Never going back to Diamond Nails these people treated me much better and had better prices

Its clean. Nice salon however, there is always a long wait and its better to make appointments. Even with appointments sometimes it take them a few minutes to set up. Better to make appointments with the person you like.

After calling them asking if they have the time to do a regular manicure, I visited them. Once being there, the wait was for more than 30min. Thats no it. Once I sat down to receive the service, the nail technician open a dirty and unclean tools to do my manicure. Not to mention the towel was dirty.. Pleasd make sure when visit this place things are clean..Well report this to the Health department.

We have been customers since Diva Nail & Spa opened. All the staff are pleasant, and professional. While they do accept walk-ins, we try most times to make appointments. They do attempt to accommodate all their customers from what I have observed.Im not sure of all services they offer, as we consistently acquire Pedicures ... and sometimes a Manicure. I usually have the Deluxe Pedicure, which is the addition of the warm/hot stones with the massage. Nice upgrade ... and I think Eyebrow Waxing is available for Customers as well. And I believe they perform a full compliment of Nail services, but not sure.Prices are reasonable, good service, client accomodating/oriented, and would recommend this place of business.

John is AMAZING. He has the attention to detail he will spend hours on my nails perfecting his work.The staff there are also very friendly & professional. I love that I call to make my appointment & they know who I am & already know I am set for Johns clientele.I am always walking out happy that my nails are beautiful and will last me longer then usual. Cleanliness is important to me and the facility is so nice for it to be in Fairfield.They are a little more costly. But I guess you pay for what you get.

Meena my manicurist and pedicurist is awesome. She is efficient and quick. Her mannerisms is impeccable and delivers great customer service. I enjoy her attention to detail. The other ladies and gentlemen are nice as well!

I came into this nail salon for a fill one evening and at first glance, the guy who did my nails did a nice job. Less than a week later, however, two nails broke in half, and multiple nails had begun to lift! I can normally go up to 3 1/2 weeks before my nails start lifting or break. I decided to come back in to have them fix the nails and also for a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure rushed through it and had already finished painting my toes while my mother, in the chair next to me, had barely started getting her massage! After my pedicure, I went over to the tables to have my nails fixed, but since they were already lifting, they informed me that I would need a fill and it would cost $35. I felt that was pretty pricey for a FILL...but whatever, I asked if there was anything they could do, because the guy obviously did not do a good job on my nails. She said no, they cannot give any discounts. Angry at this point because I pride myself on being a good tipper and loyal customer, they could not appease me by offering some kind of discount on a repeat customer. So at the checkout, I paid the $30 for my pedicure and left.

DONT DO YOUR EYEBROWS HERE. I came here for the first time expecting a good service. However the lady that did my eyebrows didnt know how to neatly do an eyebrow waxing. Wasted $10 for it. I went to the Brazilian Waxing Place instead. You indeed get what you pay for.

It was a good atmosphere my first time here I wasnt really led where to go CASH ONLY they have an atm my cost to use

I love going to Diva Nails and Spa. They are friendly, clean and my nails last so long! I typically get gel mani/pedi and Ive never been disappointed with the results.

Hadn’t seen my sisters in over a month wanted a relaxed girls day early in the morning .. we were the first customers for the day .. wanted 2 full sets 3 pedicures & a fIll .. i hate to say but we were definitely racially profiled before anything he says 40 for full set ok 25 for pedis ok ... getting my nails done .. what shape ? Coffin .. extra $5 ... cutting nails how long .. tell him length extra $10 ombré extra 10 ... taking my sisters polish off extra $5 .. I have never gone to a nail shop and been charged for EVERY little detail ... I already paid the initial 40 and 25 dollar charges up front ... money wasn’t the issues it was that we all wAlked in fresh from traveling with no sleep and hoodies and sweats on and they thought we were “typical black girls” they thought we didn’t have money.. we were treated so rudely ... and we’re too prideful to speak up for ourselves *except my little sister* we paid for EVERYTHING but it definitely ruined our reuniting it took away from being relaxed... we were all so mentally exhausted after leaving ...

Its a slow day for them but, I love the environment and they have 2 separate rooms for the manicures & pedicures (which i love). Very clean...and a nice menu to show the differences with everything.

Very dirty place, very nude and my nails were done terribly, dont go gel here because they will PILE on top coat until your nails are 3 inches thick

Overly priced and nails broke after 5 days. Customer service was horrible. I made a appointment and I waited over 40 minutes and still didn’t get my nail fixed. I would not recommend this place.

We made appointments for pedicures and they didn’t even check a book to verify appointments and told us we had to wait 45 minutes as they took people without appointments back. Horrid customer service
