Jason did the best job on my ombré French dip nails! He took his time but was also efficient and they came out looking absolutely perfect! Probably my favorite manicure outcome I’ve ever had :)

Jason really took the time to do a great job on my pedicure. The hot stone massage was wonderful. He was attentive and spent time making sure my cuticles and nails looked their best.Highly recommend!

Hello, the customer service is good but unfortunately the work was not, I was on Saturday and the girl who fixed my feet very bad does not give good shape to the nails I did not paint the nails and the one who fixed my hands went well until that after 4 days later the gel paint was lifted very bad experience

Ive been coming here for sometime now, at first I always seen Leo he was amazing, then he left I started seeing random people who are not so talented then Kristen came and I got her one she did good work so I started seeing her, then as time has gone She started rushing her worker and not doing her best job I had to come back 3 times to get nails fixed because they where just popping off not even a week in of getting them done . I’m upset because I’ve been a consistent every two weeks Customer for sometime now and now I don’t even wanna return and looking else where for a good nail salon. I wish Leo would come back

I have been going to Bliss Nail Spa for gel manicures for the last three years and have always left happy!! Everything is always extremely clean, the staff is friendly, and I am always pleased with how my nails turn out! I have also done eyebrow threading here and that is a great service as well. I recommend Amanda for nails that will last forever and threading services, Leo for nail art, and Kristen for a great gel manicure!

I really enjoy the location, and the cleanliness of this salon. I was tired on my last visit and really relaxed during my pedicure - the technician noticed and turned the lights down for me, which I thought was very sweet. Reasonably priced, and lots of colors to choose from. This weeks color: Telenovela Me About it! lol

Such a professional, luxury experience! their pedicure stations are behind beads so it feels private. they also use hot stones during the pedicure massage which was unexpected but wonderful.

Their aromatherapy spa pedicure was amazing! They take their time and really pamper your feet. I also loved the setup they had for pedicures: you’re in a secluded little space with dim lighting so you can relax. I will definitely come back here!

I was given an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. The person doing the manicure was so behind, I ended up leaving. The pedicure was also not the best at all, but the price was double the amount paid the prior to visits.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today at Bliss w Kristen. I have been w Kristen for more than 10 years! I followed her to Bliss. She is professional, hard worker, does a great job that u walk out smiling and very happy. She will be a great asset at Bliss. Great service! First time that I go to a nail salon where everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I had a full set dip powder and I loved it. I asked the nail technician to fix my nail shape (that was made by another nail salon) and it turned out exactly what I wanted it to look like. Will go back for sure!!! 100% recommend. Only thing is that they have nail stations next to each other and there was not a 6-feet distance between customers having their nails done. However, everyone was wearing masks, actively using hand sanitizer, etc.

Ive been searching for a great nail salon in the Boston/greater Boston area and am so glad I found Bliss! There prices may be a bit higher than your avg salon (Im used to Boston prices so these are comparable) but the quality of the services and the cleanliness are worth it.

This is my first time coming to this nail salon and what can I say I love this nail salon very welcoming !!! It’s so clean and perfect . I don’t know what the lady’s name is that did my nails but she did them so perfect and amazingly done !!! Will definitely come back soon for a pedicure as well !!!

Ive had great experience at both this and the Medford location since Ive started going. It is always very easy to get an appt to get my nails done and the techs are always very professional. Ive never left un-happy with the results. The pedis are the best. I love how they make you feel youre at a spa for pedi services. Definitely recommend this place.

I went today for the first time, Kristen did my nails. They came out awesome !! I picked a certain design that I wanted & she brought it to life on my nails !! I recently had a creative pedicure. Dennmis performed my service and was polite, professional and diligent. It was the most relaxing hour I have spent in the last month. The shop has a serene, peaceful atmosphere. It is spotlessly clean and very well run . I highly recommend you treat yourself to one of their many services.

They did a perfect job.You should book an appointment because theyre busy (most of the time) and why? Because they did a really good job there. Give them a try and youll see why. I have been a loyal Bliss customer for 2 years now. After the pandemic and restrictions were lifted in the summer, I returned for mani/pedi every 2 weeks. The salon is immaculate and all Covid precautions are meticulously followed. Dennis is an outstanding technician and I look forward to every visit. I do bring my own polish and cuticle trimmer. All other items are for individual use only. This is the best salon on record!!!IThank you for being there!

Firstly the wait was very long, secondly the man who did my nails didnt even trim my cuticles or cut my nails, in fact my middle finger was cut instead, and theres still glue on my fingers.Also there was still nail polish around my fingers which didnt get cleaned up. Lastly, my nails were smudged so another women had to fix it, and it took more than 2 hours.

I’m not joking, this was the best gel manicure of my life. My friend has been recommending this place for a while because she swears her manicure lasts longer than other places! I’m so glad I took her recommendation. Nancy was so careful and did an amazing job. The space is clean and modern. I felt super comfortable being there. A bonus was that it didn’t have a strong smell of acrylic chemicals (or whatever it’s from) like most nail salons do. They had a smaller selection of gel polishes, but whoever picked them out knew exactly what’s on trend. All of the polishes are really pretty. I can’t wait to try more! Also, genius idea to have Venmo as a tip payment option because I always forget cash.

I cant speak higher of this place! I went this week to get my nails done for engagement photos this coming weekend. After my visit I wasnt happy with the way they came out. I got a gel manicure and I’m very happy with my nail shape and color- more expensive than many nail salons ($35) but the work is quality. Also you can tip with Venmo which is convenient!

