Had a fantastic experience today when I went in for a balayage. The lobby was clean and nice, the staff was very professional.Elizabeth was my stylist and she did a FANTASTIC job. Super fun to talk with as well. I also got my eyebrows waxed and I picked up some new shampoo and conditioner and I’m just ecstatic how soft my hair is. I typically don’t give it the attention it needs for such a long hair style. So Elizabeth had a lot of work cut out for her. Will be returning in the future.

I will be honest, I found a great deal on Groupon and thats what got me in the door today...but the exceptional service and style I received once I arrived will keep me coming back! Elizabeth was my stylist and she was wonderful! I showed her a few pictures to give her an idea and she delivered. I felt so fabulous when I walked out! 😁 Here is the before and after for proof!

We had a great time getting our hair done. The ladies offered us coffee or water and made us very comfortable. Johnna is an amazing hair dresser/stylist.

The stylists have always been professional and the cut has always been good. We often go with a groupon and I feel like the level of service we get then is different. The groupon is for a shampoo and condition plus cut, twice we have only been told we will get a cut. I often have a long wait, as in one appointment for a haircut I was there for 3 hours. It is the little things that took this to a 3 as the overall cut has been ok but there is always something outside of the cutting makes it less than stellar in the visit. This is trying many different stylists within this one salon.

Oh my goodness!!!! WE really lucked out when we and by we I mean our entire family found Johnna!!! My daughter Celestial was first to find her... and over the phone & Skype she would rave about her hair stylist and our grandson was enamored. Now we have moved from Nevada to Indiana and WE love Johnna! Our daughter... said to me the other day. Went in for the first time with a groupon thinking I would check out a new place maybe find a great stylist. My hair was almost to my butt and I wanted a shorter cut so i brought in a pic of a long Bob with side swept bangs and showed Casey the pic she then proceeds to layer my hair so extremely that my shortest layer is literally three inches long. And its the most awful haircut I have had in my life I am seriously contemplating shaving my head. I would try to give them a chance to fix it but I dont see how considering all my hair is now gone. I guess Ill be staying home for a few months till this monstrosity grows out.

Johnna is amazing! My hair was not the color I wanted before I came in, because my last stylist left me with brassy blonde and not the cool blonde I asked for. Johnna assured me she would fix it and she definitely did. It is the exact color I wanted, she cut it, I also got a deep conditioning treatment and it was all for a good price! If you need a good stylist, she is the one to see!

Only if I could give them less than a star. Bad experience with Casey. I want to try the salon as I was new in town so came with Groupon. First all I think they don’t treat people nicely, carrying Groupon coupons. Anyway I went for my hair to get blue color and showed some references of what type of color I want and she ruined it and after that she gave reason that black hairs don’t show blue color. I mean common I did came from Mars. I have phone I just showed you photo with a girl having black hair having light blue hair color. Than again I went coz I was not satisfied with the color and she charged me with full amount and still not I didn’t got that color what I was looking. I had to cut my My long hair for nothing. I would never recommend anyone.

Horrible treatment before and after Casey turned my hair blue. Then when I asked to have it fixed they refused to do my hair again. I was going there for 4 yrs and cannot believe this is how they are running the salon. Its a shame that sticking up for her daughters bad dye job is more important than a returning client!

Casey took care of me and I will say it is the best haircut Ive had in YEARS. Only thing I would say is I guess hairdressers dont feel they need to be as professional anymore. There was cussing from multiple ppl and I just dont appreciate that.
