Their shaping is terrible ! And they kept asking over and over if I wanted this length which is not that long. Also the girl kept talking about me the whole time and made it very obvious as everyone kept coming over to look. They are not good for nails they won’t do what you ask. Are only good for pedicures.

The whole world is short staffed. I understand that…I think more people need to. I like to read the lowest ratings and I was nervous to go to ANY nail salon. But listening to the customers in the salon I learned it was the customers not the staff.These services are conveniences, the staff are human, treat them like humans and understand it may take a bit to get to you when they are working all day short staffed and being treated like dirt. Understand that if they close at X time and you come in a little before but they have a ton of people to still help, you may not get in.My experience was great, long wait but they kept us updated. They smiled and were polite when I showed a picture of what I wanted. My daughter got just polish and she was taken care of and treated well too. Loved our visit and would recommend and go again.

Unfortunately, this salon has lost a customer. Ive been going there regularly for about 2 years for simple pedicures- needed especially for a stubborn ingrown toenail. Today I watched them take a finger nail customer who came in after me while I sat in the back waiting. Wasnt happy with this or their decision to reinstitute masks again, so I left.The nail technicians do not know how to deal with ingrown toenails and I realized just how bad they have been with this once I left and went around the corner to their competition. Their competitor was gentle, patient and thorough. Snow nails has never compared to this. Not recommended for ingrown toenail problems!

I came in to have a soak off and a new set of French Manicure or American Manucyrw. I called ahead of time for confirmation this could be done considering the time frame. They said absolutely. I came in they sat me at a chair/table with a lady whom started questioning my wants and laughing at me because of a sore nail. Preceded to tell me I “no do long nails”, I said I don’t want long, I want them soaked off and new put on. She said, “how long, “, I showed her and she preceded to laugh and said “that long nail”. So I said maybe it is best if someone else does them. They got VERY ABRUPT with me, treating me indifferent and poorly with attitude and it made me very very MAD! I’m the the one who’s paying you, I felt as if I was the bad guy and I had handled everything correctly. Ended up the young man who did my soak off and sanded my nails was very kind. But then I left, not getting a full set, French or American manicure and I will not be returning and I will be telling my friends and family. Honestly I’m QUITE DISAPPOINTED

Extremely disappointing experience first time going here. Drove 45 minutes because of the great reviews...big mistake. Tech would only do a single colored nail, kept telling me that they didnt want to do the shape I asked for. I asked for a simple nail design and was denied.Worst still, I wouldnt have tipped the service was so awful but the man refused to walk away while I signed my receipt.Once and only time customer.

I am a routine customer,I have never had any trouble until this last time,I had the SNS nails done I noticed that evening they didnt cover my whole nail I had them on 5 days and I noticed two nails was lifting under the SNS the next day one nail popped off with then that 1st week two nails popped off today marks 9 days and now all 10 nails are off they was barley even on,very very disappointed for the price I paid ive went as long as 3 almost 4 weeks before coming in for a new set in never had this trouble not sure if Ill be returning

THE BEST NAIL PLACE AROUND TOWN. I wont go anywhere else. I drive from Colerain every two weeks to come here to get my nails done. My favorite tables are #11 & #14 both of those ladies are so sweet and always do a really great job on my nails.

I arrived at 1640 for a fill-in and toe polish change. I requested the person I had the previous time and was told they were not there, I expressed that I could see them. At this time all of the workers started talking and I could not understand them. The same girl asked what I needed done so I told her, she replied with there was nobody who could do pink and white. I then asked if there was a problem? The same girl said they were closed. I asked what time they closed and she said 5. I then explained that I was there before 5, but I would leave and never return.

I had my nails done today, and was very disappointed. Even other customers told me they would ask for a refund after looking at the finished product. I shared how unhappy I was with the technician and he was a very defensive and they would fix it if I was to come back 5 hours later. I wish I could post a pic of what they look like, I will not return. I went to a different salon to have them fixed. Follow-up: Talked to manager and she only offered me a 10.00 in store credit for next visit. I wont be back, I wish I could post pics of my nails on here for everyone to see. They are only concerned about the money. Not the customer.

This is the best nail salon out there! I enjoy the atmosphere of the salon and the quality work that the workers provide there. When I came here for the first time, I wasn’t sure how well the service would be, so my expectations were low. But as soon as I saw the people waiting to get their nails done, I knew I came to the right place. It may have been crowded but the quality of my nails were extremely great and higher than what I had expected. I will come here every time I need my nails done! Fantastic!!!!!

Hi so this was my first time going to snow nails, this location, and my experience was underwhelming. As SOON as I walked through the door the male associate was giving off attitude because I wrote fill in on the paper when I just needed a “fix”. He made a big deal of it and proceeded to be rude to me. Won’t be coming back again. Gave 2 stars at least because it was cheap. Really disappointed in the customer service :(

Im from Texas and my parents live here in Cincinnati. My mom had surgery and walks with a Walker. She has trouble lifting, her legs and the nail tech was awesome with her. She was gentle with her and patient with her. They did a great job with her. Thank you

This is the one salon I have found that I absolutely love and never really had problems with. They always give me the best service possible along with making sure I’m comfortable. I would just recommend that they talk more to the customers other than their coworkers because to me it gets awkward when I just sit there.