Do not waste your money!!! I went for a basic manicure and the service was horrible. Of course when you are getting this type of service, they hand you over to the person that least knows. I had an old lady, that could barely see through her glasses. She cut the cuticle -only the border and did not know how to paint the edges. My nails chipped the same day. There colors they have there are old and worn out. Maybe the good techs only do gel or acrylic not sure. But any professional working there should know how to at least do a professional manicure, especially if the price is over charged. Definitely not worth it!

Bliss Nails is a well oiled machine. Scheduling is easy & they have a wide array of polish options - including the newest OPI releases. Music & aromas are always soothing. Amanda is the BEST! Very friendly, attentive to detail & willing to try new designs. Been going here for 2 years and I don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon!

Stopped in here for Basic manicure while doing some Christmas shopping. I was able to be seen immediately, which was great as I didnt have an appointment. I was paired up with Diandra, and she was friendly, professional, detailed and precise with her work. Great experience. The salon is clean, quiet and relaxing. Absolutely will be coming back.

Drove here straight from Logan based on the good reviews and was not disappointed! 😀👏🏼👏🏼 Serena did an amazing job on my pedicure and gave me one of the best leg and foot massages I’ve ever had at a nail salon! Nina did my gel nails and paid very close attention to matching the lengths and angles across all my nails and made sure there were no ‘Snags’ left on the ends of my nails ;) overall a very pleasant experience from the moment I entered to the moment I left. Also of note, they have these very secluded deluxe salon chair alcoves, perfect for a mother/daughter or BFF pedicure date!

I live upstairs, and this is the most convenient place for me to go to. This place used to have some of the best nail technicians around, and I didnt mind paying their very high prices for excellent service, but theyve really struggled with staff turnover because apparently the management is not pleasant to work for. You never know what youre going to get in here now as a result. Its a real shame, because its a beautiful place, but for the premium rates they charge (over 25% more than an average nail salon), I expect premium service and near perfect results. Instead, I find it stressful to go here because I have to inspect every nail and ask for correction after correction, and I dont always catch it all. Frankly, thats the technicians job to review and quality check every detail, not mine. I keep hoping theyll improve, but honestly, Ive seen the entire staff turn over almost three or four times now over the past two years, and each time the experience just goes a little further downhill. Several times Ive gotten technicians who seem like its their first time ever using a nail drill and I ALWAYS walk out bleeding on at least one finger. I hope they turn it around at some point soon, this place has a lot of potential.

Went in and got a fill and she took off my whole set? Charged me for a whole new set when she only put acrylic never put on new nails or a set, I asked for gel with a ombré and she used powder and charged me 75 dollars after cutting my finger and making me bleed. Way over priced for the kind of service I received🤷🏻‍♀️

Had a regular manicure and pedicure with Kyle. Honestly BEST Ive ever had. Thorough massage and scrub, and best polish job, nice relaxing atmosphere, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend and would definitely request kyle next time, though Im sure they are all great!

Took the girls here for mothers day. Needless to say this place is one of the most lavish Salon i have ever seen. My Wife and daughter were extremely satisfied with their nails and the customer service provided. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends around the area. I think the technician who did my nails was either nina or tina. Will be coming back!

My sister and I came in on Thursday for two eyebrows for threading. As I was waiting I tried to get another service done the same day but apparently they said they were booked for the day although we saw technicians sitting around. This place is not walk in friendly. Apparently the guy at the desk heard wax even though he read back threading to us and luckily my sister went first and he didn’t put my name at all for any service. She came out upset because the tech used wax instead of thread. We came specifically there for threading. On top of her waxing her eyebrows my sister told the tech she did a horrible job. She must need to get her eyes checked because my sister’s eyebrow was messed up. Amanda didn’t apologize for waxing her eyebrow instead of threading them and her armpit smelled.

I have been going to Nina for two years now and she has to be the most consistent manicurist by far. My nails have never really easily chipped or peeled off. They always stay for long.

Im torn, as Id love to give five stars based on my experiences with Yvonne. I went to her for a mani and pedi. She gave me a beautiful acrylic manicure with tips, kept checking in to make sure the shape and length was exactly how I liked, was conversational, and also gave me a very nice pedicure with the longest massage!! She didnt push me or upsell me on any products or criticize any choices that I made while at the salon. I left extremely satisfied.However, when I came in about two weeks later (walk-in), I had a much different and *very painful* experience with Tiffany. I asked for the acrylics to be removed and for a regular manicure to give my nails a break. From the start, she tried to push me/upselling me on several products, including my nails saying that I should just get a fill or a gel manicure, and telling me I needed to get my brows done (I like my natural bushy brows and felt a little insulted).She also hurt me when taking the acrylics off. I dont mean slight discomfort when pulling off the glued on nails, like actually painful. She kept trying to push off my nails with her own nails, manually, between soaks when it clearly was not coming off, and I exclaimed Ow! and This is uncomfortable and That was painful multiple times *in front of other clients* and she kept trying to force them instead of letting them soak. I was appalled that despite my flinching and clearly verbalizing that she was hurting me, she kept trying the same method before finally understanding that I should soak them for a while to get them off.So between the pushy upselling and painful service I am not sure if Id return. If I do Im definitely seeing Yvonne–she was a star!
