I BEEN GOING TO LYNN FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW GETTING LASHES AND MY EYEBROWS DONE THEN THIS PAST WEEK I GOT THEM DONE THEN MY RIGHT EYE BEGAN TO SWELL UP I TOOK THE LASHES OFF N IT LOOK LIKE A BEE STING I WENT TO ASKED HER DID SHE CHANGE GLUE INSTEAD SHE WAS GETTING SMART LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG I WENT TO THE ER AND THEY SAID HER STUFF WASNT CLEAN N NOW I HAD AN INFECTION IN MY EYE!!!!!!!!!!

Quaint and Peaceful. Its a small spot..a little less space than their former, but that may be what makes it special. I was pleased with the service. The Owner is quite pleasant also, attentive to the clients.Love what they have done with their remodeling. Very nice, clean, pleasant ambiance. Ill be back!

I like this place and my nails look good but they dont do a great job of sanitizing things and dont like to wash their hands with soap and water. The lady sneezed in her and used sanitizer. I asked her to wash her hands and she rinsed them with water because she said she used sanitizer😬 that doesnt Trump soap and water sweetheart. Wont be going back their anytime soon as I dont want anyone elses germs unnecessarily

I have been going here for over 14 years. Lynn and her husband Don along with the workers are wonderful. They believe in customer satisfaction. My sister now goes as well. We both like the shop. We always have good conversations when we go.

Our nail tech took very good care of my 12 year old. She was nervous about cuticle pain. He was patient and gentle. 5-star service. Soothing atmosphere. Friendly professional staff. We will definitely visit again.

I will never go back they didnt wipe the seats after the customers they take your temperature some time the service was not good

Horrible! My tips broke off in one day and they charged me full price again to replace them. No type of discount or apology! Never going back...been going for over a year!

People are friendly and they follow the guides lines for your health. Plus they do a excellent job on my toes.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I got gel nail polish and it wasn’t even dry when I left. Didn’t notice till I got home. Called about it to tell them not only that but there was polish on my toes and the guy put at least 7 layers of it on. Just looks bad and not worth the money. They did offer to re do them but I would rather go some where I know it will be done right.

My daughter & I have been patronizing this shop for years & we love them! The owner Lynn is really nice & pays attention to her clients. My favorite nail tech is Mina she ALWAYS does an excellent job on my nails. They have a new nail tech Silena who has done my pedicures twice & she is professional, nice & does an excellent job as well!

Friendly, clean, dedicated to the work, reasonably priced. I usually have basic pedicure but have had the deluxe pedicure & eyebrow shaping. Im always very happy with all aspects of my visit from wait time, quality of work, longevity of paint.. never had a bad visit.

Got an Eye Infection

I’ve been going here for years and I love it. They do great work, and everybody is always nice. Lynn is my favorite. She knows how I like my nails and eyebrows. I’ve never had an issue

Would not recommend. Puts too much glue on lashes and nails do not look good, the shape looks funny, and they rush . Not good quality at all.

I tried 4 places before I went here, and was not happy with any of them for 1 reason or another. A friend recommended PN and Ive been 3 or 4 times. Ive never waited long, but I try to go early in the week. Ive had 2 people do my fill-ins and both were great.

$45 gets you THIS! Didnt believe it was possible but they actually made my feet look WORSE! God cant even believe it ! NEVER AGAIN

My sisters and I went for manis and eyebrows, eyebrows look great, nails not so much. Two of us got color and one a french tip. Its 6 hours later and all of us have chips in our nails. I wouldnt waste your time.

It was my first time going there and I asked for one simple thing: gel nails. I usually get them done with dual forms but the man who did them told me no. He gave a french mani with gel. The length was no where near what I asked, I have nail polish on the tip of my finger and a little bit of gel on my finger as well. They were kind of rude and the other workers was just sitting there staring at me like I didnt know what I wanted; but I knew exactly what I wanted. Overall- though the pricing is good- I will never go back to this place.

Best nail salon ever! They do great work. They have the extras that some salons dont offer like the hot wax on pedicures..which is my favorite. They also offer other services like waxing eyebrows, permanent makeup, ect.. I will keep going because their priceing is very competitive, always friendly and can always squeeze me in even when they are full and i forgot to call ahead. Great job & keep up the good work. Dont waste your money. They did a horrendous job.. Cuticles uncut, uncleaned, under the nails had acrylic shavings caked underneath, shape uneven and different on each nail.The man who started me off was polite enough but half through they switched to a woman who seemed to be in charge. She rushed through with attitude and honestly Im so sorry I went hereTHIS PLACE IS A MESS

The first time I went I had a person do a great job. However the 2nd time i had to go back the next day my nails were a HOT MESS. The shape was like she put a blob on top of my nails and painted over them. When they fell off right at 1 week my natural nails had been filed into so bad that they all broke off down into my nail bed. I will NEVER go back.

