The service was excellent. The techs were thorough, friendly, and knowledgable. What got me was the $100 for 6 quarts of high milage oil. Im more accustomed to paying $50 to $60.

John and Austin are a great team and did a wonderful job! If I could request people when I come in it would be them.

I like how they communicate to each other through the whole process. One of them telling goofy jokes keeping things light while they get stuff done. He even worked in Juke box facts from Pawn Stars which was funny because I drive a Juke. The crew works like a well oiled machine together and their owner should be proud. They kept track of time in and out making sure all the cars were getting the same quality attention.

They are so accommodating its ridiculous!!! I love this place. I work across the street at a driving school and they take such good care of me I couldnt recommend them more! Please go to them they are amazing!!!

The Jiffy Lube in Snohomish is the only one worth your time and money. If you need an oil change or any other service that they offer then this shop is definitely your place to go. The staff here work diligently and give you the best bang for your buck! Tia is a hard worker and very honest with what you are getting, the people here will not try to swindle you out of your money. This place has a wonderful management team and always does everything 100%. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

A few days ago I pulled in with my Subaru. A gentleman by the name of Jaden greeted me, and walked me through what they were going to be doing to my vehicle to the best of my understanding, gave me a quote and went in depth with prices, and even went above and beyond showing true leadership by working with his fellow employees that are in working terms “under him”. I highly suggest visiting this location specifically for Jadens knowledge and hard workmanship, whether you’re local or a few miles out of the way. It’s worth your trip and time, he will make sure the job gets done quick, clean and professionally.

Very efficient crew so I was entertained watching them while I waited in my car. Good service..but next time I will buy my own air filter and put it in. Save myself the additional cost.

Unlike a few of the dealerships i have gone to, this Jiffy Lube has got it right. With a very nice, yet professional staff they manage to get things done quickly and always leave me satisfied with my choice for where to get these services done to my vehicle.

There was no line when I arrived so I got to pull right in. They were fast and friendly, I will return. The waiting room was very basic and the chairs could use an upgrade to be more comfortable.

This is the second or third time I have brought my vehicle to Jiffy Lube in Snohomish. Upon arriving, I was greeted promptly by a very kind and respectful staff member. They took care of my oil change quickly, were not pushy about extra services and the person working with me was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I even received a coupon for the service done. They even cleaned my car, which has never happened before. Definitely recommend this place.

Fast service! Took less than an hour to get my car done, even with two people in line ahead of me. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. When I had questions about my engine, they showed me on my car where everything was. They even vacuumed my car’s floors after the oil change!

I had my oil change today but something that happened made me want to write a review. The employees did a good job. They were quick, courteous etc. But after they vacuumed my floors, loose change that had fallen on the floor since the last time I vacuumed my floors they put on the passenger seat. They could have taken the change and I wouldnt know anything about it. But the young adults that work here do a good job and are honest. It may be a little thing, but it shows the quality of these employees. Good job to whomever hired them.

Super friendly, gave me a coupon that I lost anyway. Explained everything they did. Im not a car person. At all. But they make me feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very gentle with my car, and thats important. Im someone who names things, and I named my car. They didnt judge at all, and instead of addressing it as your car they called it by its name, which just adds a little extra something special.

I highly recommend the Snohomish Jiffy Lube. I stopped by on my way home from work and within just a few minutes they changed my oil, rotated my tires, checked my air filter, detailed the inside of my car. I was on my way in 30 minutes! I have been to Jiffy Lube many times and always satisfied. This time however I noticed something strange under my truck when I got home. The front rubber engine protector was hanging down. Now I did not assume that this happened at Jiffy Lube but I did go back to show them. Jaden, the General Manager, said, No problem well fix it. So he pulled my truck in and went underneath are re-secured the rubber piece. Maybe it had been like that for a while, not sure. But Jaden happily took care of it. Seems like excellent customer service at Jiffy Lube is certainly a priority.

