I have been a customer for over six years. Have had good service, usually, but, have found out over time, they promise delivery on a particular day, but If they can’t deliver! They have no respect for the customer to notIfy them of the delay. By the time you realize they are not going to deliver as scheduled it is too late to adjust! I understand stuff happens, but when a business tells you they will deliver on a certain time!!! They should go out of their way to do so, wether it’s overtime to complete their verbal contract or a Courteous phone call apologizing!

They absolutely refuse to deliver to our address in the summer, I can understand in the winter but not the summer. They were also very rude on the phone.

Used to be a good delivery company, then the drivers started complaining about 1-2 inches of snow on driveway that my FWD car drove up and down all the time. The owner Matt needs anger management classes and a dictionary

Ive been a customer for three years, and have been exceedingly happy with both the quality and service. My tank is right at 1000 gallons - not big enough for automatic delivery. Still, even though Im a pretty good distance out of Fairbanks theyve always delivered on time, when they said they would. The office staff and drivers have been great to deal with. Very, very happy with these guys.

Very happy with the customer service Ive received. As other reviewers have said, I didnt realize I was out of water and called for service on a Sunday. I was afraid Id have to wait a few days to get service and not be able to flush my toilet or wash dishes. Water Wagon came out within a few hours! I was shocked! They really seem to care about their customers and it is much appreciated.

I have been a customer of Water Wagon since 2008. Delivering water in a climate such as ours is no small feat. Water Wagon through sub zero temperatures manages to do so in a punctual and safe manner; made possible by a quality bunch of drivers, dispatchers, and managers. I appreciate their clean trucks, courteous drivers, and their attention to making sure they deliver a quality and safe product.I utilize their auto-fill program, but have to thank them for the numerous times they have delivered to me in a pinch when I have exceeded my normal usage. Keep up the good work!

Drivers are friendly and efficient. They often have to do a lot of extra work to deliver water in this harsh climate for those of us who live out in the woods. After several years, I continue to be pleased with their service. The quality of the water is excellent.

Ive been a Water Wagon customer for 20 years, and the service has always been outstanding. The drivers are friendly and conscientious about dealing with occasionally problematic driveways or strange parking jobs, always make sure I get my water, and have made extra runs on the times I planned poorly and ran out. I tried hauling my own water for awhile to save money, but the reality is that the wear and tear on my vehicles and the time I spent ended up costing more than having it delivered. The office staff and answering service are prompt and helpful. Water Wagon is one of the few businesses whose customer service has not left me wishing for more.

One of your drivers is very angry person who was ranting on the bill about stuff we already talked to you about. He got stuck wrecking the end of our driveway on the way out. Didnt even put the cap back on the tank. Now you wont deliver water tell all the hard pack is removed and the driveway is gravel or untell summer.

Weve been using Water Wagon for years and we love them! The drivers are friendly and speedy, plus we always get our water within 24 hours of our request. I would recommend Water Wagon to anyone!! Great job WW!!

I got behind on my bills and couldnt pay them for a short while. When I was able to I was so embarrassed when I called them, I made up an obvious, pathetic excuse and the lady was still so kind to me about it. I love them! They are kinda on the pricier side but its good water and great customer service.

We have used them for 10 years now. They are always extremely friendly, helpful, and professional from the dispatchers to the drivers. Excellent service and great people!

Best water service in town

We live a ways out of Fairbanks, AK towards Fox and rely on our water to be delivered (usually about every 3 weeks). On a Saturday night, at around 10:30pm we noticed that our shower/ fossets started to sputer and that we were almost completely out of water. We called Water Wagon, expecting to leave a message with the answering machine. To our surprise a live person answered! She was kind, helpful, and reassured us that our names had been added to the delivery list. Before 9:00am on Sunday (next day) Water Wagon was here filling up our tank. We are so grateful for their services!

Drivers has hazardous. They drive way too fast on rural roads, cross over the center lines around blind corners and expect oncoming cars to move. I have been nearly driven off the road 3 different times by Water Wagon trucks. Today I had to dive out of the way when it was icy, and my car did a 180. Keep an eye out for these trucks when you drive because they wont be keeping an eye out for you.

I cant say enough kind things about the service of this company. When I first rented a home with a water tank I had no clue about the water system. The driver helped me understand a few things and walked me through my water system during the delivery. 4 years later, we own a home with a water tank and were quick to call on them for all my water delivery needs. They are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! They even surprised us with a baby onesie shortly after the birth of our daughter. Must have heard all the newborn crying haha ;-)

Water wagon used to be my go to delivery service. For 8 years I used them. Unfortunately there service has gone down and their prices have gone up. There are much better places to get water. I would stay away if you can.

Dude kept flooding my crawlspace by over filling the tank...I confronted him about it...he was a total dick... he yelled at me and said I needed to block the air intake vents on the tank ...so my water pump will implode the tank...luckily..I dont assalt stupid people any longer...our whole area uses Twin Springs now...they use an electronic water sensor hooked up to the tank...never a drop over..friendly drivers...no douches....no more flooded crawlspace and hours of work to clean up after incompitant people...

It is a shame that there is a need to monopolize drinking water.. but the staff have always been courteous and friendly.
