My first visit was awesome, however the last 2 was not up to professional standards. She didnt put any oil on, and she also wouldnt clean the polish off the side of my nail. $30.00 for bad service.

Visiting from out of state and after sorting through many reviews and pictures looking for a nail salon, I chose #1 nails. I am so glad I did!! My toes have never looked so good after a pedicure. She did an amazing job with the French tip pedicure!! And the paraffin wax treatment was heavenly!! My feet are so soft and smooth! The massage chairs were very comfortable! I also got a French tip dip on my nails and love them! The gel top coat is so smooth and shiny!! You wont regret going here, I sure dont! I sat at booth #8 and she was amazing!! Even finished my visit off with a facial wax. Absolutely a great day of pampering!! And prices were very reasonable!!

I drive over 45 minutes each way to see my nail tech Selena! Shes amazing! The level of quality makes the drive totally worth it! I tell anyone who will listen to check em out! LOL

I went back to get my nails done after being upset the first time and I am very pleased!! My nails look very good!!! And I also for my eyebrows done and they look beautiful!

I’m always down with letting any one do my nails but today I read the reviews and it said don’t let the guy do your nails but came and did just that and he must up from the jump I’m waiting now for another person will lady to do it now but at this point I just want to leave

The nail techs are extremely amateur! I spent $77 and It looks like a 10 year old did my nails! I will NOT be returning!

This place is a must for nail care. Technical is great. The staff and owners are always friendly and helpful. And did an impeccable job on my nails. The utensils are sterilized after each use. I absolutely love the work they do here. Id happily go back again.

I have been coming to Nails & Lashes for a years. Extremely reasonable for prices. The girl greeted me warmly when I came in. My nail tech was all incredibly kind with me. Its very good for shape! The salon is very clean and well maintained. So will definitely come again.

I love everything about this Shop! Always tidy and they do good work. Patient technicians, and it gets really busy sometimes so I would recommend this place to patient customers. Wait time always under 20 minutes for walk inside and the receptionist helps you with ANYTHING you need making it an exceptional customer service experience.

Didnt get what I ask for after they asked me when I entered then again when I sat down and one more time listening skills or comprehension is not there. And nicked my toe roughly one doing my pedi got into it with another tech that was doing a mani place packed for all to witness guess distraction made her forget what she was doing when I said something she did apologize offered to do over but I had already been there longer than expected will not go back tried three times here cause my good friend raved on them but she only lets one person do hers

Only GOOD things about this location it’s calm, relaxing and the workers are nice. But I’m sorry they cannot paint i had to take me and my sister to another shop to get our nails repainted because they skills are not good.

First time visiting my tech changed to working here.Place seems clean but was disappointed to come in and have CNN on the TV.This is suppose to be my time for relaxing but this was the worst especially if the person on CNN is someone you care for less for.Either have soothing music or something women like to watch.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I asked for a simple manicure and NO pedicure and the lady gave me a pedicure after I repeatedly asked not to. On top of that she did a horrible job on my hands, almost like she was rushed. Save youre money. This place is not worth it

I went in on Nov. 14th to get a set of new nails put on apparently with dirty tools. Because the follow Saturday my right middle nail started to hurt. By Wednesday before Thanksgiving my finger was so swollen I could not bend it. I went to urgent Care where they had to number my finger twice to get the nail off. Once we did get the nail off there was a staph infection under my nail from an uncleaned tool used at #1 Nails & Lashes. I had to have minor surgery to drain the infection and have iv antibiotics. Then was sent home with a very strong antibiotics. I went to let them look at my nail and they said they didnt do that I must have hit my hand on something. I would think twice ladies before letting them touch your nails. It a very painful experience.

The worst service awful performance was post to be my birthday nails and they rushed through I see why I don’t get my nails done !!!!!!!!

Worst service ever, I would not be going back, I went to the nail salon yesterday to get a full set and the man who was doing my nails didn’t seem to know what he was doing.. I never in my life saw a person restart on a nail so many times. He was very rough and he kept snatching my hand hard and when I told him he was being rough he caught an attitude. Another thing was when he finished my nails he didn’t apply the clear coat, and when I asked him to apply the clear coat he said “later” then he sat me under the dryer and started on another costumer. So I asked another lady to apply my clear coat because my nails were dry and I had places to be mind you I been under the dryer for a good almost 40 mins.. do the next day 2 of my nail on my right hand broke, I didn’t hit them in anything or nothing like that so I called the nail salon and told them that I wasn’t pleased with my nails and I asked them was it and thing that they could do as far as a refund, because I planned on going back to my regular nail salon that I usually go to, and I was gonna have them fix it because I wasn’t pleased with their work and the lady said no they can’t refund my money because the service was already done, so I asked her was there anything else that they could do besides fix it because I was gonna have my people fix it and the lady hung the phone up on me so I called back and asked her again and she hangs the phone up on me again and then I called back again thinking maybe it was an accident and they didn’t pick up after that... so moral of the story is, if you have a good nail salon that you already go to stick to them .. I learned my lesson and if i could give them 0 stars I would

I go here because its convenient, not because its the best. Today was my last time tho. When I saw the lady washing the pedicure flip flops for use again, that was it. Very unsanitary!

I’ve been coming to this shop for awhile now. Always tip very well.Today my experience was horrible 😣I have natural nails normally I get a gel mani but my nails have been brittle.They highly recommended I dry the dip and the lady that did my nails completely trash my nails.They’re soo thick and clumpy I could cry.They knew it was horrible because someone else started working on my nails.They forgot I wanted my toes polish so as the different tech is working on my shaping my thick clumpy nails.Another tech rushes over to polish my feet.Being soo rough and quick (because it’s 10 mins after closing) she polish my nails on top of my sandles leaving finger nail polish remover on my Shoes.They also rushed me to leave so they can go they didn’t allow me to dry my feet. So they sent me out with completely wet polish on my toes.This was the worse experience I’ve ever had with a nail spa.I didn’t tip today and I won’t be coming back because I’m very considerate and appreciative.They could’ve offered better next day service but instead they took my money and sent me out with horrible nails and wet toe polish.

I am pleased with my nails and the service. However I found it very offensive when technicians would often speak in their own language.This was my first experience being at the nail salon, and speaking their dialec was constant and overwhelming. If you have Americans patronising your business. I think the least they can do is speak ENGLISH, so that there is No misunderstanding. Because most times it is perceived that they are taking about YOU. I know I felt that way. And I believe they were because I asked questions that they were uncomfortable with.

The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is always clean, the service is quick, and all of the technicians do an excellent job.
