This place is wonderful. I’m not from Fort Wayne and needed to get my nails filled. I came in and was instantly greeted and felt welcome. The lady who did my nails was talkative and new I was nervous and encouraged ways I could relax. My nails look amazing and she was fast. The prices were very reasonable. I will be back!

My daughters & I went to get pampered. We definitely were! Jenny H, Jenny T, Chuck, Iris, and Crystal all took amazing care of us! My girls got a full set of acrylic nails with beautiful nail art. We each got Fresh pedicures. I highly recommend them. I got dip nails. We all love how great our nails look. We really loved how kind and talented each person was. It was very clean, the people were wonderful, and atmosphere was fabulous!❤️ Thanks to all of you for making our day special!!!

All the technicians are friendly and accommodating. The business is very clean and bright. Walk-ins are welcome but if you want a specific time or technician, its easy to schedule an appointment. Jenny has done my nails for years - I will follow wherever she goes! If you are looking for a great mani/pedi, this is the place to go! They work very hard as a team to please their clients.

Was referred to Nikki today by a friend. She made me some awesome coffee while I was getting nails my done. Was able to walk right in. Salon was modern and clean. More expensive than the one I normally go to, but they were very helpful and nice.

I went here to get my nails done before my wedding, and I was so happy with how they turned out! They looked perfect for my big day, and I got so many compliments on them. They lasted a whole month and never chipped. I will definitely come back here again in the future!

The woman who did my pedicure was wonderful and she did a decent job. I would absolutely go back to see her. However, the woman who did my manicure was incredibly rude. I couldn’t hear her so she had to tell me twice that she wanted me to pay for my service before she painted my nails. I have never been asked this before so I was surprised and asked her why … she was visibly annoyed with me and said I’d mess them up if I paid afterwards. She went on to say I was the first person to ever ask her “why” and that if I messed my nails up, she wasn’t going to fix them. I went ahead and handed her my card and she refused to take it… It was clear she was upset with me and she did a sloppy job on the rest of my service. The nails on my left hand are not shaped the same as the nails on my right and the polish job is messy. This experience is really unfortunate because everyone else was so nice and the salon is beautiful and very clean.

Love my nails! The interior is clean and spacious, a lot bigger than it might look from the outside. My bestie got a mani and pedi for about $80 for shellac and I got a mani for $30. They did such a great job on my nails, were extremely friendly/helpful, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Loved the snowflake design! Will definitely be back!

My mother and I came in without an appointment and they brought us a bottle of water and let us sit in pedicure chairs while we waited. It was very clean and the chairs were sanitized as people were leaving. I HIGHLY recommend going here.

Very Friendly Staff. I’ve gone several places to get pedicures and this is by far my favorite. I always leave refreshed and relaxed.

I went yesterday with my friend & her daughter to get pedi/manis, they seated us in the pedi chairs, straightaway, they started the pedicures on my friend and daughter, my black self sat their watching them, 3 techs, go to different, newly arriving customers. 50 mins, I sat there, before someone comes over to start my pedi, I said No thanks! How am I going to waste money when Im ticked off, I went to relax!

Waited 40 mins while soaking my dip gel. Was never talked to or given colors to look at within this time frame. Two people that walked in after me were helped with their services first. The employees knew I was upset and didn’t try to make me feel better about the situation. If you have two hours to waste to get your nails done then this is the place you should go. The nails didn’t last as long as they usually do and the quality of them wasn’t great either.

Was rushed to pick a color.. They did both mani and pedi at the same time. Ive only done this once way back before. I did not appreciate being talked about the whole time I was there. The person doing my mani was rude didnt give me time to pick a different color so I just ended up going for the same color. The person doing my pedi was so rough and the rocks she used on me felt so hot I did not like it. Just very disappointed over all.

💙We walked in Monday afternoon and they started the pedicures right away. Luxe nails on Dupont smells nice, is very clean, is a great size, & is a pretty new place.My feet have not looked this good in a while!💙Thank you Luxe.

Today was my second visit there and I loved it just as much as the first time. The technician was efficient and careful and attentive. Its a step above others that I have been to previously. I feel very pampered there. I had my eyebrows waxed also and the woman did a great job.

I would post pictures but I dont know how but I have been going for at least 2-3 years now with Anna and I love it. I pick my color for dip or acrylics and I let her do whatever design she wants to do that day she has ways done such an awesome job. Im notorious for scewing them up because of sports but thats my doing. If i still live in fort wayne then she would fix the one nail if it was still within 2 weeks. Other than that if Im not playing they usually last a good 3-4 weeks.,

Im new to the area, and I was hesitant to try out a new nail salon. Im so glad I tried Luxe! The customer service was amazing! Anna did an outstanding job on my nails! I will definitely be back :)

Luxe Nails is now the only nail salon I will frequent in Fort Wayne and I’ve tried several others in the past. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming and always does an amazing job. Nickie does my mani/pedi and is always available when I need to get in. Make sure you try their Vietnamese coffee when you go!

I absolutely love this place! From the moment you walk in someone greets you and makes you feel welcome. Iris is who does my nails, and she is absolutely amazing! Even though Iris does my nails everyone there is super friendly, and always willing to help to make sure your visit there is absolutely amazing 😊. I highly recommend you giving this place a chance. Made an early appt for a girls day. They got started right on time with all of us. The ladies were all very friendly. The salon is very nice, pretty and clean. Our nails all turned out beautiful! The prices are pretty standard for other places Ive been.

Very professional and honest .....my nails are very short instead of selling me acrylics she said dont bite them and come nack in 3 weeks and we will work with the longer nails...very nice abd they all wear masks and sanitize..

I love this salon! They paid great attention to the small details of my nails to make sure they looked perfect. The salon was very spacious, well lit, and the quiet. They had lots of colors to choose from and did a great job making sure the glitter tips I wanted were exactly how I imagined. My whole family went and all of us had great experiences - each of the ladies doing our nails had great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I did not even plan on going to this spa but I surely am so happy I did. The nail salon I usually go to was not open yet and I am usually pretty loyal but I thought I wanted to at least try it just incase I was missing out on something special. And I definitely was!! This is the best salon experience I have had in a very long time!!! Everyone was so nice, very perceptive to my needs. It is the little things that mean alot to me, and they definately make sure you are comfortable at all time. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. While I was getting my manicure they could tell I was not as comfortable as I could be and brought me a pillow for my back. My pedicure was amazing and I loved my manicure and a fabulous hand massage!! I am now addicted to vietnamese coffee!!! Jenney made sure everything was perfect and was very personable. If you have not already, please check this spa out. You will not be disappointed!!!

Was told to soak powder off my nails myself, couldve done at home and not been charged. Needless to say I decided to leave without having anything else done... oh and with dried glue all over my hands!😡
