I have been a regular customer at this salon and as I continue coming here, the service and quality has worsen and disappointed every time. My sister and I went went in at 6pm and didn’t leave until 8pm. Given they were busy but the lady kept rushing us, I would ask a question and the lady didn’t understand me to the point where I would have to repeat myself and yell at her. On top of that, my sister that told me that the same lady was being rough with her and she’s 11yrs old. Along with that, the restroom smelled like a fish market. Overall not happy with this location and will not be returning.

Ive been looking for a good nail shop near my home & I found an even better then good, I found just what Ive been searching for AmAzInG! Acrylics just how I wanted them & pedicure was perfect a well! Definitely my new go to💅

Hector did my nails today and I absolutely LOVED THEM! I always do powder for my nails. They’re my natural nails and he files them so perfect to the point where they look acrylics. He’s my go to now and I love how he pays attention to detail and makes sure they look perfect! The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

I got my nails done June 10 and it’s June 17 and already two of my nails have popped off, and no I wasn’t doing nothing difficult, literally was scratching my head and they came off, plus the lady who did my eyebrows did a horrible job had to go back in fix them. Won’t be coming back here

The lady rushed me did a horrible job. Tried making me pay 72 and I complained about it cause of her work and ended up paying 65. The shape is terrible the hearts are terrible. Acrylic all over my skin. My cuticle look terrible. I do not recommend this place

Love this nail place! They took their time with making sure I was happy with the way my nails came out. Staff is very friendly. The guy with the tattoos on both of his arms that say If you are born poor, its not your fault did my nails today and he was SO detail oriented. Ive had my nails done for years and his job is the BEST I have seen!!! Walked out very happy with my nails. He is my go to nail guy from now and on!!!! Highly recommend this place. 😊👍

This my is a nice place I like that fact every one in here is friendly and love they work most of allthey are very affordable.. I been coming here since they open. Every two weeks for my pedicure and now for my nail s.. the place they keep very clean and the music very pleasant to hear.. I highly recommended everyone in here.

This place was absolutely wonderful. The salon design and layout is excellent and the owner seemed very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile.I also got a facial and I liked the fact that the private room didnt feel cramped as in some other places.

Great service very skilled technicians! They can do all latest nail techniques and trends! All you have to do is ask or show a picture and they can take care of the rest. Carefully helping you to match up colors and designs. Theyre awesome!

Everyone was very nice. However, the quality was poor. The man that provided my full set did not shape the nails properly and cut multiple fingers. My pedicure was fine until I tried to wear pumps eight hours later. The nail polishes smudged because too much polish was applied. I will not be going back.

I have been to Utopia for a few visits now and the last time they had a tech that was absolutely horrible he had me there for hours on end and then cut up my hands.But now they have made up for the bad experience, Henry, Tina and now Tuan Cao are my absolute favorite, they made up for the mistake and apologize several time.Thank you all so very much for the great experience today, I will definitely be back.The do amazing work I love there Dip selection.I recommend this nail salon to all.SincerelyLinda

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone...The lady kept hurting me, the shape was terrible and she clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I went in for a fill and a simple pearl and ended up paying more than my last set? How?Zerooooooo satisfaction!!

Kaylenna does nails the best. She does a good job with doing shapes and lengths. Im a on going customer. I love this place.

Horrible service & expensive! So went in for a full set, the guy who did them second station left two nails slanted! And I told him to fix it he file them but the problem was not fixed. Second problem, the girl who did my pedi made a huge cut on me! And the gel is bulky not smooth. Disappointed with the service. My sister also got a manicure & 2 days later the gel started to chip?! How does that happen?!

After going through other nail salons all in the area of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and having not so great results in service and pricing, I decided to try Utopia Nails. Why? Because, when I called in to make the appointment the weekend before Mothers Day, I spoke with Henry.He was so polite and helpful that I decided to give them a try. The salon is well kept and offer many of the Services that any high paying Salons would charge. Will definitely be going back. BIG THANKS to you, Henry - You da Man!!!

I went on Saturday 05/26/18 for a French trip manicure, I expected them to be nice but I feel like the person who did my manicure did a sloppy job, I probably could have done a better job... not too happy, Ill try them again but maybe just a single color

((I’m very picky with nails and hard finding a place I like. I walked in unsure and left happy. Thank you Andrew))UPDATE::My nails are garbage and I will never return! The very next day after leaving the original review, I had to return because there was a few different things I was unhappy with. He sanded down half of my dipped nail and proceeded to add acrylic powder. He still insisted that my nails would last me at least a month. That is not the case. I’ve had a broken nail since last week and two days ago my pinky nail popped off and three others are already lifting as well and it’s been only two weeks maybe. Had it had been a regular acrylic set,I would be a little more understanding .. to an extent, but these are garbage!

I went in to get a full set and pedicure ...first of the lady that did my pedi was unexperienced she didnt know anything it literally took her 2 hours to do my pedi the workers constantly had to tell her what to use cause she was so lost and didnt know what to do she literally didnt know anything about pedicures and they still charged me full price. My nails weren’t cut nice the gel polish was to thick ..and to pay full price for someone who doesn’t have knowledge about pedicure is ridiculous ....2nd of all the one who did my Full set was constantly on the phone making calls some of my nails came out longer then the others she never even measured them to see if they were the same length she did them to rushed and its not my fault you guys have people waiting but do your job right ..I’ve had my nails longer and paid $30 and this time they weren’t even that long and i paid $35 idk if they include thier tip in there or how they decide on pricing because one day im paying $30 for long nails and the next time im paying $35 for short nails? It doesnt make sense ...I paid a total of $65 that day smh paying full price for a pedicure from someone who didn’t know anything and from someone that kept on using there phone and rushing ....After 2 hours sitting on the pedi chair it does get tiring especially since the lady didnt know nothing and took forever * NEVER GOING BACK THERE *

Felt rushed and I spent a lot of money. I got the SNS done and the girl said wait 10 minutes why did she start poking at the 10 layers of gel or whatever after 3-5 minutes messing it up and having to redo it which took longer! The only reason I am writing a negative review is because I paid cash and there is nothing I can do but eat it. This is why I took forever to find a new place after my last girl left Im so disappointed! Yes the customer service is cool except they barely speak English! Its a nice place but NO never again, that was the weakest pedicure Ive ever had! Didnt even push the cuticle back...for real? WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I drove by Saturday August 19th and notice this new salon about 3:30.... decided to give it a try. It was a family waiting they asked me to come back at 5:30. Said shell give me a call if I could come earlier or need to come later. I arrive 4 mins b4 my scheduled time she says oh you came back mind you this is the teenager at the front. They talked amoung them self and asked if i could come back at 7 or tomorrow someone walks in after me and they ask her to sit and wait. I took it as racial discrimination. I am a professional black women dressed down being that its my Saturday and the walk in was a better customer. I simply walked out. I have no problem paying whatever the cost might have been I can not stand horrible customer service. I actually own a business on the same street less than a block away and I will definitely be spreading the word.

Totally happy with my full set and pedicure... A friendly place, handle customers with care...will come back.
