Bryan is the best. He can do anything you want. He is very professional, personable and I think his pricing is reasonable. I will never go to anyone else.

Been coming to this location for several years. Not sure Ill get the same customer service since I didnt frequent Queen nails before. This was my second visit since new ownership and I was just a person in a chair. I wasnt offered any special design just get in and get out since they were overbooked and had people waiting . You gotta do better. I deserve the same treatment as your regulars.

Worse nail experience ever! They don’t sanitize their tools. My friend and I went after work and they used the same tools on both of us. Clippers did not come from an autoclave package. Who knows how many customers they used the same tools on. Yuck. The establishment was dirty as well. The guy yanked and pulled so hard on my feet. He also burnt me with the dremel. Will never return. Yuck!!!

This place is amazing and the nail tech I had was the best that I’ve ever had in my life. He did EXACTLY what I wanted and he took his time. I had my nails last for just under a month!!! I did a colored acrylic powder because it was just a one time thing for a special event,?I wasn’t going to get a fill and figured I’d take them off in about two weeks, they didn’t crack, break, lift, The ends near my cuticles didn’t break. Extremely good quality and his technique was the best that I’ve seen!!!! Not to mention he shaped it perfectly.

Staff was friendly, but they didn’t clean their stations between clients. I sat down at a table with nail dust from the previous client on the table still. My requests were not easily understood. I asked for a heart and the guy laughed in my face.I dont recommend.

Never again. Person doing my toes paid no attention to me pulling my feet away because he was cutting into skin and not cuticle. Even while filing it hurt. I dont think I could go somewhere and get a worse pedicure.

Came in for a pedicure as a walk-in, an employee told me 15 minutes to wait. Turned out to be more like 30 minutes. The floor was covered in nail trimmings (plastic and natural). The nail tech dropped several tools (the pumice sponge, solution and lotion bottles) on the floor during my pedicure, and did not attempt to contain the shavings from cleaning up callus, scattering them on the floor and pedi station. Foot/leg massage with a classic pedi was described as minimal, but was essentially nonexistent. Will not be back, based on cleanliness alone.

Nails are okay. I told the man to put the design on my middle finger and he put it on my ring finger. Nails and design are crooked and glue is coming out my nails. The lady took out my toe nails and sand them down so low and uneven. My finger nails look mediocre and done by a beginner. I asked and booked for Bryan and was sent to someone else after they finished my pedicure because he was running behind schedule I guess. I will not be going back anytime soon.

I would not recommend going here at all!!! I arrived at 1130am and they didn’t get me in a chair until 1220 and they still hadn’t started my nails. They allowed 2 people to go in front me and they didn’t have appointments and arrived after me. Extremely poor service. And after all that my nails looked terrible!!

My 19 year old son, my 12 year old daughter and I came in together. My son did a special pedi, daughter did kids mani and pedi. And I did a special pedi and gel mani. ALL THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL! The three of us had terrific experiences and will definitely recommend and will come back. The paraffin wax on feet was heaven.

I dont understand why people give them such bad reviews. The staff is very welcoming, quick, and nice. My nail tech was Sarah and she did an overall good job. Shes still newer at nails but she did great my only complaint is that the shaping could have been a little better. But nonetheless I love my nails and the color. And to top off my amazing visit I only paid $21 for a full set

First time was awesome, nails lasted awhile. This time I had some young guy do my nails. He went alot faster than the older guy the time before. Nails were falling off the second day I had them, paint chipping off. I didnt realize until after I was home that he didnt push my cuticles back like everyone else does. Wont be wasting anymore money that this salon.

Nail pros is always my first choice, great techs and design artist. I have never walked out unsatisfied, disappointed or over charged. Theyre prices are decent and in my opinion worth paying.

Waxing service was nice and pleasant. Very good customer service! Only thing is that it was a bit of a wait (but that because they are awesome and lots of people wanted a service that day). Normally theres only a 10 minute or less wait. Ill definitely go back!

