Terrible service, rude women who answer the phone. Its like an act of God to get them to fill a tank. They make it pretty difficult.

I truly appreciated Crowleys service prior today. However, today their service and knowledge was tested and they excelled. Upfront, I misinformed them and was the cause of my situation. I am on auto delivery and ran out of fuel today. I was perturbed and called. They were very gracious, professional and got my tank filled within 2 hrs of my call. Come to find out, I was misinformed on my fuel tank size (twice that of reality) and therefore their system calculation was off based on my erroneous input. Both delivery men have been great.

On short notice with being out-of-town and having a rental house suspected of being out-of-heating oil and requiring basic trouble shooting on restarting a boiler, Crowley Fuels was able to send a service person out to the house within 30-60 minutes in the late afternoon hours for basic trouble shooting of the boiler along with delivering 100 gallons of fuel upon finding the boiler was out of fuel. The bill was feasible and the service person was obviously proficient with what he was doing! Awesome job with restarting the boiler and ensuring all zones were heated, and ensuring the house was secured upon departure! Everyone was pleasant and readily returned all phone calls with no excuses! Needless to say, all other common fuel delivery/service businesses only provided excuses, including delays in getting fuel delivered.

Staff at Crowley helped me transition from 100 lb tanks (which I have to find someone who can take in an open truck to a propane dealer to be filled) to a peanut 100 gallon tank, which any dealer will come to refill for me. The technician who came and advised me was thorough and patient to answer all of my questions and explain the safety reasons for me to make sure the hookup was done a certain way. He was very generous with his time and advice about things such as whether I should change to an on-demand water heater (dont bother until the old one dies, at my rate of usage the ROI is too small t0 make it worthwhile until then), and other issues such as someday I want a gas cookstove.The guy who came to do the hookup once Id done the small preliminary steps was competent and worked quickly, also answering questions. Thorough.The guy who delivered the gas was also very pleasant, efficient. I will be calling Crowley again.

The technicians from Crowley have been thorough and conscientious. I appreciate their prompt and efficient service. They provided great safety advice.

Awful company, awful customer service. Crowley purchased the fuel pump at the float pond at Fairbanks international airport and has been having issues with it for TWO YEARS!!! I have had to cancel 5 trips now because I havent been able to get fuel. Garbage company who has successfully ruined a good fuel out. Would give zero stars if I could.

I was out of fuel. They couldnt deliver til next day but brought me 20gal to tie me over. That is customer service.
