Had my nails done 10 minutes ago- rushing me and forcing em to pick a color, literally missed part of my nails and didn’t shape them barely at all- plus there’s a HAIR in one of my nails. Very unprofessional & unbothered by the fact they buffed my nail bed and got my skin- will not be going back

I had a nice powder nails job but it was way over due for a new one. And Nails 67 took me right in, cleaned off the old and I received a better finish and job than I had before, I will be returning he again. SOON!

Emily has been my tech for a little over 9 yrs now.. I appreciate her and her sister Cassie for taking care of my mom!! Ive watched her kids grow up and she always ask how my grown daughter is.. Ive referred many and I dont allow many up close and personal..

I’d give them 0 stars if I could.Nail 67 in Florissant messed my nails ALL the way up. But let me back up and start with the reason I went out of my way to go there in the first place. I literally only went there because my friend showed me a really cool polish they have.So I’m looking at my options and can’t find it. I ask about it, describe it, everything short of having a picture of it. But they’re acting like they have no idea what I’m talking about. After probably 15 minutes I finally settle on this polish, which I like, but considering that polish was the sole reason I went there, it’s kind of a bummer.Next (and honestly more important) issue. I ask - repeatedly - for almond shape. Plus they showed me their chart. And I know they understood me because they repeated it back. I even showed them a picture of my last set (from a place here in Alton). So they had no excuse. I don’t even know how many times I asked them to file more, make them pointier, etc... I lost count and honestly just gave up because at that point I was wasting my breath.Most of them are crooked and/or have jagged edges. Yes, my nails have grown some since I’ve had them done, but even then the acrylic wasn’t all the way to my nail bed. They look like trash. But I knew I wasn’t getting anywhere because they have like 8 signs saying “no refunds” and they weren’t listening to me in the first place.But here’s the real kicker. As the guy’s finishing what seems like the 100th coat, a lady brings over the ring with the polish I wanted on it. 🤬Thanks for reading. I just feel like leaving bad reviews and recommending people take their business elsewhere is the only thing I can do at this point, because they wouldn’t listen to a word that came out of my mouth.

Ive been getting my nails done for quite some time now and nail 67 is way better than extra nails... Granted theyre owned by the same owner but nail 67 does away way better job. Theyre always so friendly they greet you and they care about their clients

Always nice. Quick to get in and out and they do quality work. Ill be honest though, the place needs a general cleaning. Everything is just dusty and in need of a deep clean but when it comes to the pedicure baths, the sink, the tools they use to do your nails- all that is perfectly clean. Its just the decor and side tables and stuff that doesnt matter that needs cleaning. Otherwise its perfectly fine. The people make the difference for me. Theyre always joking around and laughing and they talk to you, not just to each other in a language you dont speak. I was really pleasantly surprised and Ill be going back to them from now on.

Great pedi and service, please take time to clean up more and Nats flying around. Either way my go to.

The owner is sweet as pie. They are all very friendly, clean and sanitary. They do take walk-ins but its best to have an appointment or go during non peak times to avoid a wait.

First time getting nails so didn’t really get what was happening, but the the nail tech was super patient. And did amazing. No wait time on a walk in on Tuesday.Update: lasted exactly 2 weeks before the first one popped off, but I hit my hand hard. Had I not, it would have probably been 2 and a half

This is absolutely the worst nail shop I have ever been to .The man needs to retire he can’t paint nails can’t shape he shakes when doing nails and they overcharge I witness them overcharge an elderly lady $85 for overlay & her feet regular polished they take a vantage of peoplethe lady Linda has a nasty attitude they stingy with the acrylic I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone poor service & failed to follow directions.

Worst experience ever! Spent 2 hrs sitting there trying to do a pink and white and the line was curvy on one nail and straight on another and the width of the white varied from nail to nail. Then she had the nerve to up-charge me because of two top coats that I didnt even ask for...rip off and they dont know how to do all types of nails. Nor do they pay attention to how your nails look when you come in. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

My nails are breaking and I just got them done. I just had to replace one nail and now I’ll be replacing another. Usually I know if I caused the nail to break maybe from knocking it against something. But in both cases I look down and half of my nail has fallen off. It’s only been a week.

