Firstly there was no overpowering chemical smell like most nails salons, and secondly - the customer service was good!! We were greeted with smiles and quick service right away. We will come back!!!

I tried at least 5 nail salons -- this is by far the best! Cleanest, most well-maintained. My favorite tech, she is super detailed and sweet! The salon itself is very clean.

I kinda liked it there, until i realized, they dont follow a set pricing. They just add random extra charges and make up a new number every time. I always get the same service done, but they also charge me differently. For instance, i always get a gel manicure. Typically its 20-25$, sometimes they charge 30-35$. Today i got a regular color (no gel) and the girl said its 30$. I was like wtfff gel is usually cheaper than that

I was not happy with my service they are overpriced and work isn’t the best. Lady that did my nails rushed through my service charged me $65 for a full set with white oval tip the lines themselves were not even straight and shaping not the best it is very noticeable. I’m usually not one to be picky but for that price and terrible work so not worth it!

Very mean and she didnt do a good job

I paid 50$ for a pedicure my toes now have ingrown nails which I didn’t have to begin with. She asked me if my toes hurt I told her no and still cut my “ingrown” leaving my toe bleeding. I paid for the best spa and my feet feel worse than I had them. Also she left exfoliating scrub all over my leg leaving my legs to be sticky and had to clean it off in there bathroom.

Went in to do my nails and honestly very pleased with my acrylics. I did a pedicure with gel polish and got a really bad infection on the side of my nails. 🤢🤧🤮 My feet did not look cute and it was really painful.

I made an appointment for myself and daughter for 3pm we arrived at 250pm no one acknowledged us for 5 minutes finally someone asked what I need I stated I had a appointment for 3 we did not get seated until 345pm my daughter actually waited 10 more minutes before anyone started her feet the lady doing my feet seemed to not know what she was doing the lady who started my daughters feet finished my daughters feet in 20 minutes and started her nails I was still sitting getting my feet done for another 10-15 minutes after once I was finished I sat almost 45 minutes I had to tell the lady who did my daughters nails that I also was getting my nails done and we had appointments at 3 it was 5 everyone got quite and played dumb I will never go back

Worse experience ever, I I paid $60 mani + pedi . When I got home I checked and it looked it she just painted my nails not file not nothing nails so cricked . I had to go to another nails spa pay again. Never going back .......

Bad service

I do NOT recommend this place. Not only are they rude they also rush you out. I brought in my own nail polish they refused to use it. They demanded that I pay before my nails were done. When I said ill wait until my nails are done. They accused me of not having money to pay. Terrible place and environment. Will NOT be going back there.

I had a very bad experience. I wanted to get French nails and the man wanted me to do something different and I told him no thank you I just want French Nails and he got mad and didn’t do my nails right. He was very rude to me and the owner Was very creepy. I even took my friend and he was creepy with her, too.

I will never EVER come here again. My family just moved to the area and when looking up at the sign with the prices a pedicure was $20. Thats fine. My sisters acrylic set $22. Thats fine. So when totaling it all up thats $62 to include her pedicure as well. They ended up charging us $83. Whered that other $21 come from? Apparently the gel price which wasnt posted was $10. Plus since she got her nails shaped differently that costed another $10?? Are you kidding me? And then because we didnt have enough cash we had to use card for an extra charge of $1. They said if we were regulars here we wouldve already known the information about the gel cost and prices of different shaped nails. Dont assume anything about the people coming into your salon and then say customers get upset when you tell them the prices up front. Thats what youre supposed to do. He then lied and said he told my sister that the coffin shaped nails would be extra when he didnt hence the surprise when we got the bill. Never stepping into this place again. I wish I couldve ranked this as no stars.

They rushed with everything. Do a bad job because they are rushing it. Its a half done job. You would think for how much you pay youd get a decent job done on a mani/pedi. PLUS you have to pay an extra $2 for the file and buffer. Wont be returning.

They dont take their time to do their job. I told the lady i wanted square and she ignored what i wanted she didnt bother to take off my cuticles which is part of a mani. Never coming back we paid 165 to get a bad job done.