My polish is coming off after two days plus charged me 43 for fill in

I was very disappointed to find they couldn’t do ombré or any design on my full set, plus the woman who did my nails dug into my skin with the nail file. While the nails look okay it isn’t what I wanted and I don’t think it’s supposed hurt to get your nails done.

I come here when I visit my family in Ohio and Ryan is my favorite! he is so kind and easy going and he does a perfect job! I wish I could move him to Florida to be my go to nail tech.

Everyone here is very very nice however, there was a pretty hard language barrier between myself and my tech. He was extremely nice and kept asking if it was OK but when I tried to say things It felt like he was not really understanding me. My nails came out OK but I think they will probably chip as the top coat and the last layer of paint isnt sealed very well at the tips of my nails. I was a walk in and they got me sat and started very quickly.

Ive been coming to Snow Nails for years and have always had a great experience except for this time. I sat down in the chair and the guy turned the water on so hot that I couldnt put my feet in it. I told him about it and he just said well it will cool off, and just walked away. So I kept my feet out the entire time. The guy was not personable at all and could tell he just wanted to get it done and over with. He massaged my feet and legs way too hard in which I told him twice, but he continued to just talk to the workers around him. My French pedicure sucked. Probably the worst one Ive seen. Next time Ill just request females, because it seems like Ive had better luck with them.

Awesome salon! I had smashed my SNS nail & it broke way up into nail bed. Painful!! They fixed & said it was free, no charge! I was floored. I usually go to the 1 on Augusta but this will be my new salon.

I I just had the greatest pedicure of my life! I wish I had gotten the young ladys name that worked her magic on my feet and legs. She took her time on my trouble areas, helped me choose a color shelac, gave me a helpful suggestion for a product I can use at home between pedicures, and asked me to trust her to add a little shimmer to the sky blue color we chose together. She kept me engaged in conversation the whole time and shared pictures of her cosplay costumes and plans for an event coming up. My legs and feet feel great, and look great too! Im usually ignored by the nail tech at any salon I go to, except when it comes to asking me to move a certain way or wash my hands. I felt welcome, valued, and relaxed! Thank you so much! I appreciate your extra effort, and I will definitely be back!

Spent almost $300 on me, granddaughter and daughter in laws nails for vacation. Requested shellac for all of us and you would think we asked for something they never heard of before. Questioned me many times why I wanted it on a childs nails. Sandy beach takes off polish easily but why did I have to explain it? My nails are so thick with acrylic and shellac they look fake. Daughter in laws shellac is peeling off and they put regular polish on toes not shellac like she requested. Ridiculous! Never going back!

Okay just as a reply, @Kat just because they say they close at 8 but that does not mean you come in at 8, its so rude like what happened to common courtesy?! People need time to clean and prepare for the nest day of business. Other people have lives and families to go home to. Second of all, @April why are you blaming them for your bloody nails when you went somewhere else to get it taken off? You clearly stated you went to another salon to get them fixed and THEY were the ones who removed your gel. You cant blame Snow Nails for another salons problem. Oh and, theres no such thing as a foundation coat, youve been haggled and lied to. Pathetic.

I went there last night and got seated right away which was great i sat down where they told me to sit then she offered me wine so I laughed because i thought she was joking and she no really were giving out red wine i was just quiet after that knowing im under age because she asked me how old i was them offered me the wine she did a really good job on my nails but made one of them bleed when she took my other nails off which she didnt charge me for so she said as me and my friend got done i paid for hers too heres were 37.00 and mine were 45.00 i went up to the front desk to pay and they said it was 82 something so i said okay amd handed her my card and it took them a minute because they were messing with something on the computer so she eventually handed me my card back and i didnt tip her from my card because i had cash on me so I tipped her 5 dollars and we left i just checked my bank account and it said it was 87 something so I guess she tipped herself like 5 dollars so she made a total of 10 dollars in tips!!

This is the rudest place I have ever been in went in to get gift card I stood there for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me wanted when a rude lady finally did acknowledge me she could not even walk to front where I was and talk to me to see what I needed it was simply we dont sell that amount for gift card

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The tech asked if I wanted my nails trimmed down, I said just a little. Now they are just a tiny bit past my skin because she kept making them crooked. Not to mention when she used the automatic buffer thing she made me bleed on two different nails. Never did the design I asked for in the beginning(not that I would have trusted her to do it). And when I did not tip her she actually asked me what she did wrong. After I told her why I was not happy she said I should still tip her!!!

Snow nails is where i first went to ever get my nails done they are amazing, they will give you drink or anything you need, just ask. i have been to other nails places and they just dont compare to snow, i highly recommend going here !!

The salon is not busy at all when I came in; they still rushed my SNS and pedicure, my SNS and pedicure color looked sloppy. The nail technicians seemed inexperienced.

