I thought I would try a new nail salon and picked Nailbar and Spa. The staff was very friendly and professional. Helen did a great job on my powder dip fingernails. Nicole was really awesome with the design on my pedicure. She was flawless! I am definitely going back. Thanks Nicole and Helen for your service during this difficult time period.

Nice workers, boss lady is not the nicest though. Brought a picture of what I wanted. I got a regular manicure with gel and a regular pedicure. 3 color nails. Got charged 58 dollars. They told me the gel manicure is $28. Regular pedicure is $18 no other extras asked for except I got three colors therefore I am only assuming I got charged $12 for the different colors and mind you NO design. I liked the workers there who are extremely nice. Place is really clean but honestly too expensive to me for the service. But you be the judge. See the pictures. This is for natural short nails by the way.

Loved it!!! I took my two babies to get there nails done and myself. I also got a pedicure and they are the sweetest people. They do take their time and constantly ask you if you like the job so far. I googled this place and looked at the reviews before I came in and it was a excellent experience with my two girls. I’ve never in my life left any type of reviews. This was my first one ever. I would recommend this place anytime. :)

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! WARNING!! The pictures you see are from prior technicians who work there!! Most of the reviews are when this nail salon Only did a good job when Karen and Mary and the prior nail techs were working here!! They left for good reasons! They believed in Good customer service and making sure the client was happy, UNLIKE THE NEW OWNERS!! I was a loyal customer until everyone quit because of the New Owners lack of customer service skills and putting the customers happiness first! My girls and I have only experienced frustration and dissatisfaction since the change in management! I waited one too many times for the owner to take a smoke break and get off the phone before I was just dismissed and never got my nails done, So I got up and left!! I warn you ladies and gents they only want your money, THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOURE HAPPY WITH YOUR EXPERIENCE!

This was my first time and I am truly impressed and in awe of the kindness, warm atmosphere, and the level of professionalism. Ken did my nails and he did an awesome job. Tina did my pedicure and she was great as well. I will definitely make this my new nail spa. Thank you Ken!

Staff was patient and really attentive to my nail care. They were really busy and they some how managed to squeeze my mom and I in without an appointment. They didn’t want us to feel bad about not having an appointment so we waited and they served us wine while we got our nails done. That was a really nice touch.

Came out for a festival from AZ, Jimmy did ab incredible job on my acrylic nails. He was patient and very thorough about it. By far one of the best places Ive been to for nails of the several Ive been to in AZ and CA. My boyfriend and I also got out eyebrows waxed, he had no reaction to the paste but unfortunately I always get red bumps for a day or two though. They were very affordable for the quality and if Im ever in town again definitely will be back to visit!

I bought a gift certificate from this salon, and gave it to my wife. She was very thrilled and asked me to join her for a relaxing spa day.I was skeptical as I hadn’t have a ‘pedicure’ before, but I didn’t want to ruin her excitement. I tried out their number five, and I was truly amazed as well the lady worked on my feet. Too bad I didn’t catch her name. For sure, I will be back with my wife.

It was my first time getting my nails done at all, and I was very nervous but I was extremely happy with the results! Nichol was so sweet, and she made sure I was content with how my nails were coming out (: she did an amazing job! And Ill definitely be going back again.

I had acrylic nails (no tips) removed here & they left my nails incredibly brittle. It was painful & the next day, I woke up with little lines of blood underneath my nails. I’ve gone to other places to have them removed & they always soak off the acrylic & scrape the gooey residue off. The girl used the electric nail file & left my with basically no nails. She would’ve kept going if I didn’t tell her it hurt badly.I went in a week later because my nails kept breaking, so I got a full set (with tips). A different lady did them & she did not leave them smooth. Near my cuticles, you can see lines from the electric nail fail. There are ridges & dents on several nails.Why is finding a good nail salon so difficult?🤦🏻‍♀️

Ive been a loyal client with Caryn & Mary for over 15 years! I always receive superb service. Environment is clean & friendly. Prices are reasonable. Best is they communicate and put their customers on top priority! I refer all my family, friends and aquintances there!

