First time here…full set with gel polish was okay, the technician was personable. My complaint is with Tay regarding my pedicure. If I am going to pay for an upgraded pedicure (Deluxe 4 Steps), I expect all the steps to be performed! There was no massage nor did he completely wipe the mud mask off my legs, didnt apply Lotion and did not remove the callused skin on the bottom of one of my toes. He said the skin would come back in a couple of weeks?!! I asked him four times before he applied the polish and he finally said he would do it once it dried, however that wasnt logical (just a lie) and it never happened. I had to bring it to the attention of the nail tech and she removed it. I dont like inattentive people when I am paying with my hard earned money. I am eight months pregnant and havent been to a nail salon since the pandemic. I desired and deserved a better experience. Additionally, fast forward 6 hours later, and the bottom of my feet feel irritated...originally 3 stars, now 2 stars at best

This place is fantastic! Ive been 2 times and I was impressed both. The first time I waited no more than 15 mins to get in a seat. Once they started perfection commenced! I was asked what I wanted, showed the idea before completing the work and got my okay through the entire process. My nails were beautiful! No gems fell off and my nails were in tact!The second time, I needed to get the same nails redone. I sat down immediately and the gentleman went to work. The nail tech was extremely rude!! Could not draw a Brest cancer ribbon on nails!! Over charged for getting acrylic on real nails!! Really really rude!! Will never go back!!! My money will spend somewhere I’m appreciate and treated with kindness and respect!!

Today was my first time here. I did not have to wait to be seen. The techs were nice, however I wasn’t impressed. My pedicure was rushed. My heels are still rough. Also, my nail tech did an okay job. I still had residue all over my hand and nails. She could have cleaned my cuticles a little better. The shape of the nails were decent and the ombré was ok. The cuticles we’re not cute at all. Also, the facility needs a good cleaning, it’s really dusty.In response to the owner who commented. Thanks for responding however I shouldn’t have to purchase a manicure to remove dry skin when the nail tech is using a drill. The drill would have removed all of that. This is not my first time getting my nails done. If she would have spent a little more time cleaning around the nail it would have been better, that’s all. Take your criticism and learn from it. 😘

I’ve come here several times and it’s always a different experience. I like that they try to get you seated as soon as possible and that they are nice but I feel that they try to rush. I’ve come here and sometimes my nails have come out curvy, the nail polish are not on the sides of my nails and that they’re a bit thick. I’ve also been cut by the drill. Since their shop can get busy they work at a faster pace but I believe it can affect their performance.

Traveled all the way from the south side because I heard they were good. Not impressed! Very overpriced. This cost me $95. The only reason I agreed to it is because it was for my sisters wedding and I didn’t have time to go anywhere else AND The killer part is, the bling was only $10 extra. What cost the most was getting the white on the tips with a curve. That was $30 extra dollars. Someone else in the shop was getting the same thing I was getting so while I was waiting for my sister to finish up I asked the other customer how much hers cost? She said hers was $70. Why? Idk but I won’t be back. VERY OVERPRICED! Could’ve went to a shop on the south and paid $45 maybe with the same look! Run 🏃🏾‍♀️ 🏃🏾‍♀️

I paid for my sisters and I manicure a full set nails, Im glad they were able to take us in as walk-ins but the guy doing my sisters nails didnt ask her what shape she wanted and didnt have good customer service. The guy who did my nails was just ok. Spent over $161 and it was subpar quality so we wont come back.

Horrible experience! I scheduled my appointment in advance. Regardless of them being overbooked and understaffed they were still accepting walk-in clients. This was supposed to be a special treat for my daughter. We chose this location because they are supposedly the best for nail art. My daughter asked for galaxy nails and we even showed a picture of the design and it was not delivered. They just did clear glitter polish. She is 10 and just happy to have her nails done so we didn’t complain. After waiting two hours, we had dinner reservations which I called and pushed back because of the delay, we had to leave. I had to sit there and scrape my own nails with a random nail extension that was laying around one of the many messy work stations. When I got up to leave the nail tech ask me who did my nail take off, assuming he would be able to charge me an additional amount. When I told him I had to do it myself he gave an excuse about being understaffed. I would have appreciated a call in advance stating that they couldn’t complete the service at the scheduled time, so that I could have reschedule for a different day. OR at least begin turning away walk-in customers when they discover they would be over booked for appointments. This was extremely disrespectful of my time and money which I ALSO work hard for. I will not be back, and I will share my experience with anyone who will listen.

They did great..before went to galaxy nails which was awful and love this it doesnt smell.

You can get your nails done how ever you want! You will also pay for it. For me its worth it! I love the pedicures, full sets, and beverages. Extremely busy I recommend you get there early. Looking forward to trying all the pedi jellies and the fun things I can do with my nails!

I have been trying to come here for weeks, and today was my lucky day! I brought my mom and little sister here and we loved it. Everyone that took care of us was so nice and professional. We will definitely be back. The pedicures were relaxing and our nails came out perfect🥰

Got my nails done by Andy and loved them. He made sure he listened to what it was I wanted exactly. My dip looks really good and my gel polish on my toes is nice and even and not runny looking.

