They have a clipboard just outside the door where you can sign-in with your phone number if they are busy and wait in your car until they call you. Clean establishment with appropriate spacing. Two barbers on duty, 1 female and 1 male. Always get my hair cut here. They know what you want when you explain how you want your hair done and take the time and care to do it right. Also do a mirror check with you to make sure you are satisfied with the service. Very reasonable but only accept cash, no credit card.

New to the area and decided to go here for a haircut, this place does not disappoint. I walked in and the workers immediately greeted me with warm welcome. It was a no appointment, first come first serve establishment and I didnt have to wait long until someone was available. Steve was the one to fix my hair up and I was very pleased with the results. Overall it was a great experience and Im very happy I chose this location to get trimmed up. 10/10 would recommend.

Steve has been cutting my hair for 10+ years. I dont live in Ferndale anymore, but I have no problem with driving from the other side of the metro area to see him each month. He and Sue are the real deal.

Steve and Sue are some of the best people. Steve has been cutting my autistic sons hair since he was 6. Hes always patient and kind with him and we would never go anywhere else.
