I love this nail salon. The atmosphere is always pleasant. Nikki allows her customers to make appointments as well. Yes, they do take walk-ins, usually theres never a long wait because they have enough staff available. Love it!

This was my first visit. I walked in several minutes before they closed (on a Friday) for a color change on my toes. The staff was very nice and I was more pleased than I have been in a while at any nail shop.

Yori is amazing!! I love her creativity! All of the ladies there are great! Clean, courteous, efficient and quick. This is now my go to place!

I went in for a fill in after for the second time to get a fill in on my Acrylic set. I noticed there was a spot on one nail and I was told it was fungus and I asked the nail tech what should I do? She continued to fill my nails and and told me not to worry! 10 days later I had a second nail growing fungus! I called to inform them of my situation and to ask why was my nails growing fungus. She told me it was my fault for not knowing that my nails were to be taken off. I informed the owner that I asked for instructions and was told not to worry. I’m very unset with the lack of concern and accountability for this shop. I spend my hard earned money and EXPECT the appreciation of it. Now I have to pay to get them removed because of the lack of concern of the problem tht was presented and waved away by the nail tech. Nail techs CARE for NAILS..

Very rude never know how to do any simple design and every since they remodeled prices went up for the simplest service .... the whole time talking in Chinese and laughing.... then had the nerve to say Im too complicated.. after I waited on a tech to come back from Walmart they still sat me in a chair with someone else

I use to like this place until they got very disrespectful. Lisa did my nails and was very rough and didnt care about hurting me while taking off my nails. She finished and nail broke the next day. I told nikki and she said okay theyll fix it, I said no charge right she said no charge. Tim fixed my nail and say its 4 dollars and I said no nikki said I didnt have to pay again. Nikki act oblivious like she didnt remember that she told me no charge. I didnt pay they started speaking in their language which is rude, then asked me who did my nails before I said Lisa. She said okay and I left.Then on another occasion I came to get my nails done Angie greeted me with a whats up BIT*H. I was shocked so I called her a Bit*h back and informed her not to call me that again or it will be a problem. I think in done with this shop altogether. Its time for me to part ways with this shop. Any black nail technician with great customer service and professionalism?

The tech at station #4 rushed the job. She clipped my skin while doing my nails. I kept asking for antiseptic, I eventually had to go ask the greeter to explain what I needed on my finger. Try another tech at that location!

I had gotten my toes done somewhere else the same day before coming here, but they used regular when I asked for gel. So I came to this salon to get the gel that I wanted, they repainted in gel and they look fine. However, they are a bit pricey. $23 just to get my toes repainted, and only took them 10 minutes max to do everything. Decent quality, but there are cheaper places for the same services so will not be revisiting.

I usually go to Lisa to get my nails done. She is very sweet and soft spoken. She does excellent work!

Why did I just pay 175 dollars for a full set and pedicure please explain because I dont get it.

Got my full set done there a couple days ago and I’m disappointed. The guy who did my nails rushed through it and made me feel uncomfortable. This set looks like a two week set and I just got them done. The set is definitely not worth what I paid.

This was my first time with Lisa and she was very unprofessional. They had double booked me with another client which the other client was okay having another technician do her nails. Lisa continue to ask me if someone else could do my service and I told her no. She still preceded to do the other client nails. I will never go back and I advise other people not to go there to. They are just rude!!!!!!

The service I got was subpar especially for the pics I paid.I got the gel manicure and pedicure with gel massage. The water lukewarm, and I felt like she rushed through my service. She barely scurb the dead skin off of my feet and the gel massage was only a few seconds I definitely will not return.

The nail tech with all the tattoos is the truth ‼️ She is funny, keeps the conversation going and always willing to go the extra mine to make sure my nails are right. And the receptionist has the best customer service! She books all my appointments, and always has a welcoming energy whenever I come. I went there for the first time today and it will be the last! I left with two fingers bleeding and polish and glue all over. It looks like a child done my nails!

