Best pedicure, great customer service

Only nail shop I used in the 10 years I lived in Fontana

My fianceé was having a nail emergency as she calls and her normal nail tech closed. Don took real good care of her!

My first time getting my nails done and I had a great experience . Great work. Great employees. Great price . Will come back

The window says clear and in big letters walk ins welcomed! I came in and they turned me away and said appointments only!!! Just rude and their was only 4 people getting a service...they will never get my business

I have been going to this place for nearly 2 years now. Today I had an appointment booked for 3 pm. I was there st 3 pm sharp. Lily, the person who does my nails was doing another customer”s pedicure. I assumed she was running late, so I waited. Key( the owner) took me to the pedicure spa where I waited patiently for Lily to finish. It was 3:36 and to my astonishment Lily finished with her client and went on to do nails for another client. I complained and told Key that my appointment was at 3 and it is already over 1/2 hr. He said she will be with me soon. At 4pm Lily finally came to do my pedicure. I was finally done with both pedicure and manicure at 5:30. When I went to pay for the service, Key’s wife ( I think her name is Susan) told him to make s note that they should not book appointment for me again because I complained and that I take too much time to get my nails done😲 . Last I checked, it was them that are doing my nails, not me. . Instead of apologizing to me for delay in keeping the appointment schedule they tried to make it all my fault. I think the owners are direly in need of a course in customer service. Not going back there again and not recommending this place to anyone.

Been going here for about 4 years and Ive never been unhappy or displeased. its absolutely a clean and peaceful environment . I love all the people who work here and the beautiful work they do is incredible. I highly recommend this to everyone who likes to get pampered, look beautiful and its a plus if you like to relax. ☆☆☆☆☆

I go yesterday with my friend the service is very bad and all the staff talking bad about me and my friend maybe because to much asking question. They think we are dumb the good thing my friend understand what they said . Now I have ugly nail and my friend nail too.so just becareful.

The service was fast but the lady did a good job. That was my 1st time going there but it was an ok experience. They had alot of color choices to pick from. The only problem i had was the lady was rushing and didnt clean under my nails. I even reminded her and she still didnt do it.

I have only been to this place three times. The first two times, my experience was okay. Today I was having a new full gel set by Lisa. She was very nice in the beginning. She kept asked me what I wanted and I told her I wanted a square and taper shape and thin. Not too much acrylic and two coats of gel. Instead she did the opposite. I noticed dry gel on my cuticle and tiny pieces of the acrylic or nail on the sides of my nails so I asked her if she could fix that. She snapped at me and was very upset. She told me I kept moving and thats why my nails came out that way. I felt very uncomfortable so I told her that I didnt want her to do my nails. She removed the gel and wanted to redue my nails while still telling me over and over that it was my fault. She then said something in her language. I walked away and I spoke to the gentleman who I think is the owner and explained to him what had happened. He told me I moved too much and they couldnt do anything about it until Monday. By this time I was DONE with this place! He wanted me to pay half price or remove my nail tips. I refused to pay so I got the tips off while I heard Lisa complain about the time she spent doing my nails. I will not go back to this place or recommend it to anyone. I guess this is what happens when you speak up, just saying. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