I have been going to Snow Nails for years and I will no longer be returning! I’v always liked Kimmy and ask for Her every time. Seems in the past year She rushes more to get Me done and out since I’m only there for a fill it. There was a time a few months ago where I swore I wouldn’t return because She wasn’t there and when I asked for Someone else to do My nails, The tech said She’s never done them and I need to come back for Kimmy to do them. Sounds ignorant right? I still went because Kimmy does a great job. However, My mind has changed. My nails always have a black tint to them after leaving so I’m assuming it’s the dryers or the clear polish that when it’s low acetone is added to stretch it out. The price has now went from $20 each fill in to $22/23 depending on what She wants to charge that day. When I asked why the price went up there was no real explanation so I said to help pay for the renovation? She laughed. Terrible renovation by the way! The walls are still scuffed up and hand prints all over. I’v come several times for a fill in and She says it’s not time, Come back next week! It’s just really gone down hill. They all constantly talk about Customers in Their language and it’s very obvious as They’ll all stare over at the Person being talked about. Time to find a new place that appreciates My business better and are better individuals!

I first gave this place 4 stars.. Because I got lucky with a talented nail tech one time. Also I must make it known that I knew absolutely nothing about Nail Salons, Procedures, regulations/rules or anything at the time of all these appointments. I have only gotten my nails done two other times in my life as a teen. I have been to Snow nails 4 times in the past year and only that many times because i wanted to give them a chance. I figured different techs have different skill levels.(maybe the tech was new.. Or was having a bad day ect.) But no. After my 4th and 3rd bad experience there i decided to do some research(which i admit should have been done beforehand) and found out how unsanitary and unprofessional this place really is! I stupidly trusted they were professional due to them claiming to be. Not only that but i at the time of finding out how things SHOULD work in a salon.. I was dealing with extremely painful, brittle, awful looking nails that THEY messed up and attempted to fix but only made worse! Its now almost two months later and my nails finally are looking more normal and are less painful. I am hoping there wont be long term effects(fungus or whatever else) Most awful experience! Honestly the pain has been terrible as well as having to deal with dowright ugly nails while they heal. I have gotten acrylics there and a manicure and a pedicure. Always a different tech. First off The men in there have zero clue what they are doing!!! Not only will they ruin your nails but they will also make you feel awful due to their horrible people skills and zero ability to communicate. The language barrier is ridiculous no one even slightly made me feel like they knew or were even capable of doing ehat i wanted.. Actually one time the guy laughed and said he couldnt do it to two pictures i showed. Ladies.. One picture had a nude nail with a black X! He couldnt do it?! Also there is only 1 female tech i had a good expeirence with and that was only because she did good work. (sorry i cant remember her name but at this point i just hope she find a better job.) The staff dont care about you or what u want they just want to see how much they can bump up the price on you. Do Not Risk Your Health At This Place! Nasty, Unsanitary, Uncomfortable, Unwelcoming, Rude Staff. They will over-charge every time and still expect a tip! DO NOT GO HERE! I wish zero stars was a thing! 0 ZERO

Im sitting at this location as I type this. My daughter is getting her nails done and Im sitting here listening to the manager talking to an employee and 2 white female customers about how she cant stand black customers because they dont want to pay anything, they never tip and are using their (the workers) tax money to buy their nails. I am white but I will never come back to spend my hard earned money at this establishment again. Disgusting.

A coworker recommended this salon and I took my mom there to get mani pedis together. She hadnt been pampered in a very long time. My experience was alright (not good or bad) just meh. Meanwhile the whole time my mom was getting her nails done all the guy did was complain how hard it was to do her nails and how picky she was being. I paid and tipped well and we left. 4 days later my mom went back because 1 of her nails had popped off and the manager yelled at her and told her just because you dont like your nails doesnt mean you can get them done again for free my mom said she just wanted them fixed and that if it was that much of a issue she will pay for them to fix it, The manager went to get the guy that did them the first time and he refused to fix them because shes too difficult so the manager said she would fix them. She sat my mom down and began fixing her nails and then started going on and on about how my mom just didnt like the nails and that her nails are too hard to work on. She goes on and on until another worker actually tells the manager to stop because She (my mom) gets the point . MY MOTHER WAS SITTING THERE CRYING. THEY MADE HER CRY. I will never be back and I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone.

Visited for first time on 3-24. Service requested basic manicure with white tips. Was asked if prefer no chip. No. Service was 29 including tip. Nails looked great BUT didnt last 24 hours😵Three Nails chipped same night of service. Today two nails chipped on other hand. Despite wearing gloves. Wont be returning. Should have gotten plain clear polish and kept the extra money paid for white tip as it was wasted. Enjoyedvthe bried hand massage and hot towel wrap.

He didnt even ask me what I was getting done which is what they have always asked in the past. I asked for a design on my big toe and he said I cant get it because everyone is busy. There was one person in the waiting area for service, not a lot at all. Very disappointed in his service.
