Morristown StrechLab offers full body stretches that has, thankfully, improved my range of motion and flexibility after the very first session. Their environment is both inviting and professional and it has been my pleasure working with David who brings a variety of wellness disciplines to the table including Thai Massage and many different styles of Yoga. Impressively, David hones into your body’s restrictions and adapts his approach during his one-on-one stretching sessions each and every time. This is just what I needed! Chiro, acupuncture and even yoga are not as good as this. Fantastic, friendly staff. Attention to detail. I go once a week.

Ive been a member for a few years. This review is long overdue.From Day 1, I was sold and saw the value in my membership as every time I walk out of the studio, I feel loose and limber. I’m pretty active and also use a computer often, so assisted stretching does wonders for my body. I also have some enjoyable conversation with the Flexologists during my stretches.StretchLab has an app that I use to book my appointments. I’m not a fan of scheduling my appts too far in advance, so this lets me be choosy and go in whenever I want (based on availability, of course).As for the Flexologists, they’re all excellent and I personally tend to book with Megan, Amy, Evanna, or Kayla. Unlike my barber, it’s good to switch it up as every Flexologist adds their unique methods. Best part is that they’ll often recommend specific stretches for you to do when you’re at home. Very helpful!

Clean. Good place and practitioner. I had Dave. Wonderful healing hands. Suffer from fibro and many herniations, sciatica. Price too much for me (disability) but for avg person who is busy and works..its worth it. Feels awesome!
