Great customer service booked a same day appointment when other wax salons couldnt accommodate me.

The first time I booked was a little difficult, but that was just because they were figuring things out due to COVID changes. It’s clean, quick, and easy!

Best place to go for a wax ladies. They use the hard wax, which is actually WAY less painful than the soft wax. Cant provide photos of my Brazilian but this place is amazing!!

I tried to love OC Waxing, as it was the most convenient location to my house (SJC). Over the course of two years I tried several estheticians. Most of the estheticians would take nearly one hour to complete a Brazilian (I was coming every 4-6 weeks based on the season). It was painful and a huge time chunk. Some waxers would go over the same area more than three times (yikes!). Its worth noting Ive been regularly waxing since 2010, so its not like we were working with a 1970s bush.I was so annoyed with OC Waxing (the front desk was never welcoming) that I tried several other waxing locations (further away), but ended up coming back to OC Waxing in Jan/Feb of 2018 and figured Id deal with the sub-quality service until I could find another wax home. I was pleased to find a theyd hired a new esthetician who happened to be the waxer of my dreams! I saw her every 3-4 weeks. I even made a referral to a friend to visit OC Waxing specifically for this esthetician.My most recent appointment time had come (end of August 2018) and I got the usual reminder email and text message. However, much to my dismay, nobody from OC Waxing EVER contacted me to tell me that my dream-waxer was no longer working there. (Lucky for her!) I will never go back to OC Waxing. I will strongly discourage anybody from visiting that salon.
