I will never come here again I’m unhappy with the service and the prices forMy nail and my moms done plus my feet! They told us different price at first which was still high then when checking out even higher price. I told her she told me different she said 55 she says ow bad English! Totally amount was 170. Not counting the tip. I never paid that much forMy nails never! They totally take advantage of you and assume what ever price they gonnaCharge! I nore my momWill never come here again!

I love this place so far one of the few good ones some of the employees are not so good but that doesn’t mean it’s not good prices n the owners always willing to make everyone happy pedicure are simply the best n they will try to fix anything that we as customer don’t like please give them the opportunity to make you happy n look amazing hands feet n facial hair removal in my opinion they are one of the very few good ones.Thanks Chrystal for my pedicure n manicure I really appreciate what you do for me.I will post pictures next time.

Okay i go to a different spot for my nails n feet cause im use to two other ladys thats the only reason but I COME HERE TO GET MY EYEBROWS DONE I DONT CARE HOW FAR FROM ORANGE COUNTY ITS IS ILL MAKE THAT DRIVE IM A VERY PICKY PERSON LIKE REALLY WHEN IT COMES TO MY LOOKS I CARE HIGHLY FOR.. There are only two people that do good work abd are friendly. The rest run you in and out like. an assembly line. I wish i knew their names. Also they lie about the wait time. I was told a half hour and i was there an hour waiting.

I wont be returning to this place. I thought I found a good nail shop but not one of these workers speak to you unless its to ask for money, they make you feel uncomfortable and they charge too much especially for gel. Its ridiculous! I accidentally broke a Polish and they charged me for it! WTH who does that? Accidents happen.

Worst experience today....been coming here for years....I was waiting....got my pedi done and a new older gentleman SD I was next...so I waited almost 30 min ....once hes done Im walking over to his station and he says I have to wait more bc a woman came in with broken nails! I dont care, I have a broken nails and about 6 nails with acrylic lifting, she came after I did so why do I have to wait. Asked to pay for my pedicure and left. Will NEVER come back here again.

I hate to give even one star but is just for the reviewsI Been there many times but lately the old ladys are making bad job on my manicure last time they did horribe fat nails and today i aks just for a manicure and barnish they did bad job again they dont want to waste time but they are not taking care of the costumers, this morning the encharged left for a while, 3 costumer came asking only for her, and this ladys that were helping me, told the costumers she was going to comeback after 1:30 min and the encharged comeback just 30 min later i think they were just letting go the costumers . And if didt say anything about the job they were doing to me they will do really worse then what i got they get upset if u get the basic services, sometimes you don’t want to spend so much but u still paying there services, as much they are asking for and they talk about their clients in there lenguaje .

Ask for Tuan!!!I come here twice a month and I only see Tuan! Hes a great nail tech, very polite, friendly, and experienced. Ive only gone to one other place, in the last 3 1/2 years, and i regretted having done So! Any type of design or ideas you have, Tuan can execute!

First time going to this place and i loved the service paid 41 for a mani and padi and I loved the outcome I really recommend this place.Just call before you go it gets full fast.

I got a pedi and they were just rushing to get it done. Also I asked for a callus removed and they didnt removed it. I also got a mani and they cut my finger making it bleed. Worst service ever.

Nails only last about 6 days and their falling off! I spent $40 six days ago and when I went back to try and get my nails fix, I was sitting there for almost an hour. Very bad customer services 😡

Dont get your eyebrows done here! If I could I would give 0 stars.This was my first and last time there, the woman who did my eyebrows was rude and very unprofessional I had to ask her to stop moving my head so roughly! When I got home and took my eyebrow make up off I noticed the horrible job she had done, she almost left me with half an eyebrow on one side after I had told her to just clean them out, because I was trying to grow my them thicker. I dont know if she did it on purpose but either way Im never going back! Called them and told them what happened all the employee could do was apologize.

The guy that does the nails here wont realize when hes doing them all crooked but i kept complaining so he got the manager to do them i like how she does them but she does them so rushed like she doesnt notice when shes hurting my fingers sometimes but i didnt say anything

Theyre always late to open, if you have times your business opens, you should open at that time,not ten to fifteen minutes later!

Worst place ever, my first time here and my last one the person who was doing my nails spend more time texting and answering her phone and also taking care of her kid, is unprofessional and disrespectful for any client, my nails end it up horrible.