They do a really good job when they are not busy. But when they are busy, they rush through your service and you can tell. I have been going here for a year, however I am looking for another place. I try to call before I go to ask them how long the wait is sometimes they will lie and tell you no wait but when i get there people have been sottinf for 30 mins. I also try to go around lunch time during the week.

Ive been coming to the salon for 20 years. I asked the owner a month or so ago if she does microblading brow. She told me yes I went in wednesday night to make an appointment to get my brows microbladed and she wind up doing it that night. I did not find out till after we were done that she did not microblade them she tattoo of them. Had I known that upfront I would not have done it. I just pray they turn out okay because tattooing is a big difference from microblading they are permanent. And I should have been told this upfront

Five plus years as a patron didnt stop the fact my African American husband being outside this shop by our car as looking suspicious. This is what the owner thought she was whispering to another customer, before I realized the man in question was my husband. The stereotyping and implicit biases came out. Needless to say they lost me as a customer. Because if our money is good enough to bring to your shop, surely my husbands only crime was being Black standing by our car. This was an hurtful eye opener, but truly a reality hit. Lynn you get no states sweetie!!!!!

Been a customer for years but twice have they taken a caucasian women before me after I waited 20 minutes. She didnt have an appointment and the owner had the nerve to sit me at her station but then proceeded to assist the other lady leaving me there alone. I left then she tried to catch me. No thanks

I don’t even know why they still in business. Acrylic nails broke the day after I got em. When I went back they did a horrible job of getting the coffin shape right and my nails are super thick.

Lynn waxed my eyebrows, and they were horrible, uneven, and wasnt trimmed enough & had the nerve to charge $10 for that service . I should have just stuck with my original nail shop “Crystals” ...were they only charge $7 and do a wayyy better job!

Very clean establishment; they open up surgically sterilized tools in front of you and dont just rinse off the tools after working on someone else like other nail shops. Staff is always very nice and professional.

Ridiculous service and experience. The pedicure chairs are broken to no end and while I was getting my feet done the tech got up and went to do someone elses nails. Didnt say one word about what is goin on and why she did it just got up and left me sitting there wondering. Then 2 girls came in the shop and left. The owner then rushed after them trying to get their business but it wasnt happening. She came back in and started talking about them cuz she was mad. To be honest I should have followed suite and walked out.

As many years as i have been getting my nails done this is by far the WORST experience i have ever had. When the older man went to dremill my nails he kept getting my skin I would jerk away and he would firnly grab my finger to where i couldnt move away, my nails were uneven i asked for him to fix it and he didnt. I will not go back and i will not refer this place to anyone else...

Service took FOREVER, then rushed once they did get to me yet because they rushed it tesulted in errors so I still had to wait more. By the end of the day one nail had already broken and polish came off in shower :/ First time customer. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years since I was in middle school. Today was horrible. Hope they have Sunday hours to fix my nails before my party tomorrow.

Came here a week ago for a full set. One of the younger girls started putting the tips on and I noticed that the glue wasnt adhearing to the sides of my nails like usual, so I asked her to add a lil more and put pressure so that they wouldnt come up. She did on one nail and insisted that the others were fine. After that an older woman started the acrylic process and once again I noticed my tip coming off so I told her. She noticed it was indeed falling on and insisted that the acrylic would make it stick down after she added the coats. After finishing my acrylic I had a third and final woman add my polish and my clear coat before leaving the shop. It has been a week and have already lost 3 nails and working on 2 more. So tonight when I get off work I will be taking off the others and going somewhere else for a full set. This was the worst first time ever.

Nails was ok but the black girl who does the pedicures was horrible. Polish all sloppy.never again

I have been going here for years and recently been very disappointed, got nails done July 27 and they are popping off already. Just 17 days later. A full set should last long enough to get two fills. Last two times got fullSet no fills. BS

This place is a joke anymore since Michael is gone I think Iam going to be look for a new nail place after 15 years of going here is sad..but they need help and when u sit in there for 3 hours just to get a mani and pedi that just crazy

The wait is unbelievable long it took 4 hours just for a full set and they kept stopping taking other customers
