booked a royal hot stone pedicure and a MV manicure online. I absolutely loved the pedicure and the girl who did it, did an amazing job and i had the best experience ever. But i never got the manicure i asked for. The girl who did it didnt even do the basic spa manicure. There was no scrubbing, lotion massage and hot towel wraps. She just trimmed my nails, took care of the cuticles and applied nail polish. But they definitely charged me for the full MV manicure. She could have just asked me what i wanted if she wasnt sure and i feel like theres no point of booking online if they cant even keep a track of what someone has requested for.

Such a beautiful, modern nail salon. I definitely felt pampered. It was a great, relaxing experience.

My daughter was so impressed, she did this for my birthday.So,Made an appointment, first, then when they called to confirm, it was the wrong day. I had to correct them. First concern. We arrived for our allotted time, and had to wait for over an hour just to have part of our appointment done, and then I picked a specialty pedicure, that was not totally done very well, we then were told, we would have to wait yet more time after our pedicures, and after yet another 30 minutes, it was time to leave. Then, suddenly we are ready!! We had to be somewhere. Terrible customer service. My daughter is a steady customer, and she paid over $100 for sub par manicures, and frankly, a disappointing birthday gift. I will not be back.

I have been 4 times and each time the visit has been exceptional. The staff is always courteous & professional. I love the pedicure options - so many to choose from! Each that I have had has been amazing. My favorite so far is the peppermint & eucalyptus. I also have the dip powder for fingers and the staff have all been conscientious of making sure it is not built up & even. The pricing is a little more than what Ive paid at other places in town but for the service & quality provided, its well worth it!

Wonderful quality but extremely pricey - $15-$20 then what I’ve paid elsewhere. If okay with that, I recommend Kate.

Went today for the first time. Had heard great things but was nervous about changing nail salons. First impression was so clean and nice. Love that I was given my own set of files to use and disinfecting was a priority. Mike did a fabulous job and all of the other employees checked in to see if we needed anything. My nails looks great and I will be back! Wonderful service!

Outside of my polish coming off two days later it was fabulous.

This review is really hard to write because my experience up until now had been exceptional. Its so frustrating to find a place I like and over time the experience starts to change, each time regardless of the day of the week I can never get in they are short staff. It wasnt until my last 2 visit that I looked at the receipt of course when your happy you except the damages, but I was being charge for things such as future fees to remove my glitter, even to take off the acrylic. When I called to question what my nail tech(male) had charge me a day later. I was informed that I had to wait until Thursday to get the matter resolved with management. Today is Saturday, at this point its a wrap. Amazon here I come .

I walked in to be barely greeted by the unfriendly guy at the desk. I paid for an upgraded pedicure by what appeared to be an inexperienced nail tech, only to be rushed out before letting polish dry. Needless to say, for as much as they charge, the service and quality is sub par. I need to find a place that is nice and clean with friendly, experienced service that does good quality work!

It was my first there. My technicians name was Mikey. He did a beautiful job. Even helped decide on color which finger. Beautiful shape. Thank you again Mikey if you see this. I heel so much better. Had a messed up thumb nail and you’d never know.

The whole experience from setting up the pedicure appointment, to the pedicure service was top notch!! Thank you Emma for being so careful. Appreciated how ALL tools used came out of a sterile package. Showing me Vince Nail Spa cares about their customers and their cleanliness. I will be coming back...again and again!

Very good place to go for nails, I’ve had no complaints since I started going here nails don’t lift put on with professional people.

I wanted to try a new place because this place was new but I kinda wish I stayed at my old place. The employees were kinda nice to everyone. The lady who did mine was nice but seemed rushed. I got all the things I wanted they just looked rush. They also add $2 for a baggy of your things for sanitary reasons I assume.

I got my nails done today and am very impressed. It is very clean and pristine inside. The people who work there are very professional and do amazing work. I absolutely love my nails and am planning on going back when I need a fill. I highly recommend this place!!!

If you want your nails done, you should definitely try this amazing new place! Any nail tech there can give you great service but Mike has been especially good to me! I love the job that they do and would recommend this place to anyone!

They sat me down and then I waited for about 45 minutes. Two ladies came after me and they did one of the ladies that came after me when i was there. So I left.

I got acrylics put on here back in September and have had them filled twice since then. I am picky about acrylics. If they feel too thick I take them off after a few weeks. The technicians have done such a great job on making them look and feel real. I have been very impressed with the overall professionalism and cleanliness of the salon. The steps they are taking to keep their customers and staff safe are very comforting.

Loved my time here! The place is beautiful and the service is amazing. I get the most I can for my money and their work is always fantastic with the kind workers.

The reason why I am giving three stars is because I went in to get my nails painted. And they just opened and were doing a 20% off sale. So I thought why not and a gel manicure is $36 dollars that’s cheaper than the other place I had been going. And it would be even cheaper than that with the discount and when you walk in it looks super nice and fancy the music is calming and it’s quiet. I had to wait like 15-20 mins because the person said they were understaffed. I didn’t mind waiting I didn’t even mind that they didn’t know what a gradient was I would think if you’re a nail professional place you would but like I said I didn’t mind. What I did find slightly irritating is they gave me a person that didn’t know what he was doing and they kept coming over and doing his work for him. Like if they were really that worried about how my nails were going to look why not just do it themselves or give me a free person. What I am mostly unsatisfied with is they never told me what certain processes would cost more because I would have chosen different if I had known. Because you can’t really say no I’m not paying for this because I didn’t know it was extra after they already did all the work. And I don’t think they even gave me the 20% off and if they did that’s a little steep for me to just get a no chip gel manicure.They did make sure it looks great and I do like it I just don’t think I’m going to go back just on the fact that they weren’t upfront about the costs of what each thing would be. Because I don’t have a lot of money so knowing what the cost is beforehand helps me and not telling me that dip powder and the matte top coat costs more is misleading. And I’m not 100% certain that’s why it was so expensive I’m just going off of the other places and experiences me and my friends have had.

I got a rude person the person was late and she couldn’t give the nails I wanted.She kept yelling at me for asking to do something that wasn’t in the picture because she yelled that it wasn’t in the picture.She also kept yelling that she didn’t know how to do ombré. It stresses me out and she gave me a headache for yelling. I hope she learns not to yell at customers for getting what they want.

We were told 35 mins, went back after 20 and were told 35 mins, went back after 30 and were told 35 mins. No apologies, dont want to look you in the eye and just hope you go way. So we did. Went to Cali Nails got in right away and they were super nice

They dont honor appointments. Paid for a higher priced pedicure package and he did a cheap job. Massage was supposed to be long, but lasted only for 20 seconds. Waste of a lot of money. Then forgot my fill, and asked me to wait for 20 minutes. Unprofessional and rude, especially for a more expensive apartment.

Mikey was wonderful and did a fantastic job on my nails. Relaxing environment with great hospitality. Will be going back!

I love the atmosphere of the salon, but the pedicure was fair at best. I did not get all of the services I paid for and my heels are still rough. This was my first... and last time going here.
