Very nice and friendly staff. They were super sweet to my nieces who I brought to get their nails done for their birthday. They charge you a fee for using your card to pay fyi.

Went going by Yelp reviews. Im not really picky when it comes to pedicures but for less money Ive had better. Woman who did it was sweet and very meticulous so it seemed like it took longer.

Luxe is worth Every penny and every minute of the wait! They do Excellent work and are my venue of choice for Quality nails. Love them!

LITERALLY I will never stray from this place. Every single one of these ladies are truely artists with nails and can do just about anything. They are VERY friendly and very clean and honest.The owner even called me to tell me I overpaid her by accident. Love them!

From out of town. Needed a gel manicure and they were able to book me same day! Also, as a cosmetology I search for a clean salon and this salon was not only clean, but sooo cute! Not to mention the yummy mimosa I sipped while I had the best manicure I’ve ever had!

I went one time and the nail tech I had got annoyed by tiny things multiple times. I asked to change the length and instead of saying no nicely ( I would’ve just accepted a no) she went on a rant about it and was acting rude the whole time after that. The owner was very nice and apologetic but the staff needs to work on being nice to customers.

AMAZING nail salon! Owners and nail artists are super nice and friendly. They conversate with you and ask frequently if you are happy with shape, color, and etc. Prices are general, and super reasonable especially with the awesome service they provide. Missy is awesome & so is Reina!They are really busy so you should make an appointment.

I had a terrible experience here. The nail technician who did my nails was nice and I enjoyed talking to her but that was about it. It took four hours for me to get my nails done. I did an acrylic set with a pedicure while the paint on the acrylics dried. The music was horrible. Getting the pedicure was not relaxing at all. They just use a bucket underneath a chair that they manually fill with water. I am 5’6’’ so pretty average.. and I was straining my leg while the nail tech was working just so I could keep my foot on the end of the tray. It was not comfortable or luxe 🙄One week after having my acrylics on they started to pop off. No, I did not pull them off like the salon kept asking when I called in. Why would I do that?? I have never had this issue going to other salons. They made me feel bad when I called in. Then they offered me half a refund with half of my tip back. They said they couldn’t do anything else since it was past their 72 hour policy, which I understand. But they should stand behind their work even a week later. If I would have known that my nails would be coming off only a week after getting them done then I wouldn’t have gone in in the first place. Waste of time and money.

I was excited to see a new nail salon come to the neighborhood, but I’ve called this place to make an afternoon appointment 4 times now, and they’ve been fully booked every time. It’s a nail salon, not a doctors office or DMV. I suppose they are doing that well. They won’t get my business. There needs to be some flexibility to run a successful business.

Manicurist was friendly at first, but once the time for polish came she would get visibly agitated whenever she would get nail polish on my skin. She did not do enough coats to even cover my nail completely and the finish was milky. Without asking she put the topcoat on. I was done so I just went home and finished them myself.

I was so excited to have a nail place open close to home. My frist experience was not good. Frist off no prices are posted. So frist question was how much for a fill. Answer was 28.00. So let go for it. After 2 hours and 20 minutes finally done. My nails were not something I really liked not what she show me in the picture. Then she writes the bill.Fill 28.00Broken nail 5.00Shape nails 10.00Remove old color 10.00New color 35.00Totall 88.00 I have never paid this much even with a design on them. Never been charged to remove color when getting them filled, never been charged for color acrylic. I only been charged for a straight fill. No hidden charges. I will never go back. The music some may like but i felt like I was in a club it was not clean music. I would never bring my grand daughters with me to have their nails done.

I was offered refreshments as soon as i was checked in, from water, coffee to mimosas. It was quite impressive, for i have never been to a nail salon that offered anything but water. My foot massage was so relaxing, each toe had a full minute and she really worked on my arch (problem area [plantarfacitis]). I picked out a style off of Pinterest and i showed my pedicurist and she did an amazing job. Price was great for she spent an hour on my feet and the details (art) for my pedicure. Music was perfect. It was hip hop and it would be nice for other varieties for other clients who dont listen to hip hop. Cleaniness was on point. I love the white, it makes the place look so clean and spacious. Utensils were sanitized for each client use. Owner checked in on each client while she worked on her own client. Bathroom was clean as well. Not a clean salon and a stinky grungy bathroom, clean throughout. I would say that this place is not a typical Vietnamese salon, very upbeat with a hip hop flare. Reminds me a lot of Las Vegas.

Took 3.5 hours to get a clumpy pedicure and a dip manicure that wouldnt dry. I was stoked to find a new salon near home but worst experience ever. Waste of $95 and my time.

Took 2.5 hours! And more expensive than those around the area.