So I started coming here after the lock down was lifted. I needed a smaller setting than the over glorified Nail Shops in North CountyWith that being said it very low key...as in not to busy. The service overall is a 5 what you ask for is what is delivered....I personally go to Tim for Pedicure he give a good massage and I go to Linda and Lisa for anything nails both are really good and are really good at shaping specifically if you like round or Almonds....I love Almond shaping but I feel it looks best on a longer nail....So I usually default to a round shape. The shop will be bigger soon as one side is under construction. I am hopeful that they keep a small quaint feel...

I decided to go back to nikkis nails to get out of the pandemic funk. I went there for 3 years before the pandemic so I figured I would go back, I was a regular. Over the year this place has gone down hill. I made an appointment and went. I got there and there was a notice on the door of the covid expectations. They followed only the mask expectations they had laid out. People were waiting in the lobby sitting next to each other. I had to ask to no sit directly next to someone during my appointment. They were startled by this request and gave some attitude but accomodate. I asked for a rather simple nail design (3 colors but each on different fingers no blending of the colors). I even said I would pay a few bucks extra cause switching colors can be annoying. I was denied and given attitude by my tec and the other tec she was VERY obviously gossiping about me with. The tech got gel all over my cuticles, didnt get it all off so I still have some and its uncomfortable. She also got it all over my finger tips and had to file down my skin to get it off. Again not comfortable.I only gave a 2 because of what this place used to be. Used to be my favorite that I went to every month for years but since covid has gone down hill. Avoid unless you want attitude and ok nails.

Walked in on a layover to Tampa. Took me right away and had me in and out with a fresh dip. Even had 2 ladies working to take off the old acrylic nails! Great service, clean and price was right. Definitely reccomend Nikki Nails.

Went and got a full set and the shape isn’t right, the gel is bubbly on top of my nail and they tried to overcharge me for length and I got short length. Definitely a rushed job; I won’t be back.

By far the worst set I’ve ever gotten, they were to big an not coffin shaped more like square, this was a new set that I was getting, 3 nails broke before the 2 week mark nails done by ( Tim)

This is a great nail house!My nails are always flawless with Angie. Recently, theyve INCREASED price unbelievably. I started going a year ago and it was $50 to 55 with gel. Its gone up to $70 for the same services. That is before gratuities.... Im from NY and my nalis, feet and brows by a professional staff cost me the same. Didnt expect that....I loved the place, but wont be returning.

I had Yori and Ann and they were wonderful! Yori did my pedicure and was so sweet. Ann did my nails and really took her time to make sure they were all the same and very precise! I will go back.

New full set lifted and it has not even been a week. Went back nail tech fixed them but they still look horrible. Felt rushed and they are not professional. Im spending my money elsewhere.

I am visiting for the holiday and had broken 2 nails that were done at another salon. Came in and they took me quickly. Wanted dip powder and gel polish for toes. Got my old nails soaked off and picked a new color. Angie did my nails and did them quickly and efficiently. They look great! I also did a polish change on my toes and Ann made sure I was happy with the color before she did all of them. Very pleased with the service.

Everyone is so helpful when you first walk through the door. I enjoy how they offer water or soda for the customers. I Love My Nail Tech Henry he is such a joy every time I come get my nails done, and the staff seems to get along with each other very very good. The overall experience at Nikki nails is great, good teamwork. :-)

Never in my life have I experienced such ghetto and unprofessional behavior at a nail salon and I’ve been to some pretty rough spots. Their nail techs are so unprofessional. One was actually talking on the phone and dropping the N- word every chance she got. Which is so rude being that most of their clientele is BLACK! Another messed up on a poor woman’s nail and made it her fault. My nail tech Delena was sweet but MAN she can’t take directions to save her life. I walked in and asked for something very specific and she STILL got it wrong. All I wanted was a simple coffin nail with 3 regular polishes and she gave me square while reminding me every 5 seconds of the price. Won’t be back!!

