I paid a little more than I expected but will definitely go back again. Nicole did exactly what I wanted. I don’t like “long” nails due to my job. Anytime I have gotten my nails done in the past at other nail salons, 90% of the time the nail technicians never give me the length/style I ask for. Will recommend this place to others

I have been going to this nail salon on and off for a few years now. After this last visit I know why I always come back. The service is always professional and best of all they have been consistently clean... even pre Covid. I always leave happy with my nail service and will continue to go back for all my nail services.

Very kind and friendly service, but the service given isnt really what I asked for. I then ended up paying wayyy more than what I was told over the phone. But I expected it to look at least the way I asked, for the price i paid..

I visited for the first time today and I had such an amazing experience. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I was offered tea or water with lemon to relax and my nails are the best Ive ever had them! My nail technician was Rosa and she did a phenomenal job! I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment because they can get busy and thankfully I called ahead. If you are looking for great service, a relaxing atmosphere and affordable price, definitely go to Bright Nails! I cant wait to go back already. :)

Very clean and they made a point of cleaning materials touched before use, which was appreciated during these times. Hellen was very thorough during the pedicure and gave an excellent massage. They even had a phone stand while doing your mani! Great experience, will definitely be coming back.

I had been in search of a good quality nail salon for the longest time. I came across Bright Nails on Yelp and read how amazing it is so I decided to try it for myself. The service is excellent! I am always greeted with a smile and a cup of lemon water. And they make sure to tend to me in a timely manner. No matter the nail technician, my nails are always in good hands. I personally like Nicole and Rosa! The customer service is excellent as well. I am so happy I found Bright Nails and have been going every month for the last 6 months!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Ive been coming here for years for manis / pedis / waxing. Nicole runs a great shop. Her eyebrow wax is much better than the expen$ive chain up the road. So clean always, even pre-pandemic, but great extra measures put in place since. A+

Horrible, Botched, Waste of Time & MoneyUpdate- 7days on the dot, four have snapped off.... Two others are lose, if I could give this place low rate I would. Picture is proof of the vist.~Powder Nails~* Ridiculous 5+ coats on my nails. Dark color. (slightly shaved down)* Lumpy and bumpy* Unfinshed* A Mess- My nails all are shaped differently, sloppily started, sloppy clean through the dead skin, so much powder all over my hands- under my nail.* Not Clean - Tools did not look clean through.* Looks like child works to be honestDetails -I love, to give great reviews, however this shop really Let Me Down. I decided to treat myself, very rarely have the time, extra money so for me this is frustrating and regretful.. There really wasnt a need to be sloppy and rush through it, one person waiting at the very end but thats about it, calm and quiet.Break down-I keep my nails in pretty good shape already, lady mainly only need to touch them up...I asked for square, she filed them down to- round, diamond, all different sizes.My picking was a dark cranbury color, no need for numerous layers. She put on 5+ layers. (Very hard to see in pic but hope it helps).. She did shave some down but leaving, Many LUMPS. My nails feel physically feel tight/ heavy. Also to add, there was so much powder under my nails.. Along with the hands, some is normal but not to that extent. At the time I had thought she was going to clean them, she threw on lotion and smeared it in more and everywhere.Most concerning, the tools did not look cleaned thoroughly, if anything.I try to give everyone benefit of the doubt however, the frustration shows for itself.

I got tips for a manicure and got it done by Rosa. She completely tore up my cuticles and the skin around my nails were bleeding for the start. Now the skin around my nails is all red and bloody and I am afraid I will get an infection thanks to her. She never even apologized and was rude.

My powder gel nails are already cracking after two days or getting them. my friend has the same problem (we got them done together) and neither of us got our nails filed correctly. definitely not coming back.

Love this place. They always take their time. My nails always come out great don’t have a complaint about this place. However, would just make an appointment before you go.

Great place for mani and pedi. They take their time with each individual so make sure to make an appointment to avoid being disappointed with waiting as a walk in!

Wonderful experience. Nicole always takes care of me and my girlfriend. Excellent customer service. My girlfriend can get her nails done and in 2-4 weeks, we would come back and she would remember the style, type of nail polish and even the exact color used. Will continue to keep coming as this has been our new place for the past 6 months.

This was my first time here and I will definitely be back! The manager, Nicole, did my eyebrows and they look great! Mina did my spa pedicure and Anne did my fiances. They both did an amazing job :) The customer service is great! Highly recommended!

Very Clean be terrible nail servic. The lady who does acrylic nails didn’t even do them right i left there with my nails looking terrible. i wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Nicole is a wonderful woman and every time I come for a manicure (which isnt often enough!), I know that Ill be getting a great job for a very reasonable price.

Great if everything goes well, but they are not nice when correcting mistakes. Both a French manicure and gel manicure ruined in less than 24 hours and made me pay to fix it next day! I won’t be returning.

Honestly, if you wanna get your eyebrows done here, dont. ever. theres plenty of places in Fairfield that are amazing. 10% of the time its good, but most of the time its meh and not accurate. also, theyre so stingy with the cooling gel as well. the only thing theyre really good at is nails. the only good thing is how fast they are.