Went in for the first time for a pedicure The lady’s where super nice but omg the Place was so dirty I I had to tell the lady to get sanitary tools my 9 year old daughter could have done a better pedicure never again !!

Got so many cuts from my full set, and started bleeding from 4 of my fingers. My fingers also hurt because correct nail sizes were not put on. I just won’t be coming here again. Maybe I just didn’t get a good nail lady.

I go twice a month (if not more) to Mari, and I absolutely love the service. The ladies are great just as their work proves as well! I cant imagine going anywhere else!!

TERRIBLE QUALITY OF SERVICE! Some of the ladies were friendly, some were not. Recently moved to Fontana and looking to find a nail salon. Our experience (my daughter and I) wasnt even standard quality and we paid way too much. Walked out paying $115. When I initially called to get pricing and when we walked in I confirmed the prices told to me over he phone. Well that all changed in the middle over them doing my daughters nail. We ended up paying $5 more because she had more than two colors. Mind you we didnt get gel she got regular nail polish. They told me the price she quoted was for two colors only not 4. We paid total of $36 for medium length nails in which two of the colors were old and didnt dry right. My daughters nails were uneven and one of crooked.My pedicure was gel, paid $40. When the lady showed me the price list I pointed to the pedicure I wanted which was the standard. Well I apparently needed to pay more attention as she did the deluxe with added extras and then forgot to put a top coat clear on my right foot. Of course I was busy sitting on the chair on my phone. I had closed shoes so I want able to see the difference in the dull and shiny until the next day when I went to were sandals. You dont think something like this would happen all at once to both myself and daughter. It was the worst service I have ever experienced and Im not new to the whole nail and pedicure business. My full set was $38 for short gel white tip. I showed the lady a picture. She didnt use the correct pink powder like i asked and when I told her she told me Yea I know, you want pink So assuming she understood... She ended up putting a clear pink that looked nothing like what I wanted. My nails were uneven, thinner acrylic than other nails and three were crooked. ! She fixed one nail and then from there I can tell she want as friendly. I wish I would have taken pictures but I was so upset with the whole experience. Being that I dont work locally it was hard to go back but we did two days later. They wouldnt refund me but ended up putting the top coat on my right foot, repainted my daughters nails and tried fixing the crooked ones by filing which made them shorter. They used a gel polish on one of the colors but left the reg polish on others which looked terrible and it wasnt even the color she wanted. Thy repainted my nails, took two off and put new ones but then she ended up painting them over, added some acrylic on a few but they were still thin and ugly. a day later a nail pooped off. We will never visit this salon again. For the quality and price its not worth it. Be careful if this is your first time going here. Im sure some of the ladies do a great job but they seem to put the new people with the ones who dont know what they are doing. Would have been

I went in didnt get the color I want or even the shape. The guy cut my finger 2 times, started bleeding. At the end my hand nails werent even the same length. I never complain but it was one thing after another. Still charged me almost $40. I dont no if the girls there are better but that was the worse experience I have had getting my nails done.

They treated me well. i was coughing and they gave me water. they did my nails and toes at the same time. very attentive. i felt spoiled i had the tv in front of me. i have gone 2 times so far without scheduling and they made room for me. great place. will go again for the third time saturday hopefully. i reccomend you know what you want. if the nails are too long you have to speak up. they did excellent. i felt very welcomed and like i was appreciated. tips are cash only

I had to say what color I wanted 3 times and walked out with the wrong color on my hands. Too expensive to be unhappy. I rather drive the extra few miles to Upland and get what I want for $25 less.

Very horrible experience. I went to get my nails done for the first time and I got so many cuts and the lady was really rough on my nails, that is felt like she was going to rip them off.I dont recommend any one coming here.

The service was great but $26 for just a color change is expensive. For that price I could have got a lot more if Id gone to another establishment.