I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost of just an oil change! They also vacuumed the front seats and added air to my front tire (TPMS went off on my way-known slow leak). I was first in line and my wait was 15min.The coffee was good and welcome as it was 26° outside! Despite the cold weather, the lobby was comfortable.Kind of out of the way, this location is nice bc there arent long lines. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I left happy, especially when I ascended the hill where I live with aplomb rather than lag!Definitely be back!

Curtis Woods is awesome, I used to work in the industry so I can always tell when someone really cares. Curtis and his techs treat every car like it was their own mothers and work diligently to ensure everyone gets offered the services they need. When declined they never push or pry, great customer service!

More expensive and they do less. They no longer vacuum interior of vehicle or wash exterior windows.

I bring the Cablecom vehicles here regularly, they are always polite and fast. Store is always clean. The closing lower bay tech is awesome.

I have been going to your Snohomish Jiffy Lube for many years. After today I will NEVER go back. Went in for an oil change out of the oil I usually use. Offer a tire rotation. But cant do that lift is broken. There is an oil leak but due to the car being wet cant tell where the leak is comming from. Was told I need a couple belts replaced but he dint have experience doing belts. There were 5 employees there and I was the only customer. Your Customer service is completely ridiculous.

They were efficient, professional and not trying to push anything else.

I have been doing oil changes for a couple of years at this location. I recently had it done before a road trip. (About 130.00) I asked that they look into an oil drip that I just started to notice.when my car was done, it was not mentioned. When I asked about it I found that the person taking the order forgot to tell the technician so it was not addressed. Ok, one mistake.On my trip I started getting a message on my screen Oil Change Required I realized that they forgot to reset the car warning. Mistake 2. I returned with my car (45 minute round trip) to have it reset. When I pulled it I spoke to a technician who said he would reset it. A worker named Curtis (same one that forgot to pass on about my oil drip) came up to get information from my car. The tech. helping me told him that Im not here for an oil change, that the forgot to reset my oil change warning. Curtis said it was no problem. I thought, of course its a problem. No concern about the mistakes. I told him that to return to fix this is inconvenient. He replied, no, its not a problem for me and walked away. What a bad attitude. I thought the management should know how this rude guy, Curtis treats customers with disrespect. Mistake #3 was the worst. I asked the tech. who the manager is to make a complaint. He said Curtis is the manager. Only recourse is a poor review and not bringing my business here again.

Usually this place is great. However. This last time I went for an oil change they didnt vacuum, wash my windows, or fill up my washer fluid. 😡

Technician was honest and forthright about the cost of the oil change service. He did try to up-sell me on a couple of items, but understood I wasnt interested. I was hoping they could replace a headlight, but werent able to because it involved removing a few bolts. I went home and watched a video that showed me how to change it in about 10 mins. Saved $30.

Have been a customer here for many years, taken all of our vehicles here for oil changes, transmission fluid changes, filters. Today was our last visit. When we arrived, they were just finishing one, car, starting in on another, and we would be next. So we told them we were going for a walk and would be back in a half hour or so. We returned 30-40 minutes later, and the hood was down on our vehicle, 3 technicians were working on a car that had come in after we had left, the third bay was empty, so I assumed out car was done and walked straight to the register to pay. The guy who checked me in asked if he could help me. I gave him my name and vehicle info and he looked at me like he was confused, I pointed to the car and said I assume its done? He said that they had mistakenly started on another car and that they hadnt even started mine! fine, stuff happens, right? he apologized, went out to get the guys to work on it and when he came back I expected at the very least a discount or coupon for the next visit. Nope, he came in to try to upsell me. Told him I would never spend another cent in that place after today. Go to check out when they are done, full price oil change. Glad there are other options in town to get an oil change these folks have no concept of customer service.

I take my work van there every time it need maintenance. They are very quick and reliable. Most of the time there is no wait to get your vehicle in the there shop.

I dread getting any maintenance done on my car, but the staff here actually made getting my oil changed a pleasant experience. They were super friendly and professional, quick, and honest.
