This complex is one of the most quiet and relaxing places I’ve lived in DFW!!! Even off the freeway it’s so peaceful. It’s a great location, the staff is so sweet and nice (Autumn you my girl!!!). Even the smallest repairs I have get fixed expeditiously! No kids of my own, but often babysit my godchildren and they love coming over for the pool (they have a separate one only 1 ft 8in deep for the babies to enjoy!!!!!) Been here for a little over a year and will KEEP renewing my lease!!! Definitely worth the money!!! And the lake behind the complex just adds a little more to the package *chef’s kiss* ✨❀️ The true definition of β€œluxury apartments” and if you’re smart you would check the place out!

The facility is really nice!! I love the staff and facility thats great. But overall Bella Ruscello is infact very upscale and presidential cozy and worthy place to live. I give Bella Ruscello and the staff a double thumbs up! I havent checked out our gym yet but Im looking forward to that for sure. Great and very beautiful place to be for a definite fact. Not many nice apartments like Bella Ruscello, and I love my apartment!!

I have enjoyed staying here over the past 3+ years in a 1st floor 2 bed 2 bath apartment! The location is quiet and has great front office staff.. I would still be living here if I had not accepted a Job in a different city. As you know transitions can be tough and costly and Autumn, one of the superheroes on staff, did everything she could to make the transition smooth for me and my 5 year old daughter!!!!!Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I’ve lived here 4 years and the old staff was attentive and made living here great. The new office staff does not interact with the tenants and the grounds of the complex are constantly dirty with trash piled up (the valet trash company hardly ever comes when they’re supposed to) and the pond is disgusting with trash overtaking the water. The staff does not answer the phone and have yet to consistently keep the gates working. When my lease is up, I will be leaving! The rent is too high here for lackluster apartments.

The minute my lease is up Im moving. Im not pleased at all. The person above me is loud, walks hard...kids running all day. I have no peace here. I have knats and I have no pets, no plants, no fruit or water leaking. The appliances are old and out dated my refrigerator is white with yellow handles its embarrassing.. Im not pleased and cannot wait until my lease is up.

I am a current resident of the apartment. Overall love the apartment and like the way people at the front office address resident problems. my problem is with the emergency maintenance personnel. I already spoke to them at the front office about this issue. I hope they address it asap. the 2 different times I had to call the after-hours emergency numbers, first time, I got a call back immediately to have the maintenance person tell me he was going to head out to help me turn off or change the batteries in the alarm that was going off inside my apartment all night without any smoke. This wasnt the first time. it went off from around 10 pm to 12:30/1 am in the morning. I left a voicemail detailing the problem, only to have the tech call me for details again. he told me someone was going to come by, only to stay up for about 2 hours, nobody came. called again, same tech, couldnt remember my apartment number, never headed out. Second issue, lost keys to my apartment 2 days ago, called the emergency number, told by maintenance someone would come over to open door for, no show for 3 hours. within first 2 hours, called about six times, got told someone will come open door, pulled a no-show. eventually got a call back after leaving multiple angry voice messages, told that it is against company policy to open the door after hours and I would have to get my own locksmith.i explained to him that I was given 1 key when I moved in, dont have a room mate, wouldnt be able to pay for a locksmith and my phone was going to die soon, only for him to tell me that there was nothing he could do and ill have to get a locksmith or wait for the office to open at 9am to be able to get into my own apartment that I part that I pay over $1000 for at the end of the month. it is Seriously ridiculous! what if I didnt have a car or had no relatives that live in Dallas? I would have ended up sleeping in my car in 56-degree weather that got colder overnight. I am highly disappointed! And I suppose we are supposed to have 2 sets of keys to an apartment?

If you want to feel like your living with your neighbor or a lonely person who enjoy hearing noise all the time than this is the place for you. These apartments have no insulation. You can hear your neighbors walk, talk, if they have children you can hear them play. Management doesnt mind if six or more people are not on the lease for a one bedroom. If I could give them ten zeros I would. My time here has been horrible due to the constant noise! If youre children are grown and youre downgrading to an apartment. This is not the place to move .

I needed a place asap because where I was living previously had gotten flooded so I inquired about Bella Ruscello and Ms. Deborah Guerrero showed me a unit that was available and I loved it so she got my application rolling right away I got approved, and moved in 3 days later. She is so Awesome I would recommend her and Bella Ruscello Luxury Apartments to anyone.

When I first got my keys the unit smelled like someone has been smoking there for years, it wasnt cleaned well and I was very frustrated. I wrote the complex and they immediately respond started fixing the problem right away, their quick response to make it right really gave me peace about leasing here... I havent been here a week but so far its quite and everyone stays to themselves. I really like that.

