Needed to get my clothes. Rushed from work. Arrived about 6:25. Doors locked. 7am to 7 PM is posted all over the door and have always been able to get them at 6:30 shop closed. This is the 3 rd. problem I have had. All 3 different problems. Lost clothes ruined clothes etc. Once I get my clothes back, I will not be using them any more. Going on a trip and now need to redo my entire wardrobe I had planned. Really sucks!

I took my comforter in to be dry cleaned and when I brought home it had rips all over it. I tried to call and speak to them but the person who answered the phone said he could not help me. He said I would have to bring the comforter up and speak to the manager Nick on Monday, however we will be out of town. Cameron the person I spoke to said that they have no responsibility for the items they clean. I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay for the cleaning since they destroyed my comforter. Very poor customer service.

Tells you like it is, as long as you read their directions. Very professional, different from most in Pearland. The manager KaM knows his stuff.

Best place to take your dry cleaning! I dont trust anyone else with my clothes. I found them after another cleaners ruined my clothes about 8 years and havent looked back! I usually drop off about 40 pieces at once and its always ready same or next day in perfect condition! 5 stars all the way.

Cleaned my comforter very fast, back to brand new!

Have always had a positive experience. Had a spot that got left on a shirt and they took it back and got it handled no questions asked. I think all cleaners will mess up from time to time but they seem to handle it well.

Terrible customer service. Ill never go here again and Id advise you not to as well unless you dont care about being told one price when you drop your clothes off and a completely different price when picking them up. Also, if you like to keep the stains on your shirt come here. I honestly cant believe the service was this bad. I will NEVER come back here.

Probably the worst job on dry cleaning and pressing I have ever seen. My shirts look much worse now than before I took them to this place. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money at this place.

Nope, never again. They have no clue how to effectively run a business and take care of customers. Sent pants in for alterations. 3 weeks later they lose them. They said the place they send their clothes for alterations lost them, but they won’t tell you who they use so I can investigate myself. I’m going to have to call every alteration myself and hunt them down. They offer no definite resolution, reason or assurance. So they lost my business.

Friendly staff, great service. Ive never had any issues.

I will never go there again they do not take responsibility for anything that they damage.

I should have listened to the previous reviews and never took my clothing here. They ruined my Polo’s and blamed me for bringing my clothes there to begin with. Unfriendly staff watched as the manager yelled at me for asking for a refund. Please, heed my warning along with others and DO NOT BEING YOUR CLOTHES HERE.