The worker that serviced me was fantastic!!!The chair and the tray for the pedicure needed to be washed down. The floor needs sweeping. The vents also need cleaning. Upon entering the nail polish and remover filled the air. You could tell that it was not cleaned the night before.

They got us in without a wait on a very busy Saturday. I got a pedicure which was was by far the best I’ve ever received. I am a first time customer but I will definitely be returning. Very clean and up to date building and technology. Great customer service. Just overall very satisfied.

Came in early in the morning right when they opened. Was told and shown a note attached to my customer profile number by one of the receptionists that I could not be serviced because “I’m too picky and no one can service me; a note from a long time ago and I was unaware or never told that I couldn’t be serviced again before leaving; and I’ve had multiple services done here just fine by Andy and Lena even wrote a great review about it on google. This is terrible customer service! I may have had a bad experience with one of your techs who did a bad job on my toes, but that does not make it right for you all to refuse service to me because I want the same quality I’m paying for every time and if certain employees can’t provide that then they should not be doing that service. I DO NOT Recommend this establishment!

Racial profile. Someone informed me that I can’t get my nails done because of what someone else did when I was not around. I come there a lot and never harm anyone. For them to do that I will never do that. But my dad is a lawyer and this was a racial profile so you all have a big lawsuit coming your way

Had the nails on the left over a month. Went from coffin initially to square this time (cut them down to my natural nail length!) Not one nail came off or lifted 😍

I came in for a pedicure and Anna was my technician. She did an amazing job and was very sweet! She didn’t seem rushed and actually listen to what I wanted. I didn’t feel like I was being a bother either which was great - bc she was so nice. My feet were really swollen too since I’m 36 weeks pregnant and she was understanding of that. I’ll definitely be requesting her for my future services.

I loved the ways my nails looked before they were even done! My nail tech was very polite and didn’t mind if I asked for her to change something! She was also very pretty. Was super packed and kinda unorganized, but I still loved my visit overall❣️❗️

My friend and I were so rushed, to the point we felt our appointments were inconveniences to them! I was ushered to the payment area so quickly that I had to remind them twice that I still had another treatment scheduled! Two of the services that were supposed to be included in my pedicure were not provided but I was charged as if they were and there were similar issues with the second treatment however, I believe the theme of my experience has been established so there isnt a need to elaborate.

I love the service that Sarah provides. I never have to wait too long from my appointment time. She does great work with my pedicure, my dip nails and any design that I request. My services are always worth what I pay. Plus I receive a refreshment during my visit.

I heard about this place and was curious. It’s not right down the street from me but was worth it for me to go. They did an excellent job on my feet and nails. They are a high traffic place but they were able to get me in and out as quick as possible. I’m not from Missouri but they are the best I’ve went to since I’ve lived out here. Thanks Tom for the giving me more than what I wanted. I’ll be going back soon.

Elvis is awesome. Elvis is currently doing my pedicure and it is the best I’ve ever had !! He literally had me falling asleep in the chair, his vibe and attitude were awesome and he is amazing at what he does.

The first time I came here, it was great. But this time, I came in for an acrylic fill and a glitter gel manicure. The glitter was uneven, and the edges of my nails were very jagged and sharp. There was polish on my skin. I came back in to see if someone else could fix them, but the same tech came up, told me I was wrong, and briefly filed them at the desk. Not worth the price.

I made appointment. The receptionist was Great and polite. I got my nails the way I like and got my pedicure was relaxing and He did a great job. Thank you 😊

Today was my first time ever going to Jimmy’s! And I loved it! Great atmosphere, friendly and my toes came out looking BOMB! I’m glad I went! It took a long time but was worth it ! I will be going back!

I usually go to someone else to get my nails done but she was sick. She told me about Jimmy’s nails and said they were pretty good so I decided to come down here and get my nails done. I’m sitting in the seat for about 15-20 minutes waiting on a soak. Someone finally gets to me and start soaking my nails keep in mind I’m using my real nails I just have a thin layer of acrylic over them to keep them protected from breaking. So my nails are done soaking and the guy starts putting acrylic on without prepping my nails. I asked him if he can file them down because my nails grow super fast and he told me no and then proceeded to messing up. I let it go but when he was putting way too much liquid on the brush and sloppily dabbing my nails I got mad and left with one hand not even remotely done. I tipped a different store $60 to take his work off of my hand and get me together. I shouldn’t of had to. It was too messy in there and I don’t need 5 different people working on me. If one person can’t do every step to do nails, then they are not good enough to work on me. I don’t need one person soaking me another one putting on the acrylic another one filing and then another person to paint. That’s Unprofessional and messy. Especially with Covid out I definitely don’t need five people touching me

It’s always a good atmosphere. Hate no one was there to do lashes until 6 pm, but hey all in al it was a great experience. I’m very satisfied 😁

First time visiting this nail salon and I was very satisfied and enjoyed my experience. I got a Jelly Pedicure which felt amazing! I loved the aromatherapy they add to the water. My feet are soft and so pretty! Thank you Jimmys Nails. I will be back.

