Quick in and out to get rid of recycling and a few odds and ends for the dump. Prices on the high end, but better than having to drive all the way out to Beaver Hill. Friendly staff.

We went there today and had a little pile of branches and some cardboard boxes, the lady said it would cost us 36$ and she was rude and told us to keep our money and leave, went to Beaver hill and was charged $12 that women needs some manners and some customer service training.

I have always been treated respectfully by all the employees theyre super nice. Their prices are posted. Ive never felt I have been overcharged. This is based on a remodel and perhaps a dozen trips to the transfer yard within the last year. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because of the steep uneven approach to the unloading area.

Staff friendly! We are so lucky to have this in our community. Hate seeing garbage dumped on the side of the road.

Convenient place to take garbage

The only reason I gave this place 1 star is because its the only way I could write and post this review. This dump is absolutely revolting!!! They are so overpriced I dont even know how older people on fixed incomes can afford to throw away anything! I live in Reedsport, but I do a lot of work in the Coos Bay area and I refuse to go to this dump. I will either drive all the way to the Beaver Hill Dump or Ill bring the stuff home with me back to the Reedsport Dump. I work in the Property Preservation industry and I do a lot of trashouts. I recently did the biggest trashout of my life. It was 108 cubic yards total after it was all said and done and because of the ridiculous prices of the Coos Bay Dump I was forced to take every load to Beaver Hill and take the last load of the day back to Reedsports dump. I was finishing up the job. Only had a couple more loads left to get rid of. I decided to fill my trailer with nothing but wood waste and since I was so close to done I figured Id take it to the Coos Bay dump. I knew it would be more expensive then the others, but I wanted to finish up and I figured surely they wont charge too much for wood waste. My trailer holds a tiny bit more than 5 cubic yards. I brought it to the Coos Bay dump and they priced it at $120!!! FOR 5 CUBIC YARDS OF WOOD!!! I couldnt believe it. I told them they were thieves and that Id take it back to Reedsport with me. Know what Reedsport dump charged me? A whopping $6 dollars. Something needs to be done about the Coos Bay dump. Its F***ing outrageous!!!!

Horrible service, horribly rude woman works there. I got charged for 4 yards of trash when I had 1.5 yards and the rest was clean cardboard (which I paid her $5 fee on).Turned a $35 dump run into $90

Overpriced...grumpy employees who need need to improve their math skills (volume calculations). Did I mention OVERPRICED? Bill Richardson, shame on you. Its trash, not gold.
