Tech did good job. But was VERY RUDE AND SHORT to me and everyone who walked in. I think shes the boss/owner. Noone was friendly in that entire place. I wont be back.. sad because i was looking for a new spot and she did a good job. (Michelle)

Would not recommend this place paid over $70 for my nails to be be done. The girl did a terrible job. I walked out with fresh nails that looked like they needed a fill. They were dingy and NONE of them were straight. Two lifted off within 3 days. Went back to have them replaced sat for over 30 minutes waiting for the same girl who did them to fix them. Not sure why people sitting around doing nothing couldnt do it.... So after the wait she fixed one and completely ignored me telling her the nail next to the one she was fixing, was lifting and about to pop off too. The next day that nail and one on the other hand came off completely. Went somewhere else to have them fixed. Ended up paying another $50 for a fill. They basically ground them all down to nothing and started over... and then straightened them out. Wont be going back there.

This is a good place for a regular manicure/pedicure, however I would not recommend getting dip here. They shaved my natural nail down pretty far and only did 2 coats of color whereas most places do 3. The color is slightly transparent due to having only 2 coats but the nail tech did not want to do a third coat. He did not trim my cuticles or excess skin after he was done, which is also typical for any manicure. They are understaffed so expect to wait or for your nails to take longer than normal. The staff is friendly, just not very experienced with dip.

The workers are so nice! Its totally corona safe with the separators between us and have to wear a mask to get in which makes me feel safe! The workers work so hard and very professional. We also have to wash our hands before at the sink which is convenient! Its a lot of work for the workers just to make us happy! Very welled skilled and massage chairs r so relaxing!

If you do not like your nails they will not fix them. All the while laughing and talking to their coworkers. Still you get charged for a manicure. Very rude.Their ombre is expensive and barely noticeable.

After 4 days our shellac gel nails are all peeling off. I’m not one to complain about poor nail jobs but our nails look terrible. Waste of $100. Will not be returning.

I have been going routinely for over six months and love the service I get at DT Nails. I have been getting a dip manicure and in my opinion they look better than most others Ive seen. The techs are consistent wth making them look natural, not thick or clumpy. Most of the techs do not speak English well, but are pleasant. Pedicures are wonderful as all.

My wife just left out of the salon and the lady that did her nails left them with big rifts I can see from the other side of the car and was not at all polite in her dealing with her ... little does she know she would have got a 100 dollar tip had she been Profesional and made her happy and satisfied, but she ended up not getting a tip at all for her poor quality and attitude and sounded as though she were talking bad in mandarin or Chinese... very unhappy 😞

No appointment and no waiting. The place is clean and they use masks and plastic guards. They do a nice job.

I been going to this nail salon the past few times ive gotten my nails done but always used dan he is so sweet and good but yesterday i didnt make an appointment and just went and the two people who sit in the front did my nails for one the lady started then her friends or something walked in so she stopped and had the guy next to her go back and forth between me and another girl so the guy who finished my nails was so rude painted them so horrible and rushed then when i complained he was huffing and puffing in my face so i got the first lady back again and she acted like my nail not even fully painted was so big deal and barely fixed the disgusting paint job 10/10 not returning so rushed and nasty attitude

I have been going to DT Nails for the last five years. Very friendly and efficient service, and a large menu of nail and pedicures to choose from. The place is very clean and sanitary. They offer a discount cash card also. Ive been to several other places and this is my favorite.

I have been going here for almost a year since I moved to Fort Wayne. I cannot speak for all their services because I only ever get dip done on my fingers. But, I must say, this is the only salon I have been to in the area (I tried three others on a whim) that does a proper technique for the dip application. I have never been dissastisfied. I have been serviced by every tech at this salon and they all do a great job with dip. They also have a great color selection and I swear every time I go they are adding even more colors to choose from for dip!The language barrier is there as some speak better English than others but it doesn’t bother me. They do get very busy at times, especially weekends. I do make appointments now and usually the wait time is 0-15 min for appointments as I assume they take walk ins and sometimes get behind.As for the cleanliness of the salon, I was impressed when they would give each client a box with a file and a buffer in it and store it for each visit. Now they no longer do this. Instead I think they give you a box with a file and buffer to take home and bring back each visit so they don’t have to store them there. I think sometimes the workers forget to clean tools between clients because tools/drill parts that will be used on me often already have nail dust stuff on them. That would be my only cleanliness complaint.