I go to Jimmy’s every time I wanna get my nails done and they do an amazing job each time. I highly recommend Nicole she is amazing at what she do. But the only problem I have with them is certain designs I wish I could get them hand painted I’ll pay the extra money for it. But other than that best nail shop in STL.

Finally found my favorite nail salon in the Saint Louis area! I chose the Jimmy’s Special Pedicure and Sarah did such an amazing job, this was the best pedicure I’ve ever had hands-down. I will definitely be back. I appreciated the salons attention to detail and cleanlines. Thank you so much I love my toes and I’m still smiling.

I came in for a pedicure and manicure with gel only on manicure. I change the polish on my pedicures a lot so I wanted regular polish on my toes. Because I didn’t want gel on my toes even after continuous pressure from technician, they told me I have to wait an hour for my toes to dry because I’m not getting gel and then they will start on my manicure. When I still didn’t want gel on my toes they told me they didn’t have the color I wanted on my toes. I ended up finishing my pedicure and leaving heading to Happy Nails because they have great customer service and no pressure on what a customer’s choice is. Please take your money somewhere else because Jimmy’s Nail Bar is unprofessional!

15$ for gel polish added to my 70$ pedicure when I asked for a different one but tech insisted on the other one and did what he wanted. My nails was 60$ for a fill in. 25$ for my tips polished. My nails are beyond short. Fills in are 25$ on the expensive side. It took from 11am until 4:50pm to get it all done.

Only reason i didnt give a five star was because of the wait. Upon arrival receptionist said 35 minute wait. I was called after 45 minutes just to sit in the chair another 35 minutes. But once the service got going it was awesome.

For years I’ve been looking for a nail salon with great value and quality service. Well I found it. They are able to do pretty much any design that you want. The acrylic nails actually last. No lifting and definitely no breakage. I’m going back for sure and would recommend it.

First Time at Jimmy’s went with my mother for her bday she wanted her nails done... I requested Nicole but got Henry instead which was no problem he did a great job I got acrylic nails and designs he was awesome I love the nails itself however they were out of almost all of the pinks!!! Every pink I asked for was empty so I settled for a candy red pink which I don’t like but its fine.Long wait time was expected for me since I didn’t set an appointment. My mom never got her nails done they were so unorganized and kept moving her around by the time my nails were finished she didn’t even get hers started ☹️ That was a bust

It was my first time at Jimmy’s Nails Bar and I had the best first time experience. I’ve gone to many nail salons in the past but I always switched around because I wasn’t satisfied with how they came out. Coming here for my first time, I was shocked with how professional and detailed the employees were. Lena did such an amazing job with my nails and did them EXACTLY the way I wanted them. From the shape of my nail, to the length, and to the thickness of the nail, everything is PERFECT😍 It was also my first time being with a nail tech who is so detailed about their work. She kept checking my nails to make sure that everything was perfect! I’ve always felt like other nail techs would rush when they did my nails which led to them not being the best. But Lena definitely made sure that there were no imperfections. I am so happy with how my nails turned out I just had to write my first ever review here on Google! Thank you Lena once again for my beautiful claws💖

Jimmy’s Nail Bar was fantastic! I got the Jelly Spa Pedicure and it was absolutely great! They were very punctual and professional! I will be back. Last but not least, the lay out of the place is very nice. I love the way it’s decorated. Definitely doesn’t look like the average nail shop, it’s 10x better!

I took my wife here to try another nail design and pedicure service. I had pedicure with Sarah and my wife has her nail design by Lee. Both staffs are very friendly and professional. My wife feel very satisfied with Lee nail Design. Sarah also do a good job on my pedicure massage. My leg feel more relived after long hour of working. Definitely come back to this place.

I didn’t have an appointment I walked in around 1pm they were super busy I ended up getting seated around 2pm and I was finished around 2:45pm

Not a bad place at all!! The interior is beautifully decorated. There registration aspect could use some work. I booked an appointment the day before going, but had to wait 30 minutes to be seated after arriving. The staff is sweet and extremely cordial. Not sure of his name, but the man who did my nails was a sweetheart. He asked questions about my day and constantly reassured me that things would be okay. However, he was very heavy handed!! The nail application was very rushed. People who arrived before me and requested simple designs finished much later than I did. In addition, the filing process was extremely painful. Besides the rough handling, my biggest disappointment is that one of my nails came out crooked, and the stylist didnt care to fix it. It isnt likely that Ill go to Jimmys often, but I do see myself giving them another chance in the future.

I really like this nail shop because they have really great modern nail designs and all of the nail techs seem to do good work. They are also very nice and professional. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they are a bit overpriced. I got a full arcrylic nail set with french tips and 1 sugar crystal nail on each hand and that cost 95 dollars alone which is really expensive for such a simple design.
