Was quick and easy to drop off a package.

Drivers are lazy and will rarely deliver packages that are bigger then a large envelope.

My Aunt still havent received her package from me, its been 3wks now. I tried tracking the number provided on my purchase receipt, its as if my package fell off the face of the earth!🌎

Worst FedEx experience ever, employees were very rude and unhelpful. The employees said I needed to fix my box’s labels but never told me all the faults, each time I would fix what they asked, they would send me away again with something new that wasn’t described to me the previous visit. After finally fixing all the faults (3 visits later ) one very rude lady said she wouldn’t even take the box because it was “too damaged”. It was in the same condition that they delivered it in, plus why didn’t they say that in my first, second or third visit ? She continued to be rude to me, I tried to get more information and she said “ I won’t ship it” and ran to her back room.

Very friendly and professional staff! Some of the best customer service at a FedEx store.My experience with online customer was extremely disappointing and misleading as I never had my issues resolved. Rather the agent sent me into an endless rabitt hole in a dishonest representation.

The staff are helpful and patient, and know their stuff! My favorite FedEx location in town, and usually not too busy.

The staff did a great job under the circumstances. It was near the closing period for overnight shipping so they were very busy and down to one computer but they worked efficiently, with great professionalism, and kindness to get everyone taken care of. I personally had a rather large shipment that needed to be delivered the next day and they made certain that everything got done by the deadline.

Walked in just before closing and a very rude employee proceeded to point me to the door with her pen just saying were closed in a very rude tone. I understand that I should have been there earlier but there are plenty of other polite ways to tell a customer that you are closed. Highly unprofessional.

This location lists things as delivered even when it isnt. I paid for two day shipping and they dont even bother to try to deliver it after 4 days of it being listed as delivered. Called the main FedEx and they were completely unhelpful. Use UPS.

I was expecting a very important package and even with 2 day shipping, it took 4 weekdays to get to Fairbanks. On top of the delay in delivery time, the driver somehow figured that a 3 was an 8 and tried to deliver it to the wrong address. The package was refused and I had to call FOUR times before I could get ahold of someone to have them keep it at the office for pickup.

Terrible delivery service. The driver NEVER gets out his truck, and just marks it as undeliverable. Also he Never leaves a door tag.