Showed the tech a picture of pink and white ombré nails with a coffin shape, he nodded and told me they would be 50$ which was fine. he started doing the solar pink and white with no ombré on a square nails, i asked if he was doing coffin shape, said something to another worker and then told me it would be $5 extra. i didn’t want to question it because maybe i had said something wrong but oh well. he cut my finger with the file, proceeded to let it bleed and use his brush to wipe the blood away. paid 55$ to not get what i asked for and to have my blood on that brush which is probably used on other people, which is pretty disgusting if you ask me.

I have been getting my nails done at DT Nails Chestnut Plaza for 9 years. Michelle, Tim and there staff do a fantastic job. I get compliments on my nails often. The staff is experienced, kind and friendly. They offer many services. I frequently get a fill with acrylic polish and a Deluxe peppermint pedicure. Very relaxing. If you havent had a chance to visit them I suggest you do, youll be happy you did!

Shop was clean and airy. Smaller than most selection of traditional polishes. Service was fast and super friendly. Linn did my nails and she was chatty and pleasant. However, she wasnt very into the details. Polish job was sloppy, shaping was subpar and she charged $4 extra to file my nails down. I ended up having to touch up my nails when I got home.Not horrible by far but I wouldnt return unless it was close to an emergency.

I get my nails done very frequently and these are the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. The owner sat there the entire time and rudely talked about her customers to another customer. They cut my nails down too short and when i came in to get them fixed they refused. I asked to get a certain design and they did it the worst I’ve ever seen after telling me they were able to do this. I will never return here. This is the worst I’ve ever seen my nails and i highly recommend never coming to this place!!!

Yesterday I went into DT nails because my shellac manicure I received less than a week prior was chipping and peeling. I went in and told them/showed them the issue. The owner proceeded to tell me that I was wrong about the day I came in and instead of it being a week it was a week and a half. She wouldnt believe me or have someone help me unless I pulled up my bank statement on my phone and showed her when I actually came in. When someone finally helped me I sat at the station with 4 other employees huddled around me. They began speaking a different language, pointing and laughing at my nails. This went on the entire time I was there.The nail tech did not actually attempt to fix my nails properly. She good a nail clipper and peeled the nail polish off removing layers of my natural nail instead of soaking the polish off. Other nails she filed slightly and painted over them--so these nails were much darker than all my others because in the end they had 2 extra coats of paint.When she was finished I said thank you and she just waved me away from her table as I was a bother to her.On my way out I said thank you to the owner and she didnt say a word, just rolled her eyes at me.I will never go back here--they were extremely rude and unprofessional.

I was there last Wednesday and got Shellac on my nails and after one week they are coming off. I noticed the nail stuff they used was not the brand Shellac so likely a cheap imitation. I will definitely not go back. Don’t waste your money.

Amy at DT Nails has done my nails for approximately 2 years. She has always done a wonderful job & I have had a lot of compliments on how my nails look. I always get shellac polish when I get a manicure, and I have never had an issue with the polish chipping. A couple of times, it has been on my nails for 3 weeks, and it has never chipped. The same with a shellac pedicure - I have never had it chip. The salon is very clean and I would definitely recommend it for a good manicure & pedicure experience.

Ive tried this place twice now and both times left wanting to go somewhere else and have them redo them. I paid for a mani and all they did was file my nail. Never pushed my cuticles back, no hand and arm massage. Needless to say I wont be going back. Sad because I live right here. I always give a place 2 attempts but DT you failed me. Disappointed

Its a professional and welcoming atmosphere. everyone is very good at what they do. however it can get a little busy, last time I went, I waited for an hour and a half.

This was the worst nail salon ive ever been to. i had a coupon for a full set acrylics and it cost almost twice the discounted price. i showed them the coupon again and they said the price was right, even though it was more than regular acrylic nails!! the people there are so rude. i got a baby blue/periwinkle color for my nails, and after a week they started turning this ugly brown/gray color by the edges and on the actual nail. the color on my nails also started chipping within the week. i am so unsatisfied with the service there and i will never go there again. i would not recommend going there EVER.