Went and got my nails done today. They made me feel comfortable and were great! Mr 7 as he says was wonderful. Will be going back again and again. Cant wait to take my daughters there. Would recommend them to anyone. My nails are beautiful

I went in there and they use to be my favorite place honestly. but after the last time i will never go there again. the woman i got was completely distracted and was not paying attention to what i wanted or the quality of her service. she went too fast and didn’t do many things that go into doing nails. i went to another nail place for them to fix what was done. the acrylic was completely under my cuticles which is the reason why they start lifting. i would just recommend them to slow down and actually listen to a customer.

My nail tech was very friendly and she did an amazing job! The salon was clean and I was very impressed with how quickly I was seated and assisted despite being a walk in on a Saturday.

I went today to this place for a pink and white full set. They are low prices compared to everywhere else! They did a fantastic job! Very detailed and perfection! They also customized their tv to laughs gags for entertainment. I will definitely go back and be a returning customer!! Love that place!!

I got one of the best pedicures there today!!! Ive never seen the man who did it before, but what a treat! I paid for the deluxe pedi and got my legs oiled, hot stoned, rubbed with fresh orange slices, lotioned and massaged, paraffin wax dipped and polished to death! EXCELLENT! Very good pedicure. I recommend an appointment. .. and good tips. But Ive seen them do just as good a service to those who tip a few dollars. Top notch place.

Worst nail salon Ive ever went to!!! They were rude to customers & did a disgusting job on my nails. The owner used his finger nail to scrape off my shellac!! Added so much thinner to the shellac that it ruined my paint job. When I asked him to fix it he said, its just the polish. I also have rough edges from hardly filing my nails and I can see the previous color on the corners of a few nails. I watched him turn a customer away because she wanted a simple polish change. After he greeted her and probably realized it wasnt worth it (her 8 dollar service), he then told her they were too busy. Yet there were only 4 customers including me. The salon was dead and now I see why. I will be reporting them.

I would not go back to get my nails done. The fill was fine but the gel is all over my fingers and the guy drilled on my fingers multiple times. Pedicures are good though. Only reason I gave it a 2 star review.

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I was in nail pros salon this past saturday and the work is way below par, they used gel polish when that isnt what I requested and then NOT EVEN 2 HOURS later the gel was peeling off in CHUNKS, paint job was sloppy acrylic and glue were EVERYWHERE. NOT happy at all. WAY OVER PRICED FOR THE SERVICE THEY OFFER. If you want decent looking nails...go elsewhere.

I had never gotten a manicure before, but was getting married and wanted my nails to look nice. I went to two different salons that were much busier (for some reason) with much longer wait times. My french manicure looked awful so I came to Nail Pros to see if they could fix it. I just had them repainted and reshaped. Out of the 3 salons, Nail Pros was the only one that properly shaped my nails & actually cleaned up my cuticles (they looked pretty rough, but the other 2 just left them alone - not a good look). I will NEVER go anywhere else! Very friendly & they know their stuff!

AWFUL! Read in entirety! I came in for a full set, told her, (table 5) that I was getting my nails done for my engagement.... probably the worst thing I could have done because I have NEVER had someone F up and be so careless during any session, ANYWHERE... she got acrylic everywhere all over my fingers, she was extremely aggressive and was causing me pain, I pulled my hands away and went to the guy at the desk Toan (table 1 or 2)... he has done my nails before and I know hes capable of doing a good job and I begged him to help.The girl had the nerve to be hollering at me and be loud while I explained what happened... I remained quiet and calm as all I wanted was for these damn nails to turn out right.Im not sure if he was in a bad mood because he had to finish the job or come off his break or what but the shape of the nails was a total joke, all oblong, coming off the nails and he got polish smudged everywhere and would not offer me a discount LET ALONE AN APOLOGY.I paid my 26.00 and thats the last theyll see from me.I do have a happy ending though, my friend recommended a place called Polish on Dupont, they are just as cheap and she only was going to charge me 10.00 to reshape the mess and repaint...... they also speak fluent English there and have a STANDARD! The girl that saved my day was named Salena and I tipped her 10.00 as all I ever wanted was for my nails to look good.Sadly Toan missed out on that tip.

