I walk in for a Manicure & Pedicure & they took me in without appointment. As a Previous salon owner, I’m very happy with the services that they gave me & the salon is clean as well. Keep up the good work. Will come back

Got a full set and a pedicure. It was really busy so it took a while but I love how they came out and pricing was very fair

I came in for a pedicure with a broken toenail. I usually come here for pedicures but I noticed new staff. I was treated horribly, as I was walking out one of the new ones laughed at me and everyone started laughing with her. It’s clear that she said something about me in her language. I advise to teach your new staff to be respectful and mindful of others and especially clients. I am furious. Never going again and if I do I’m treating the staff how they treat me. There is no excuse for being disrespectful and a borderline bully.

Went there 1 time for a gel mani/ pedi because the pricing was good ($53 for both). My first problem was that they were going my toes and cut me and I was bleeding. She then tried to cover it up with foot oil and the purple light gel machine as if I wouldn’tNotice . Then when I was getting my hands done the husband cut me on 2 of my fingers . I was cut 3 different times all bleeding and I was super upset. Didn’t tell me sorry or anything . Never going back

I honestly feel like crying havent had my nails done in 20 years because each time I get my nails done Im disappointed.

I have gone to city nails for almost seven years and never had a bad experience .

Went there to get nails and toes done with my best friend both got the same thing at first they didn’t do the shape of my nails right so I asked him nicely if he can reshape them and he got made and took them off with anger, next they charge so much for just regular color and they didn’t even take time on the nails for me to pay that much money, the next day me and my best friend both woke up with a infection on our toes ! DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible customer service and horrible job unsanitary not worth the time nor money

Despite the low rate, Im very glad I came here. I finally got a good pedi & so did my mother. My mothers toes suffer a lot and this gals did such an amazing job on her. Very pleased today!

Was told that they close at 5, got there at 4:15 to have 1 nail fixed and they said they were closed once I got there. I guess its a good thing since this place is a hole in the wall anyway and they are rude.

This place is terrible I went to get my nails done lady was very rude. They were also making fun of my sister. Also said “ don’t ruin them while drying because I won’t fix them”. They came of 3 days after. Terrible customer survice . Dont recommend at all.

This place is always very busy. You need at least 2 hrs for waiting and service if you lucky. This plaza is always busy and parking is always busy

I feel awful that I forgot her name but the lady who did my pedicure did and AMAZING job.. I had gone been getting a pedi every 3 weeks and she really cleaned my feet. . Letting me know the other two places suck! Very kidn and patient staff.. I notice them even taking last minute people with a smile and that was so nice to see.. and they were rushing. Giving each client the attention they need. I never ever review but this place deserves it. And not to mention that the price is good! 28$ for a GOOD pedi. Loved it. Will keep coming back.

My experience at City Nails is a positive one. It is my 2nd time and I choose them as my go to place to have my nails done.

This place use to be my favorite, not anymore prices are getting to ridiculous and the service is very very bad.. when you tell them you dont like something they answer back all sarcastic.. then they start talking in their language and laughing at something made me feel very uncomfortable.. my cousin also got an infection on her big toe due to dirty tools.. right after using it on other people they dont clean the tools.. they dont sanitize them..never going back!

Very bad service today the salon was to bussy and dirty, the person who helped me today for a pedicure, was rude, she cutme and didt bother her self to ask what kind of pedicure i want . She was new, She didt even put lotion on my feet as usual like other ladys does, probably she was tired i guess but i wont comeback

The wait it always long, whether its a weekday or weekend.They dont have a big color selection other than the basics or pinks. I was looking for Olive green and they didnt have it.My coffin shape was too wide and looked more like a rectangle than a coffin.They dont glue the nail properly. My pinky nail just fell off on the 4th day.I went to get it fixed and they charged me another $5.Will never go back and I dont recommend.

Im from Arizona and I came to California to visit family. Ive been going here for years now and the past couple times Ive gone they did a terrible job. I wanted the coffin style and they didnt even look the way they were supposed to. Also the nails didnt fully cover my nails which made me mad. Another thing was that I had to ask multiple times for them to give me my nail polish. But what made me hate this the most besides the terrible job was that I did my nails on a Saturday and a couple days later 2 nails had fallen off. Never again will I go here. I would rather spend the extra $3 to do them at my nail salon in Arizona.

The customer service was okay but my experience was horrible. They where very busy and continued to take customers knowing they closed within 15 minutes making all the customers there continue to wait the lights and air conditioner cut off and they still kept working didnt ensure us if it was going to cut back on or not. She rushed through my full set and pedicure. The next day my nails started popping off and they didnt even hurt when they came off like regular nails do it was as if I had on press ons fast forward to today June 23 and I have no nails left not even a week. So I call express my concerns and tell them that this has never happend and that I dont need a coupon no free set or anything because how am I for sure it wont happen again and the man on the phones gets mad with me like its my fault. I was never rude on the phone until he started getting smart. He really tried to play me and I will NEVER BE RETURNING TO THAT RAGGEDY ASS SWEAT SHOP THEY CALL CITY NAILS AGAIN IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE FIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!

Went with my sister to get a face wax...last time ever! Her face instantly started burning and got super swollen she went to the er and they said she got a reaction due to the place being unsanitary ugh never again!!! My poor sister was in tears and in pain for days because of this place!! Then we went back and showed them the report and their response was well next time go somewhere else!

They are always rude but they are cheap so I went. The lady was mad because I asked her if she could shape my nails a bit more. So she gave me attitude the rest of the time I was there. She then asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done and when I said no, she insisted that I needed it. When I still said no, she stared at me straight in the face and said, what about your mustache?Yeah....she didnt get a tip.

Good inexpensive work but be prepared to wait for a couple hours.

Worst customer service EVER!! I came in to get a gel manicure and I ask the lady to put polish my nail all the way down to my cuticule ( obviously not on my cuticule just where there is still nail ) I even showed her what I was talking about( she also shaped each nail differently and I had to point it out nicely to her ) by the end of my service I had gel polish all over the skin around my nails and when I asked if the polish would come off my skin she said idk and thwn she said you said all the way to cuticule with such a bitchy face and smirked. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN!!