I really wanted to like this place. I do polish changes on my feet often - but really needed a true pedicure to clean up my heels/bottom of my feet after a lot of barefoot/flip-flop walking over the past few weeks.A friend has said its the only place she goes to get her nails done and the woman I was sitting next to said she has been going there for 3 years.I arrived and the place was bustling. I was greeted quickly and I asked how long it would be for a pedicure. She told me it wouldnt be too long of a wait & to pick my color. She was right - it was only about 3-4 minutes before I was called back to a chair.The gentleman who did my pedicure was friendly. After removing my polish, he mentioned that some of my nails were thin and would I want to do gel instead? I said sure, why not so I picked a new color. He then worked on the bottom of my feet/heels (which are better than they were, but still not great). Had I seen the state of my feet (or, I should say, the fact that my feet were just ok) I would have changed to just a regular polish rather than gel....The application itself is pretty mediocre. Not horrible - but great (I say my own color change skills were on par): Uneven at the cuticles, rubbed/light application at the edges of several nails, etc. So now - even though this is something that I would like to change myself within a couple of days, I wont be able to because Ill have to have someone take off the gel.I was very underwhelmed and unimpressed with my pedicure.I wont be returning.

Been going here for years and have brought a lot of people. But today I went in to show how the last polish job was all dented up and got sand stuck in from the beach (we went the day after). 3 friends also got nails there at same time and were at beach and their nails were fine, so we thought something must have gone wrong w application. No big deal. We figured they would repolish for me. But the ladys additude was very skeptical and made me feel very uncomfortable. She told me to go back and someone would redo with a very short tone. I started back but then realized I didnt know where she wanted me and paused to ask her. She kind of snapped at me telling me the chair to go to. I felt extremely awkward and decided to just leave. If a business is going to honor the service they should do so in a more welcoming way. Ill never go there again. People make mistakes, no biggie, but attitude and customer service is everything.

I have been to many nail salons, and this one is by far the cleanest! There are always plenty of professionals working, so there is rarely a wait, even without an appointment. I will never go anywhere else. If youre looking for a change, look no further!

Love DT nails! Have been going here with my mom for a long time, so we know the staff pretty well and they are always welcoming! I have very oily nails so my polish never stays on as long as it should, but if I get a chip I stop by the shop and they fix it for free every time. I even broke me acrylic nail off and they fixed it free of charge. I definitely recommend DT nails.

Worst nail salon. I live 1 block away and this would be the most convenient shop. Ive tried at least 4 times. Every time was bad. Very rude service and bad attitudes. I will never be back. One man working actually called me ghetto for wanting art work on my nails.

I just left ft nails and had a horrible experience. I dont remember the guys name who did my nails but it was at station 4. First of he didnt shape my nails the way I wanted. Instead of cophen he did diamond. Next he proceeded to be very aggressive doing my nails and ended up yelling at me to stop watching him and to watch the movie that was playing. I have never been treated so poorly by a nail tech.

WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Rude staff. I went to have my acrylics taken off and she ripped off 3 of my nails. I had to stop her half way through because of the pain. I would give this salon zero stars if that were an option.

If I could give them 0 I would worst experience Iv ever had! Man would not take my card encysted I pay in cash. Charged me 13$ for a 7$ paint job. All because I didnt want anything more that my nail painted. Very hard to understand them at this salon as well.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE,Save your money !!I got a pedicure and literally just got oil all on my legs. Nastiest feeling ever, got all on my sandals and the massage on my legs was so rough she made my whole left leg swell up, after 1 week my nails hurt so bad and I went to Dr, they said I had fungal. I’m really upset. Dr told me they didn’t sanitizer their place that’s why I got the fungus. I’m going to call healthy Department.

Im not normally one to post reviews, but I dont want anyone else to waste their money like I did. The worst looking mani/pedi Ive ever had. Didnt even last a week with the gel. When I called the owner she was very rude and did nothing to make it better. Poor quality and even worse customer service.

Very friendly but clipped nails way to short. A broom on the floor may clean the place up.

I have been having Michelle do my nails for 8 years and I would never go anywhere else! DT nails is very clean and friendly.