I feel obligated to write a review on this business because of the un professionalism displayed and the condition of the Salon tools. Lee filled my acrylic set but painted them a wrong color. He told me to come back tomorrow between 12-1. I did that and we were interrupted by an already previous scheduled appointment. This is very unprofessional to have two customers expecting to have work done on their nails with the same person at the same time. Lee continued to fix my nails the way I asked him to do the day before. I get home and receive a Instagram message from the owner of Nail Pros’s TOMMY (skinny boy) telling me they both no longer will accept my business because I am picky. DO MY NAILS RIGHT I WONT HAVE TO COME BACK. DO NOT SCHEDULE TWO CUSTOMERS AT THE SAME TIME. Also all tools used on customer nails have been already pre opened and use on other customers, they put it back in the plastic bag, appearing to the eye as if they are brand new. All nail files should be discarded after each customer however they use them on several customers. Possibly causing contamination from one person to the next. BEWARE OF THIS NAIL SALON!

2 nails have broken off and it hasnt even been a week

So disappointed. Wanted a new set remove old tried to talk me out of it. Very few colors to pick from. Cant do designs on their web page. Got French tip and there is gaps between my nails and the fake ones he put super glue in-between after he was done and left it like that. Still can see old part of nails. Then between getting my nails off got the deluxe pedi and she didnt even massage my legs or feet just rub more like just touching the skin. Had 2 different people doing my nails which drives me nuts!!I dont ever rate places but dont go here they suck!!The new girl that works there is supper nice and tried hard go somewhere else young lady and learn from someone else.

Wayne couldnt seem to find a new place that listened/were as understanding to what I wanted, like the salon I went to at home, until I stopped into Pro Nails. Oh and their TV is cool too :)

Im upset writing this because I really have been liking this salon i have been coming here for my biweekly acrylic fills for about 3 months or so. I decided recently I wanted to have my acrylics soaked off and give my nails a break. I walked in this evening and told the owner this. He clipped my nails short and pulled out the container if acrylic tips. He began using an acrylic nail to rip off my pinky nail. When I say rip off, there is barely any nail left. I told him no he needs to soak them and he told me its too hard. He finally soaked them in a stainless steel dog dish. After soaking and him grinding the acrylic off multiple times. He begins to buff my raw, very sensitive nail beds. My pinky is near skin at this point. A piece of my real nail started to peel up on my left ring finger. The manager began to start ripping it up before he realized it was my real nail. He thin clipped the piece off, only leaving me with half a nail. Aside from this horrible experience, the owner was incredibly rude the whole time and acted irritated I did not want to get my regular fill. I was originally going to get just a gel polish after my acrylic was removed so they looked nice but I simply do not have enough nail left. Its going to be months before my nails are CLOSE to normal. I feel 2 stars is generous after what occured. I give that simply because this is the first real problem I have had here.

I went and ordered the 25 dollar manicure/ pedicure special and the pedicure was fine but my nails look like absolute crap. There was paint all over my hands and cuticles. My thumb nail and ring finger didnt even get painted all the way. The polish was chipping and falling off 3 hours after i left and i was only driving home. I asked for a refund and she refused. I do not appreciate the service, she wouldnt even let me explain my situation. I would not go back, and i would not recommend any one to them ever.

Terrible. All of my nails are extremely uneven and there is nail polish all over my cuticles. I complained to my nail tech and she did nothing to fix it and the I told the check out guy I was unhappy and he laughed. Will never return.

I got nails done there and the girl who did them did a crappy job. On my right hand the acrylic is starting to come loose from the nail. The paint started to come off in 3 days. I wont be going back thats for sure.