4 of us came in from Ohio and wanted pedicures and manicures. They got us right in, and took great care of us! Very fast and professional. Highly recommend.

I use to really like this nail shop was one of the best in the area however last set of nails were lifting and this visit it’s like they are getting greedy she charged me 5$ because I didn’t want gel on my toes this time so it was 5$ to take it off and if I wanted gel she wouldn’t charge me. I go here on and off for five years and Nikki did my nails a few times and this older man and they did a good job but this time a newer tech did my nails I thought she was bomb my shape was on point but in less than 2 weeks 3 of my nails popped off and this is a brand new full set they should not be popping of like press on nails. So if I go back only Nikki the owner is doing my nails!!

When I first got my nails and toes done I liked them.. it hasnt even been a full week and 2 of my nails came off and my toes need to be redone again.. the painting job is not good, and acrylic nails should not pop off like press on nails so...Im disappointed...I had high Hopes as the salon is very nice..

I usually love going here but the experience I had today with NiNi was terrible. When I first came in the sat me down where nobody was even working and when I finally got someone she had an attitude. All I wanted was my broken nail fixed. Firstly she cut my real nail down without even asking if I wanted them cut. She asked me what number I had and I couldn’t remember so she acted like her constantly repeating “what color” & “what number” was going to help me remember. She never went to get the thing that has the nail colors on them from me, Nikki did but she brought back laminated papers with colors. I still didn’t see my color and she still kept repeating “pick number” “pick color” even after I told her my color was not on there. Still with the help of Nikki I found my color and when she was painting she was rushing and didn’t give me nails time to dry, she was so rough. She even got glue and paint on my finger. She charges me $4 which is very rare to just get a nail fixed then had the nerve to look at my crazy when I gave her exactly what she asked for then wanted to speak in her language when I was walking out. If I come back it’ll only be for Henry or the lady that works at station 12.

I had issues with my gel polish peeling after Kim did my nails and called asking if they could fix them. I spoke with Angie and had a ton of issues until she finally told me to come up so they could be fixed. She had an attitude the entire time and was huffing and puffing. As a paying customer, I don’t care about you having an attitude. She wound up apologizing and we built a decent rapport by the time she was finished so she asked if she could do my nails next time I came and I agreed. I went for her to do my nails and she did a horrible job. My nails were all uneven and crooked and she got an attitude when I brought this to her attention. The owner, Nikki, was previously doing my nails but she was out of town. Angie said she would have Nikki do my nails at 11am on November 18th when I came for my next fill since she’d be back in town. Perfect no problem. I came for my appointment and checked in at 10:59 and noticed I didn’t see Nikki. I sat there waiting for almost ten minutes and got up and asked if Nikki was in. Another taller and younger guy walked up and started arguing with me that my appointment was at 12. I told him no it wasn’t. Angie started talking to him in whatever other language they speak then said in English, “I told her she had an appointment with Nikki at 11am” I said that’s exactly what I said so where is Nikki? I was told she went to take her son somewhere and was asked if I could come back at 1:00pm. WHAT THE HELL? No one had the courtesy of telling me Nikki wasn’t in when I signed in, then you don’t even try to accommodate me for the inconvenience, then ask me to come back two hours early? They lie and treated me terribly. I will NEVER spend money will them and will be contacting the BBB because they also overcharged me last time I was in. I left and went to Galaxy Nail Bar and had a wonderful experience. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

BEST place Ive ever been to. The older gentleman was so gentle with my hands and treated giving me acrylic nails like it was an art. I was so happy! They have earned a permanent customer, and I NEVER go get my nails done. Ill be coming back frequently!