I moved from Arizona to Duncanville. I started the process of looking for a place to live, when I can across Bella Ruscello. My first contact was with Hilary. She was very personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. The first apartment I contracted had an opening on April 2, and I thought it was March 2. Once I found out I was incorrect, Hilary immediately went to work and found me another apartment so that I could get moved in March 1. Thank you Hilary, great job!! Once I arrive I was met by Carla, she also was very friendly and vey helpful. She took care of all the paperwork and I moved in on March 1. Only being here a short time, I’m very impressed with the staff and the complex. My apartment was move in ready. Thank you for all your assistance. Very much appreciated.Hal Tanner

I love our home community. We have been here six months, and we have found that this hidden gem was waiting here right under our noses. We have an awsome leasing staff, who makes sure all tenants needs are met (those that are reasonable). Our maintenance team work diligently keeping our property well kept and up to date. Eventhough Im awakened out my sleep many days, the grounds are kept immaculate.

These apartments are not LUXURY. After doing some market research, they call themselves Luxury to sugar coat the ridiculous fees and Mandatory valettrash and Alarm. The laminate on the cabinets peels off, the floors are very thin. My upstairs neighbor wakes me up every day at 1 30 am and 4 30 a.m. the tub is that mate finish not shiny. Too many FEES! Mandatory valet trash is 35 bucks a month, Mandatory Alarm fee ( I dont even use mine) Youll have about 20 dollars in fees. So on top of just your rent cost add about 60 dollars to it. Not including your water and light bill.Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Any place that uses power to gain a profit is not ethical in my book. We got way to much of that around us, we dont need Our Home to feel like a damn burden!

UpDate:: I have been here a year and still love it here... had a minor things that had to be fixed and maintainers came and took care of it right away... I always read reviews before I go look at apartments and I have seen several bad reviews for Bella Ruscello. However, I have not experienced any of this. Carla helped me through majority of my process and was complete sweetheart. Hilary was also helpful to me explaining things about the complex. I met Dexter on one occasion and he seemed nice. The gate looks to be closed majority of the time and the complex is very clean. Minor concern about the sitting water near the apartment building. Other than that I think I will love Bella Ruscello. Bad reviews arent always the truth.

I agree with all the other posters about these apartment homes. They are overpriced for the area and for the amenities that they offer. I lived in Bella ruscello for a year and once my lease was up I was ready to go! Dexter is by far the best leasing agent and made Bella ruscello awesome! the maintenance team did a great job every time. The gate situation is true. The gates work when they want. I was never able to get a code for when someone came to visit. I was told that was a corporate problem. No biggie never really had company anyway. As for the valet trash... you are better off taking the trash to the dumpster yourself. They make a mess when they did pick up trash. I stayed in building 6 which was quiet for the most part. The cops were always there toward the end of my lease but they were by the apartments that were by the pool. I never had an opportunity to go to the pool but when i passed by every time no one was ever in the pool. Overall my stay was not bad. I left because they wanted $1100 for 736 sq ft. To much money. But easy access to the freeway is why i gave it 2 stars!

I wish I could give them no stars, I would like to say I agree with every one else, the apartments are over priced and the new girl in the office Jasmine is not nice and she is rude as well. Dexter is the nicest person in the office. They need to remove the pool as an amenity because it is never open like other apartments but they charge all of this money to live there. The breezeways are dirty and disgusting with bugs everywhere. Please save your money and move somewhere else. I wish somebody would have warned me.

My husband has been in these apartments since may and he put in a request for a lil leak problem under kitchen sink, the bulb is out in close and yet has anyone came to fix the problem. The gate code does not work for guest, cant get a gate code for guest the property is very well kept..it is very quite which is nice.. Lets see how the rest of the months go.

So far so good. Amanda and Dexter have been helpful to me. I have had 2 maint request, which were both completed in a reasonable time. I moved in at the end of August. The only thing I was un-easy with, was that the couldnt hold the apartment till the 1st OR I would loose the rate. It would increase. The other apartments I looked at could hold the apartment with the rate they quoted me for 2 weeks. So I had to pay to move in on the 08/26, then rent on 09/01. The walls are thin, I get woke up every night a 1:30a from my neighbors dog. I agree, the rent to me is to high for the actual apartments. As far as raccoons, last night was my 1st time seeing 2 at the trash dumpster when I went to take my trash. But overall, I am satisfied for now.

Before finding Bella Ruscello Apartments, I had been looking for a new place to stay for weeks. Immediately upon entering it felt like home. Not only is the apartment complex unprofessional, unhelpful, and unorganized but the Regional Manager, Tana, is USELESS! You go into the office for help from the Property Manager Carla, and she cant do anything without calling Tana. Now, I completely skip Carla and call Tana directly and she is no help. I could go over multiple issues that have happened since moving here in June but I will spare you the details. Trust me when I say do NOT move here! Milestone Management is all about extorting money from the residents at any cost! Ive met a few people who live by me and we all agree that we regret signing a lease with this complex.

***ALERT**** Building number 9:If your apartment has a creek vew, YOU DO NOT HAVE the option of any satellite internet/Cable such as Dish. This buildings balconies face the South side and there is no reception available.I am upset at the leasing office for not telling me this. My time was wasted taking time off of work to wait for the installer and the installers time. Since the office didnt tell me and even though I I highly suggested to Hilary that they need to incorporate a notice to new residents moving into that building, I dont feel they will make it a priority. So hince the need to make public my own notice.

