Called yesterday if Kim is available for haircut. Spoke to man which I believe is Kims husband. He said that Kim was available now which was at 1150am. I told the man that I can make it at 1215pm and he said that was fine. Then I changed it at 1230 cus Im coming from Vallejo and he also said that was fine. Drove all the way there from Vallejo. Made it at exactly 1230pm. When I got there, lady at the front desk stated that Kim is off. So unprofessional. To think they can just lie to you and expect that if I drive all the way there maybe I will just get a haircut by someone else. Well not gonna happen. They did not get my business yesterday. Next time just be honest. The man I spoke to probably hid at the back cus he knows I was coming and had another lady deal with me after telling me that news.

This place is so unprofessional I would give them no stars if I could. I’m 8 months pregnant and all I wanted was a pedicure. The guy at the front told me 15 min wait and I was fine with that so I waited for 10 min. He took me to the pedicure station at that point and had me put my feet in the water bath and told me someone would be with me shortly… 15 minutes pass another 15 minutes pass… still nobody has come to help me. My feet are pruny at this point and their chair is broken and uncomfortable so my back is aching too. I’m not one to make a scene but I got up and left knowing I would never come here again for how unprofessional this place is. I understand being understaffed and busy but tell me the real amount of time it would take to be seen so I can come back! Don’t lie and make an 8 month pregnant woman sit on a hard, uncomfortable, broken chair so her feet could prune up just waiting for a pedicure that was never going to happen for 40 minutes! Ridiculous! Get it together Kim’s Salon and Spa! 0 stars… GO TO POLISHED SPA whole another level of professionalism and honesty. The only reason I came here is because Polished Spa was booked until 2 today and I just needed to get in and out before my plans for the day.

My very favorite nail salon! They consistently do excellent work and are very professional. I go to Lynn and she does such great work and is super nice! They also do hair.

Its been a while since I got my nails done.so I decided to treat myself with a pedi and a full set. The staff is so friendly and helpful I didnt know what I wanted and they were patient and explained all the new processes. Leon was awesome he did my full set. He was very nice He even gave me a design that I am in love with. I made another appointment for 2 weeks. Also my pedi was heavenly. I wish I could post a picture to show the beautiful work they did but my camera want post pic. Will post once I figure out what Im doing wrong.

I came in with a pretty complicated idea for nails, and after discussing it for a quick minute, The nail artist was able to bring it to life! I was absolutely pleased with service! Not to mention I was just a walk in, but I was taken within two minutes! So huge shout out and thank you!

I went for foot massage. Ive had better ones there but this time I could feel the boredom in every stroke. just the same motion in the same place over and over and over again. When I spoke up (which is very uncomfortable to do) and suggested or demonstrated what might feel good she did it for a few seconds and then went back to the same thing. Sooo disappointed.

If there are any guys looking for a good mens haircut -- DO NOT GO HERE. This was horrible -- not only did the person not know how to do a mens cut -- the blend is off, the cut looks like a rat tail, and the person did not understand the guidance on what you want. DO NOT COME HERE.

Please avoid this place if you want your nails to look professionally done. I came in for a polish change. What I received initially was someone just throwing paint on my toes for $12. No cutting of the nails, filing or buffering the nail- you know, like nail salons normally do!!!!! Terrible service. Dont go to this place if you want your nails to look professionally manicured. If I didnt say anything, she would have sent me home looking like I did my own nails in the dark with a toddler paint job. Also due to my obvious dissatisfaction, I also was criticized in front of my face in their native language by the employees there. Talk about customer service! This place is overpriced, underwhelming work and very rude and unprofessional employees. Dont waste your money or time. Use those efforts to find an establishment that takes time to provide awesome nail care-stay away!

Pedicure was fast under an hour. There were 4 of us. Also I was charged extra to remove my gel. Ive never had that happen before. Bot my normal location, likely will not be back.

Best place to have a haircut. Been going this place for a decade.Try to avoid busy weekends because theyre busy with nailcare appointments.If you insist on going there on weekends, make sure you make an appointment.Another tip: get an employee do your haircut exclusively for you, if you dont want get pissed off later on.

I literally got my gel nails done three days ago and they are already lifting and chipping and I overpaid for gel nails. Do not come here!
