Don’t go here. I have a 2021 Madza 3 just purchased 2 months ago from the dealership. I came without scratches and now my car has searches and swirl marks. Please wash your car by hand or use another automated car wash shop

Love going here! Theres never been a wait any time Ive gone and my car always looks so shiney and clean after a wash. The vacuums have great suction too! I was surprised how good they were my first visit. Usually the vacuums at other car washes hardly have a suction. So glad I found this place!

The vacuums are free for 10 min after wash but I have thick decals on my door so it wont get scratched and it took the paint off this thick leather or foam decal. So upset. And chipped some of my new paint off. And I have a great paint job. It was too rough. The Newberry one washed my perfectly.

I love this car wash, I live 32 mules away but will come here always. Its an automated car wash, but they have a prep area and provide you with the necessary tools. Brushes, sponges tire solution. Its really busy but it takes less than 15mins to take care of your car. Even if you opt for the cheapest wash ($10.00) your car will come out sparkling clean. With the pollen being so high this year $10.00 is a good price.

10/10 best car wash I’ve ever been to. There is a brush upon entering to wash the bugs off the front of your car before the wash. The basic was was extremely reasonable. After the was you have optional vacuums and a rug clear.

Horrible experience. You get what you pay for, which is cheap quality. I left the express car wash with my rims extremely scratched up. Spoke with an employee there who was recently hired and asked why my rims came out all scratched up. He said it was his fault because he guided the car in the wrong way. He told me to go to Autozone to fix the issue that was THEIR fault. He then proceeded to try flirting with me after the fact. Very poor customer service. I know management will not attempt to reach out to remedy this issue based on the experiences of other customers at this wash. Tropic car wash has lost my business due to professionalism and completely damaging my rims.

The bug prep area is optional & convenient for those looking to remove/loosen any love bugs, dirt, pollen, etc that has probably dried to paint. you’re loaded onto the conveyor belt by an employee & stay in car while going through the tunnel. After exiting the tunnel you have the option to vacuum or exit the property. The time limit at the vacuum station is enforced during peak hours, to ensure all guests have the same opportunity.Great car wash for customers looking for the best express car wash experience! Car was definitely clean afterwards, but damaged by the wash enough that I ended up selling the car due to this car wash.edit in response to owner: I am 100% sure it is this location, both by the map and by location photos. I am sure you found the antenna on the ground a few weeks ago. The top spoiler also had scratches.

Very crowded. Wash was ok but pricey for the cleanliness of the truck. Vacuums were strong but you could only use one side to clean entire vehicle die to how many people there were. It was nightmare getting in and out of the parking lot.

I came to tropic car wash followed by another car at 6:31 on a Friday evening and cones were already set up at the entrance as the business was closed. The hours of operation clearly say it closes at 7 PM. The workers saw both cars and did not do anything.

I was amazed at how well this car wash cleaned my car! My car sat under a tree for over a week while on vacation, on top of that I hadnt cleaned it myself in ages. I was expecting to have to finish a lot of the wash when I got home but that wasnt the case, even my tires and rims were clean. Would strongly recommend this place.

It was pretty good. It cleaned my car pretty well, the people were nice enough. It did seem a little bit rough. If you have a really loose or wobbly part it might not have made it. The vacuum part rocked and they have a place for cleaning the back of truck beds and such.

Car wash is really good and a convenient location. You can pre-wash your car before taking it into the washer for free. The prices are really cheap. The highest price for a wash I believe is $15. I get the $12 wash and my car and rims come out looking amazing. They also have a great area to vacuum out your car. I only go here to get my car cleaned.

Easy way to get your car clean. You can go completely contactless too. If you do the pre-wash and vacuum after, your car feels like new when you leave. Friendly group of guys working here too. All around quick and easy.

Use the prewash if you have bugs on your car. The car wash wont remove the persistent bug residue. The car wash itself is great with about 3 or 4 options and the most costing $15 I believe. So the value is great. The vacuums are amazing because of the power. Just be careful not to have any valuables nearby otherwise theyll get sucked up. Also by the building they have a carpet cleaner/Vacuum thing which is helpful.

Nice wash for good price. They should have a monthly price for unlimited wash about $24 for the $15 wash. Entrance to property is a bit tricky can cause an accident to your clean ride. Vacuums are powerful but are not long enough to reach from front to back of vehicle. Hose should be longer an additional 25ft would suffice. With these opportunity for improvements a 5 star would be warranted..

I love this place. Always sponges and brushes for a pre wash, quick pay, all the treatments are in the water so you can actually SEE the difference in your car, its got wheel scrubbers inside that are separate from the long dreadlocks so your wheels actually get scrubbed, the blower is incredibly powerful you think your wiper blades are going to fly off, and then there always is an open spot to go and use the suckey vacuums to finish your car off.

Helpful staff. My silly self was about to enter the car wash all wrong. A worker yelled at me right as I was entering. He was like hey! put it in neutral!. He scared me but gave me a smile letting me know the right way. Plus free vacuum with wash. Cant beat it.

Car wash was fine. Vacuums don’t reach whole car, you have to turn your car around in order for it to get the back seats.

This car wash borders UF campus so we use it for our state vehicles. We are basically paying for the wash areas before you enter the actual car wash and vacuum. The car wash does nothing to clean your vehicle. It uses way too much soap and moves through way too fast to clean. On top of that the rinse cycle is way too short. Your car emerges every time sudsy. When you tell them your vehicle isn’t clean with the premium wash they say you should scrub better beforehand (spent 20-25 mins scrubbing.) They never address the soapy issue.On top of that the vacuum area is always filled to the max and people use it for 30+ mins even though signs are posted 10 mins. Yesterday there was a backup out of the car wash tunnel. They sit and detail every wheel and surface inside and out and spray on wax. I can pull in scrub for 15 mins go through the wash and vacuum and the same people are detailing taking vacuum spots. I swear people are running detail businesses out of there. Two cars sitting taking spots one person detailing the other person’s car as they watch.Only positives location and the mat vacuum.

Easy quick carwashes.

First time I use it and was happy with the results. I liked that they had a vacuum for my inside, it needed it.

I would have to say for what you’re getting out of this car wash it is definitely worth the value. I decided one day to get the value wash for $6 which is the cheapest I’ve seen in the area. Even for $6 you get all the benefits the property has to offer. First they have an area to scrub the wheels of excess crud as well as any hard on stains. After, the entry is dual lane for more speed. I used my credit card with ease and the gate rose and I drove through. The employee helps to line the car on the conveyor belt, throw it in neutral and boom all done. Go through the wash pop out the other side put it in drive and now you’re on your way home or to the free vacuums. My car was rather dirty and this wash managed to get the majority of the dirt. Which I am happy with a $6 wash. It’s a good touch up type of wash but nothing will beat a hand wash and wax. There are a few cons like getting in. Good luck between 4-6pm, Archer is a pain. Good bang for the buck, especially with all the amenities offered when compared to gas station car washes.

Package offerings are a bit high, even with the limit of 10 washes a month. Thanks to those who abused the once unlimited washes policy, Im also sure prices increased on the packages also.Please note.....You must bring your own towels to dry your vehicle??? Every unlimited, self serve, touchless car wash Ive used provides towels for drying.Helpful hints!!! Get a package of 36 microfiber towels from Sams Club. Wash and dry them a couple times and keep several in your car. They are perfect for drying off the remaining water after exiting the rather weak blowers at this car wash.

I really like this car wash. The guys that run it are helpful and nice, the value for the money cant be beat. I like how my truck looks after every wash without fail.
