Tried this place out because I didn’t feel like going to my usual shop in vacaville. To say I am disappointed is a understatement. I got a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. After getting to my car I realized how horrible my toes looked so I went in and the person blamed it on the color! Why would you let me walk out knowing that it looked horrible is beyond me. So I get the color changed to white, fine. I go back to the car again after and look at my nails. See for yourself. Don’t go here and I definitely will not be back!!!

I have been going to Special Nails for 3 years and they are so kind! I love the nails I get. I am always able to show them a photo and theyll recreate the design or style. I feel so glamorous after. Amy, Annie, Hannah, and Henry are great. The pedicures are also incredibly relaxing!

I was a last minute customer, they were closing. They were very friendly and accommodating, they are reasonably priced. I really appreciated them taking in my last minute walk in request.

Moving from San Jose to Fairfield, I was hoping to find a nail place I can be in and out, but with good quality work and that’s what I found here. Hannah is great at what she does and I’m glad I have her as a nail tech.

Loved my pedicure. Im 32 weeks pregnant and certainly wasnt disappointed.

Called ahead and made an appointment for 2 pedis and 1 mani. Upon arrival they performed the 2 pedis and took a walk-in pedi but it took 45 mins before the person getting a mani waa even moved to a stylist chair. After being seated no one came to service her. After waiting 5 more minutes she left upset. Not professional at all.

They over charge you for the products they don’t even use on you and get mad when you call them on it they are rude and use another language that makes you feel uncomfortable they are always overbooked and they use the same equipment on you like the scrubber which they should throw away after every use that is what causes fungus I paid for a pedi for my daughter and they only spent 10 mins on her Im very disappointed on the service after I paid 50$

Very nice place. Kelvin did a great job on my nails. Very happy that I found a place close to home and I will be back on a regular. I recommend making appointments they get pretty busy

The owner is rude, one of their employees used to work at Kim’s salon and she transferred here. I can’t stand her, she asks about my personal buisness, compares me to her kids, she has very poor boundaries. I only went here once, and will never return. If you want a nail salon go elsewhere. The people that own this place are competitive, and they like to criticize people. All they care about is all about money. Kims salon is excellent how dare they put people down just to make themselves feel better. Very unprofessional and poor customer service! Fyi: If you want customers, DONT ever put other salons down or DONT ever compare to make yourself look better, bc In the end, you are TOXIC.

I have been going to Special Nails for a few years. I usually ask for Amy or Hannah. I love how they do my nails and pedicures. The shop is clean and they are very accommodating with their appointments.

Great place that’s clean and friendly! They did an amazing job on my nails, and they really took there time to do it right. I was very impressed and will be coming back for sure!

Henry is my guy!I am super picky & he understands me & does whatever I ask for.Id say weve become friends & I depend on him 😊He does a 5 star job, too!I have an outdoor hands- on job & cant make it in but every 3 weeks.I usually go in the THE worst nails!!!But leave feelin like a lady again.I dont go anywhere else ❤Even IF, he is on vacation.Thank you Henry

I love this place! I recently moved to Vacaville and tried a nail place and I was not impressed. So now I drive down to Green Valley to get my nails and toes done. Very professional and a great atmosphere!

Ive been to this nail salon two or three times in the past.my manicure and pedicures lasted long. My last experience with them was not so great. I asked for black on my mani and pedi. What I receive when I walked in the light was black toenails and bluefingernails. I didnt have time to go back and complain as I was on my way to a gala.

Got my nails done with my friend and they ended up looking super pretty, I recommend itttt

My nails looked awful after they were done. They made my fingers bleed. The workers are so rude. They don’t care about the customers or their satisfaction. 0/10 do not recommend they are awful

Pedicure was heaven with rose petals and lemon foot soak, hot stones, and leg/foot scrub. Great customer service and nice clean place.

I had an emergency fingernail repair done here and was extremely happy. I will be back for regular service.

This Is My Thirs Time At This Nail Salon and For The Third Time, I am disapointed. I Make An Apointment For 12 Because I Have A Two Hour Lunch Break from 12-2 And It Is 12:30 And I Have Yet To Be Helped. The Service Is Horrible & Not A Friendly Enviorment. I Would Not Reccomend This Place To Anybody. They Lack A Sense Of Priority and Are Constantly Double Booking. When I make An Apointment I Expect Them To Be Ready at that Time.

I went in for a pedicure and manicure which was supposed to cost no more than$40.00. I had to pay $80.00 for UNSASTIFACTORY service ! I have only paid that amount for a high end spa. This place certainly is NOT a high level spa! The coustomer service is HORRIBLE, they LIE about the cost until the service is over and OVER charge you when you have to pay, and they rush the service and they use POOR QUALITY products! I will never go to this SHOTTY nail store again!