I was a customer here for 6 years & recently moved. I didnt realize that many nail salons dont have skills. I have been given regular nail polish for a gel nail polish & i have been given a different brand than what i asked for. Nail 67 always did a good job on my nails. They serve their customers as quickly as they can. These nail salons where i currently live couldnt do a gel nail to save their life! I will be making that 23 minute trip to Nail 67. Tired of wasting my money. Professional & clean too.

This place is terrible.If zero was a rate star they would have it on my review!My nails had huge bubbles in them.They were not shaped correctly and also the worker was hitting under my nail a lot with the filing machine!If you come here I recommend making an appointment with Emily she is really great and she fixed my nails after I went back up there and told the man that did my nails that they look like trash!So Emily redid them and now they look perfect!

I like this place. However, online it says they open at 9 which is not true. I have showed up here twice this week at 9 and noone was there. So I called and told them this. The lady apologized and I went and made an appointment for today. She said if I want to come at 9 I can. So I said fine. But guess what.... Its 9:30 and its still closed. I am extremely annoyed.

I love this place and have been going here since 2014. Emily is the BEST.... anytime my nails or lashes mess up she will fix it for me with no issue.

Emily always wax my eyebrows prefectly. The wait is always long but the nail techs are worth the wait. They are good at nails and even better at fixing messed up nails done not right.

These people suck. To be rude and disrespectful on top of not knowing how to do nails is just ridiculous. I asked the lady for matte and she lied and said they didnt have matte when I could clearly see it on the shelf. When I pointed that out to her, she just ignored me. They have damaged my nails (they dont really care about the health of your nails here because they know nothing about such things) and the manicure never lasts as long as its supposed to. And finally, what nail shop has you soaking your fingers in acetone for a half hour? The cotton balls and foil strips are far more efficient but they dont use them. I tell you, these people suck.

Was told because I complained too much that I cant get my nails done. My issue was that everytime I would come my nails would break 2 days later. No one pay $40 for their nails to break less than a week later. I have been a customer for over 3 yrs. I am very disappointed.

I went to this shop two days before homecoming and waited 45 minutes to have my nails done, and then someone finally came and assisted me. Halfway through doing my nails, he gets up and tells me that he doesnt know how to do a full set and that Im gonna have to wait an hour for someone else to come and finish what he started. Finally someone came and helped me, but the end result was nothing what I wanted. My thumbs were two different shapes, my middle finger was crooked, they were way too short which I asked her to fix three times and she cut me multiple times with her file. I called up there the next day and asked if they could re do them with no charge because I was very unhappy with my end result, and they told me no and that I would have to pay full price just like the day before. I was and still am very disappointed. I do not recommend this nail shop at all. The staff is rude and only two people know what they are actually doing there.

I love this place! My 2nd time going back to JESSICA! She is amazing and such a sweet heart! She does my nails and pedicure.. They always comes out CLEAN and NEAT.. she never has to fix anything about my nails because shes that perfect, she pays close attentation to ur nails and takes her time.. I havent had anyone else do my nails I just know shes good. I am always satisfied.

This was the worst nail shop I have ever been to. I went to get my acrylic nails removed, a manicure and gel nail polish. The man who did my nails had polish all over my nails as if I did them myself. I went back the next day for them to be redone and they blamed me for my nails looking the way that they did. The lady who did my nails was sitting to the right and had a bad attitude. That place is more concerned about quantity than quality!!!! I wouldnt suggest that place to my worse enemy

I went on 8/9/13 got fake nails they left them way to long even after i had them cut them more they didnt shape them how i asked them to either they also got an attitude because i had 2 gel colors and wanted all my fingers but the ring fingers to be one color and then my ring fingers the other color they where very rude i definitely wont be going back there
