Horrible. They overbook themselves and still welcome walk ins to come and sit for 45 minutes or more. When people come in with appointments they are seated and service right away despite having 3 or more walk ins that have been waiting for quite sometime before someone with an appointment and still have to wait. They dont sanitize their seats or work station after each customer. Like hello its still covid. You dont know which patron is vax or not and people can still spread germs. They barely deserve 1 star. They are over priced and over worked. I refuse to spend money when customer service is terrible. I told one of the nail techs that if they have more appointments booked they shouldnt accept walk ins. It doesnt matter if they tell someone the wait will be long. Dont accept walk ins if youre completely book each hour out the day. That is how people become agitated! If youre focused on getting appointments serviced first. Then run the business appointment only. There is no wrong in that. But dont have people waiting for an hour or more constantly seeing people with appointments being serviced first while they wait 45 mins or more

Nina does the BEST pedicures! She is always busy so I suggest you make appointments. She takes her time with my feet and I dont go to anyone but her!! Environment is pleasant and they have always been nice and respectful. Now, something they can work on is their punctuality. If I book for 1030, I plan to be in chair at 1030..not 11!

Its best to make an appointment. Although they dont go in order of that either. How ever you wont be disappointed with your service.

Google says they close at 730 but today is Thursday and they locked their doors at 7 BUT THIER SIGN SAYS; mon-wed 930-8; thur-sat 9am-9pm and sunday 11am to 5. Idk if its Their new covid hours.... if thats whats happening because they damn sure are CLOSED ON SUNDAYS and LOCKING DOORS AT 7PM!

Absolute unprofessional.. I always make an appointment but never get into the chair in a timely manner I always have to wait at least an hour after my appointments time while they take walk-ins first.. Because of this I see it pointless to make an appointment in the first place.. Then they get made and have an attitude that you don’t want a certain person to do your service.. I specifically said I don’t want a certain person because she does a terrible job and they had very bad attitudes after that.. At my last appointment which was Tues 6/15 it was my last straw with them after I had to wait 2 hrs and still ended up not have anything done.. I wouldn’t recommend them at all unless you don’t mind waiting for hours to get unprofessional service ..Oh and did I forget to mentally the fungus that devolved on nail.. SMH“TRINA”

The service was awesome but I waited over an hour to get my fill started. Everyone was very nice. Small salon but very satisfied with my finished product.

Nina do great pedicures but they are SOOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL.. as of today I am just done. I hate giving bad reviews. I’ve even gave them a break and came back and gave another chance. I can’t they are too slow and again UNPROFESSIONAL

HORRIBLE very unprofessional, my nails look so ugly, then they have the audacity to be expensive. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a nail establishment..

This nail shop is super close to my home, so I have taken the unprofessionalism from them more than once, however today was the last straw! I called on Friday for a Saturday morning appointment. The lady took my name and asked me what time Id like to come in, I gave her my info. Upon arriving I was told that I did not have an appointment and dude just left me standing there. I had to ask if he would be able to service me, and he just said “no”. No apology for the mix up, no trying to squeeze me in later, just no.....I will not continue to give my hard earned cash to a place with such little regard to customer service. I went to galaxy nail bar and received excellent service!

This place is awful I showed the man a picture of how I wanted my nails and got the total opposite. I would never do business with them again. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there. The nail tech was so rude n unprofessional. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.

The nail technician did an excellent job on my nails and it was very inexpensive. The minus side is the long wait time and her lack of patience when attempting to apply eyelashes.

Best place I’ve been to in my 25 years of living! I’m from Missouri and plan to travel once a month just to visit!! Thanks again for the amazing service and experience!❤️

I use to go to this location for years and stopped going because they are very unprofessional. They will tell you one person is in front of you then you get another service then next thing you know way more than one person has gone before you. After not going for years I decided to go today and guess what??? The same thing happened. I requested Tina and the man told me I had one person in front of me. So I got a pedicure meanwhile she finished the one person she was doing. So another customer comes in to the shop while I’m getting my pedicure NO big deal I’m still being serviced but then another person comes in and my service is 1 min from being complete but instead of them telling the lady she has one person in front of her they allow her to go. I believe they do this because they feel like you already got your pedicure so your not going to leave without your nails being done. Wrong answer I paid for my pedicure and left. When I asked him about he said they I could be serviced next. They are money hungry, rude, & unprofessional

I come to this nail shop once every couple of months and they do a great job on my nails and eyebrows!

I’ve been getting my nails done at May’s since I was 19 yrs. old, i’m now in my late 40’s. The last few years with this shop has been horrible! They rush during manicures and their nail work IS NOT on point. The prices have gone up & the quality of service has gone done.*I will no longer recommend.*

So...I havent been here since I was in high school and there is a good reason. The young lady attempted to polish my nails with clumpy polish. I told her not to, she poured some type of solution in the polish and proceeded. The solution made the nail polish paint a little smoother. She was EXTREMELY RUDE anything I would she huffed and puffed and was not pleasant at all. I will NEVER come back here ( writing a review as I am sitting in this establishment) If you are looking for a nail shop make this is your last destination....I wouldnt even make it your last, just find a better nail shop. Horrible customer service.

It was my first time at Mays, it was organized clean and the staff was friendly.

Omg nails came out amazing and they made me feel like they cared i originally went in for an acrylic set but I have decently long nails so he suggested to just fix the one broken nail and polish the rest and it came out amazing I love this place I have to drive all the way to North County to get my nails done crazy and Im from Cali so my expectations are very high when it comes to certain things and I definitely recommend this place definitely make an appointment or come early because it is crowded I came just before the rush 💋

I dont understand why the time say 9am-9pm when they really close at 7:30 pm. I dont like that because some people get off work late,so I was hoping theyll change it back to 9pm.

Lazy lazy and lazy. I went here for a full set. My nails were not straight. The worst part was the lady clipping my skins on the side of my finger. A couple days later it turned dark and was inflammed.
