We recently had a disaster in our basement due to a sump pump which had stopped working. It was 2 days before we were to leave for an 8-day vacation. We were panicked to say the least! Our plumber suggested we call L4 Disaster Services. We are so glad that we did. They were so professional, competent, and quick in taking out the carpet and pad which would have become moldy in no time. Joe Rand was so quick in sending out Abi and his partner to do the work. They also placed machines in our basement to dry out the dampness. It all worked out so well. We highly recommend these men and this company!

I sent a message over the weekend to L4 to get a price for demolishing an old deck on my property. Diego followed up on Monday and by about noon on Tuesday the deck was gone. Diego and his crew were prompt, professional, and did a great job. Would highly recommend them.

I dont post many reviews but after dealing with labor4orce after a flood in my basement I feel I must let others know about the wonderful, honest service I received . A 1 pipe was punctured while another contractor was doing drywall work in my basement . I was out of town while the basement was being finished and the drywall company didnt realize they had punctured the pipe . Well I arrived home Monday evening to a lake in my basement . Overwhelmed I called a friend who recommended labor4orce to help me with the cleanup . I spoke to a manager named Joe Rand and he assured me they would take care of everything . An hour later a crew of 3 guys showed up and they got to work while I checked into a hotel . The next morning my basement looked a lot better and over the next few days they removed all the ruined carpet, padding, dry wall, damaged wood etc. the project manager was in constant contact and kept me in the loop on the progress of the project . I cant say enough good things about the customer service I received from them . A good friend of mine had a similar disaster happen many years ago and I remember how upset and stressed she was over the ordeal . Not to mention being overcharged thousands of dollars . In the end my homeowners insurance even commented on the fair pricing they were billed. These guys did great work. Hired for demolition, the job ended up probably being more work than they expected but they honored their quote for the job and had it knocked out in one day.

I rarely write customer reviews, but I was so impressed with Joe Rand, Operations Manager of Labor4orce, that I am compelled to share my extraordinarily positive experience wth Labor4orce. I spoke to Joe by phone in the evening on the recommendation of my plumber, after having one of my sprinklers in my finished basement pour a torrent of water onto the carpeted floor, leaving a soggy mess across a wide swath of the room and adjoining bedroom. This was probably around 8 or 9 pm at night and Joe could not have been more patient, reassuring and helpful. He probably spent a good half hour to forty-five minutes on the phone walking me through various scenarios and providing a lot of practical advice, which he repeated to my husband when he got home. This was followed up with a home visit the next day at which time Joe determined that my clean up efforts were sufficiently good that I honestly did not need to hire outside help He even made a point of telling my kids, who had pitched in significantly, what a good job they had done. Again, Joe spent a good deal of his time for this purpose. This kind of service, care, politeness, honesty and integrity is rare. I cannot say enough good things about how this company, and Joe, in particular, does business. I hope I never need this kind of service again, but if I did, I would not hesitate to hire them and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
