I moved to SoCal 3½ years ago. I went to at least 5 nail salons for the first year or so until I finally found Vicky at City Nails! She does an amazing set of acrylics that dont lift and look beautiful! Plus they have other services there too and a convenient location!

I made a 12:30 appointment for a fill and mani/ pedi..the lady cleaned my feet then told me I had to wait so someome will be able to do the acrylic on my two toes .. I saw one women get her nails done then moved straight to get her feet done and my appointment was before hers .. it is now 2:00 and I am still sitting here without my nails touched or feet done. This is the second time this has happened and I’m honestly just debating on leaving. If you are in a rush or just don’t want to sit here and wait DONT come here. It’s only 3 women in here so it’s not that busy but 2 of the women don’t even know how to put acrylic on the toe. Wont be coming here again.

I loved this nail spa because the ladies are very sweet they do your nails very quick with no pain and they just got knew seats that are very comfortable and it is very clean ...I loved it and Ive been going here with my mom since I was eight years old I really recommend them and their wait is not long at all.

Nice calm relaxing place where u can actually relax... And unlike most other salons the nail techs aint yelling at each other in a foreign language that makes u feel like ur being ridiculed.. (Is it just me that feels like that??? ) anyways i came here because my previous nail place located around sierra and foothill in fontana didnt make me feel like they appreciated my business. Highly recommend

Called 2 hours before closing to see availability for walk in was told 6:45. Showed up and door was locked. 🥺

The woman who performed customer service to me hurt me and didnt ask questions and was involv Ed in my phone conversation and was preoccupied with my child and not focused on my nails. She was asking if I was going to have more children and I questioned if she was here to interrogate me or do my nails? Safe to say my experience was inappropriate.

My hands and feet feel rejuvenated and Revitalize oh, its been years since Ive been here and I needed this very badly. I know I can call about my days without worrying about the aches and pains in my feet and hands

Anna did an amazing job on my pedicure. She was so gentle and fast! Tracy did a great job on my leg wax! I give 5 stars, very professional. Will definitely go back :)

I appreciate this salon for the simple fact that most of the techs have been there for more than a decade. That says something about the owners and the relationships of the staff. They are quick at fills and can do any shape. Thoughtful with mani pedi services. Its not super fancy inside but the prices are right and Im satisfied every time.

So nasty! I went there yesterday for the first and LAST time! I had a gel manicure done. The worst part was that i didnt notice that they had cut me and my fingernail was filling with BLOOD until she was on the second coat of gel. Instead of her cleaning it or asking me to clean off the blood, she painted over it! now that bottle of gel polish has my blood in it...Linda did my Manicure and once she was done she got up and and said I cant do Gel, someone else will do that I sat there for a good 15 min before asking for assistance since i was on my lunch hour. A rude lady sat down and grabbed my hand to start my gel without saying a word to me. I had to stop her because she didnt even have a towel under my arms to protect from the nasty counter and ripped armrest. Im shocked that they havent been shut down by the board of cosmetology or health department....

I had a terrible experience here. They do NOT have a sign in sheet. They tried to take another girl before me because she was going to pay more money than I was. She was getting a fill and I was only getting a $6 polish change on my toes. The stylist gave me attitude because I called her out and told her I was already waiting about 40 minutes and she was trying to take someone else before me. She did my toes but was speaking in another language to another stylist. I know they were talking about me because the other stylist kept looking at me. Rude terrible service. So unless u want to wait 40 minutes just to let them take someone else thats paying more money than you are, go ahead and go here. But Im never coming here again! 😡

I have been going to City Nails for 8 years and have been having my eyebrows waxed by Tracey for the same amount of time she is the best have never had a bad waxing yet. I strongly recommend them.

Went here with one of my friends and it was horrible! They did not listen to us at all. We told them we were not happy with the shape and length and they just rolled their eyes and grabbed our fingers. The lady I got filed so hard that my finger started to hurt from it being so rough. They also made my friends fingers BLEED! We waited for half an hour for Poor quality and service. Never going there again!

Lovely environment, unfortunately I got a full set yesterday and was a little painful, today I woke up with cuts near my cuticles on 6 fingers. I rarely get my nails done, not sure if the cuts are normal.

Its very pricey for not that great results. I got full set acrylic nails, they charged me $25. When I went to get a fill and one nail that had fallen off fixed, they charged me $15 for the fill and $5 for the fix. On top of that, i got square round nails and about 4 of my nails were not straight across, they were slanted. To me this is very expensive especially since I can go to a place in rancho and get a full set for $18 with great results. The only reason I tried this place is because I live so close to it but Id definitely rather travel an extra 15 minutes for less expensive and well executed nails.

They file the gel polish off instead of soaking it like theyre suppose to, leaving the nails weak and damaged. They slopped the polish on getting it on the cuticles. It looked horrible.

My favorite nail salon, the ladies are nice, friendly and clean.

Never been so disappointed, i went in for a special nail design and they said they could do it when it came time they couldnt not happy at all, this place is for plain nails only, all i wanted was ucla on my big toe!!!

Okay..I am vietnamese and I even told her what I want she didnt listen!. My worst pedi ever! Over charge and didnt do what it suppose to do on it list! They ask and talk to must of personal matter! I will never come back to this place!!!!!!!!!

They do a great job but they remove acrylics in such an outdated fashion

Linda was the worst person ever. She hurt me when she was taking off my nails. She overcharged me. When she was hurting me I asked her to soak them and she said it took too long because it takes 30 minutes to do it. Will not be going back there again.

Love everything about this place. I felt like I was cheating on my old nail salon (in Victorville) lol.

This was my first and last visit to City Nails (next to Vons).The staff is not friendly at all! Very overpriced for the quality of work, $33 Full set; $23 pedicure +$5 if you want french tip.

There was a misscommunication with the color and pricing I chose after they were done, I was not satisfied. I called to spoke to the owner and they offered to do my nails free of charge.

I would never go in there again
