I called J&C Towing at 10pm on a Tuesday night and they picked up my car within 35 minutes. The driver had to take my car all the way back to my house. Wonderful service!

I was going to sell my car on peddle. J and C towing were going to be the carrier. I called to confirm pick up and they were extremely unprofessional and rude. They hung up in my face saying they are going to answer another call and never called back so I gave them a second call. Do not do business with them. You will definitely regret it.

J&C Towing ripped me off on August 19, 2021. I had to tow my car to a local shop less than 4 miles from my place. They charged me $225 towing my car for less than 4 miles within Fremont. Also, it took them more than 2 hours from the time they said the driver is on the way. Seriously? Guys, dont make the same mistake l made for not asking the pricing before working with them. I will never use their service again. Sayonara J&C Towing!

I got a flat tire last weekend and called them. They arrived in 15mins and helped me to change the spare tire. The mechanic Ian is really nice and helpful! Great service!

The worst towing experience ever. Price was nearly tripled and service was not even acceptable. The truck arrived one hour later than what they said although I asked for immediate help. I had to wait almost two hours.I can not believe that they charged that much for only for a couple of miles.Recommendation:DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR ANYTHINGand only go to themIF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOURSELF IN ANY WAYS.

My car wouldnt start J&C Towing gave me the best quote. The driver arrived fast was supper friendly and helpful. Got my car started in a minute and was half of the price from other towing companies.

I needed to jumpstart a car 15 minutes away from their location in a parking lot at 7pm on a November evening. The lady told me it will be 45min max and took my credit card to charge $50 cancellation fee incase I am not there. The guy came after 70min, a good 25min late. In the meanwhile I am stuck looking around for him, on calling back twice they say wait 15 more minutes. The guy is from another company, Ibanez Towing Services. He did a fine job but he got the dispatch late from them and his workshop is much farther. These guys are just using their good Google ranking to be the middle man to dispatch jobs to people far away abd get a commission. Please avoid them.

The driver arrived real fast, which actually surprised me a bit. He loaded my car efficiently and drove it to my local auto shop AND he gave me a ride home!

Although the towing person is freindly I had to Wait for 1:30 minutes for towing to come I can literally walk to the repair shop they charge me 40$ for labor 100$ for less than 1/2 a mile Ill get triple AAA its free towing this towing place is not worth it

This towing company is a complete rip off. My son called for a tow the driver showed up and told my college son the cost would be $120.00. After the tow they ended up charging him $318.00. I called to speak with manager twice and they never responded Be aware!!

Juda was great when I had nobody else to help me an hour away from home at 11 at night change my tire. He was their within 10 minuets, quick, nice and couldnt have done me a bigger favor.

Mehenna was my tow truck driver and picked me up within the time frame that my insurance told me. He was nice and helpful in getting me back to my home. Thanks for the help Mehenna!

Juda was my driver. He got to me very easily and was very friendly. They were also the only tow company that would come to me even though many said they were open 24hrs and it was 2pm.on a sunday. I highly recommend these guys :)

I called for flat tire replacement 2 days ago and the lady was very quick to take order and got my credit card info and told me I cannot cancel after setting up for service request. Wait time is 35-45 minutes and confirmed me it will be less than $100 total, ($45 + $35 to $45 fee charge from the service guy depending on difficulty, totaled around $80s). No one showed up past one hour. Called back and told me the driver was on his way and be there in 5 minutes. Passed 20 minutes, still waiting. Called again, confirmed the address and told me he will be there soon. I asked for the driver phone number, but it was not given. Soon, the driver called and will be there in 10-17minutes. The service guy came from Muniz towing, not from JC. Spare tire replacement took around 10 minutes, no difficulty at all, and asked me total cost $135, calculated based on the distance he had to come which was not mentioned to me at all during the service request call. I called back to JC and the lady did not pickup any more. Another person picked up and said the cost is based on the service person.With negotiation, I ended up paying $100 which should have been around $80.Do not trust this J&C Towing any more. Taking advantage on those who need roadside assistance and not ethical business at all.

I had to call a tow since I got into an accident. I call the number and was able to talk with some one right away. I believe it was a dispatch service. They did get my location and told me they will send someone within an 1 h. Apparently the drive received the wrong location and had to ask me where I was multiple time. I believe, total time was about an hour before ethe truck showed up. Which is fine with me. The bad is pricing. There is a charge for the call of $45. The tow is about $85 depending where you go. Plus $55 for the flat bed. Over he phone I was told the $55 will apply if the car could not go into neutral and the tow trcuk operator would have to use special equipment. Which was not the case. Service was good, overall nothing exceptional. They should get straight on there pricing. If you need to use them ask for how much total it will cost. I made the mistake to ask for the tow price and not total. Cost me shy of $200 for a 2 miles tow.

Got a flat tire on the rear wheel of my motorcycle and it was getting dark. Juda got my bike up on the trailer, strapped in no time and got me back to SF. Even though it was the last hours of a long day driving around the bay Juda had a great attitude and gets top marks from me.

We had to wait a total of 2 hours for a tow, after intially being told a 30 minute wait for the tow. We also had to wait 30 minutes after requesting the tow, to be even told that my tow was initially on its way. They did not mention anything about pricing while i was ordering the tow. The driver was very kind and freindly, but the people working at the office were horrible

Excellent and prompt customer service and good price! Juda was really great! I thought I would only need a jump start but ended up needing my car towed from Walnut Creek to Brentwood. Poor guy had to push my car from the 2nd level to the exit of the parking garage to where his tow truck was, did it all with a smile! Other companies gave me up to 2 hour wait time. I highly recommend J&C Towing, dont know where Id be on a rainy Sunday night without their help!