Most of the time they are quick and walk ins are welcome, but sometimes you could wait up to 30 minutes for an appointment (especially around 5-5:30 on a week day) I went on a Friday once with an appointment for a fill and still had to wait a half hour to be seen. But theyre a popular place, so you cant ding them too much for that. Most of the nail techs are great and listen to what you want. Sometimes Ive had to ask them to fix a shape of one of the nails, but they always do without issue. And there are SO many color options, its hard to choose sometimes! They have polish, gel, powder, and chrome. Some of the techs also do some phenomenal nail art as well. And the prices are competitive with other places in the area. I always get compliments on my nails, so Ill keep going back!

Let me tell you guys about this nightmare manicure. I have NEVER had a manicure this bad. When I got there (at 6, so I expected there to be a little wait), there was no one available to do a full set so they started me on my pedicure. The manager or owner offered me a water to start-- never got it. No problem, theres a lot going on. I waited for someone to come start and by the time they did, the tub for my feet had to be restarted after sitting for barely 15 minutes. The woman who did my pedicure also did my manicure. She was rough and inattentive and when it was almost finished, they were trying to get me set up for my manicure. I shouldve known when the woman next to me told me she didnt do nails with the manager sitting right there. At this point in time Ive been here for 45 minutes already and theyd barely finished the pedicure. So the manager talks to the woman doing my nails and tells me shes gonna start me. I asked her if she did nails and she nodded her head so I thought it would be fine. I wanted medium-short coffin nails and not only did she not know how to do it, but I had to ask her to start over because they looked so ridiculous! They were all cut at different points, they were way too thick, and the shape wasnt right. After having her start over and checking the shape, I thought it would be fine. WRONG! Somehow, after restarting, they were thicker than the first time! I was already fed up so I just wanted her to paint them so I could leave because I had already been here for 2.5 hours. For some reason she kept trying to get me to do gel after I told her I didnt like them? As soon as she put the top coat on, I was out of there. I figured I could chalk it up and I only needed them for a weekend road trip, so it should be fine. I sat in cars and hotel rooms for 3 days and I woke up to a pinky nail in my bed. So now I have a list of problems: the acrylic doesnt even fit my nails, my cuticles are nowhere to be found, theyre shaped weird, and now theyre jumping ship without ever having been used. A couple days pass and nails keep popping off to reveal that when the woman who didnt do nails did mine, that she cut my actual nails when she shaped the acrylic. I thought I looked like Jurassic Park before? Whew chile. No wonder she didnt do nails. Long story short, unless youre going to a dinosaur theme party, dont get your nails done here and thats the tea.

The employees are super nice And take their time understand what the client wants. I really like Julie and Cindy. I have had Lisa twice as well and she has done a good job as well. Definitely would recommend this nail place over others in the area.

Joe was the best nail tech (in my opinion) at Nikki Nails as far as skill goes. This nail salon is much different than when I first visited. I feel rushed whenever I am being serviced now and it reflects in the finished product. On the search for a new nail salon.

This was my first time trying this shop. My husband actually found this place based on reviews. I’ve been going to another shop for 7 years and I’m very loyal. Due to them being extremely unaccomdating for 2 Days now and i had to have my nails fixed today i decided to give it a go. I feel like I’ve been deceived for 7 years. Terry was AMAZING! I got the dip powder and I’m absolutely amazed with the time and work he put into this. My nails are FLAWLESS. Needless to say he has a lifetime customer in me. The shop was neat and clean and the staff was friendly and all worked together. There’s not enough stars to rate my excitement and gratitude.

I’ve been a long time customer of Niki Nails... one of the first customers on the grand opening...the atmosphere is usually relaxed aside from arguments regarding the price after services are rendered..Over the years the owner has become less pleasant & rarely greets customers...I usually enjoy the pedicure which in my opinion is the best & least expensive in North County... I decline the wax because they dip everybody’s feet into the same wax container which is so gross... but other than that it’s ok.The customer service has decreased over the years... the technicians are catty & unprofessional..I’d rather pay more for services elsewhere & actually have my business be appreciated.