The apartments are over priced for the area and amenities as they say. The area of the grounds is to be clean ; however became worse over time. They water the yard but dont treat the grass for insects. The gnat are very bad in the apartment and I asked neighbors and they said the same things as I thought it was me. The water bill should not be 150.00 and over each month for a 2 bedroom and all the hidden fees on your statement monthly are ridiculous. I had to be there temporarily and I could not wait to move as the hallways were nasty and bugs everywhere for not treated the property. Everytime it rained hard water would go in my apartment and that could never find the problem but wanted me to still pay full rent. Every week I saw a u haul of people moving out so I knew something was wrong. I dont recommend anyone to move in the apartment unless you have no choice. The only staff member that was professional is Dexter and he is no longer there. The gate always was a problem.They made me pay half of rent when only stayed 8 days at the beginning on the month thats not even 1/2 month talking about utilities that you didnt pay when you 1st moved on hell I been there since 2017 and said they you pay behind . How can you determine what my water bill would be in advance?Always paid rent on time and I week after I left start sending for notices and in the letter stating that if I didnt not pay they would sent to me collections really πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”They never answer the phone when you call around to the office.Rude new person Hilary by phone and face to face. Carly was friendly and tried to help when she could .Major problem before I left they place a notice in my mailbox to the postal worker saying vacant and I had not moved . 2nd the maintenance man walked in my apartment and I just so happen to be there as he was told I moved and I didntπŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈSigned never go to the apartments againGlad Im gone peace of mind

I have been a resident here since October 2011 and I enjoy living here. My building is very quiet. There are a few drawbacks-parking and price. Guests park in front of the building and residents have to park further away and walk across the parking lot to get to their apartment! I would suggest labeling all parking spaces in front of the buildings as resident parking only and give residents parking decals. Tow anyone without a decal. The price is a little steep too....

I have never seen an apartment complex that ONLY cares about MONEY! This management company has horrible customer service and bad management! There is NO GRACE period in case you have an emergency and need ONE extra day to pay your rent. Yes, I said it! You cant get a ONE day grace period without having to pay unreasonable late fees! Also, they never agreed to their mistakes! They will give you the run around until they figure out how to manipulate the situation to where they are no longer in the wrong! Worse place to live! Oh yeah, its June 2nd and 90+ degrees outside and the pool is not open!!

They suck.. very uncompassionate people, the maintenance men are very good but the office staff sucks... the buildings stay dirty with cobwebs and the lighting is very poor its been 3 lights out in my building since last year the cement on my landing is never clean...they make you pay for a remote gate opener,but yet the gate is always open!there has been 3 break ins within 1 year... they claim to know the tenants and their vehicles but yet my car was towed and I had to pay $300 to get it back and go 40 miles to go pick it up. I had a handicap sticker in my vehicle but yet it was still towed... you pay for an exterminator every month but since my time living here I have seen an exterminator one time in a year and a half..there is chipped paint around my door and it has been that way since I moved in for what we pay the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings should be a lot better and I blame that on management not the maintenance men I blame it on management, some people might be scared just say how they feel but if Im paying for a service I feel like I should be able to voice my opinion, after my vehicle being towed I have my lawyers looking into how can I be reimbursed for that money it cost me a total of $1,000 I missed my airline flight and my insulin was no longer good after picking up my vehicle, I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I visited these apartments and the staff was very nice but these consistent negative google reviews are really hurting the reputation of these apartments. I spoke with a friend at costco (that lives in Bella Ruscello ) costco is 1min away, and his review were very consistent with the board. He said1) very much overpriced2) trash isnt picked up consistently especially since the apartments charges a trash fee thats very expensive3) he says they only care about money4) the residents and not just him are livid about the gate damaging a tenants car and apartment complex not repairing the tenants car)TO management such a beautiful complex from the highway but I suggest more things being done in the community to repair the reputation. In the end these reviews will cost you money

Worst place we have ever lived. The apartments are lame and the interiors are hardly luxury let alone updated. The cops are always here for some reason. I have no idea why or who are the perps but theyre very common visitors. The office staff are just there (minus Dexter, hes the best and the only one I ever see doing anything) to bill you out the nose and could care less. The amenities are cereal box grade and given how much people pay to live here youd think thered be more to enjoy.This place is a sinkhole for your money. If youre willing to spend as much as theyre asking you, I recommend you go downtown and get a lovely condo instead.

I just read a story on Facebook about them not willing to fix a residents car after the gate damaged it. That is horrible! How could she see the sign if the gate was open? Why is it so hard for someone at the complex to take ownership? After reading other reviews I would’ve never moved here. Besides, it’s very overpriced.

This complex is very nice but not worth the price tag. And as with any leasing group, they are not concerned with serving the residents. We have lived here for 4 years, paid our rent on time, been quiet tenants, almost never had any requirements of the maintenance staff. But when we purchased a house a month before our lease ended, the manager told me that to make me happy she would ONLY charge us 2/3 of the early termination fee for leaving early instead of the amount in the lease. She insisted that it would be cheaper than paying out the lease. In fact it was over $1000 MORE than paying out the lease. I have never lived anywhere that was so blatantly trying to extort money from the tenants.

The office staff is very friendly and the office is always cleaned.. However I find the pricing to be a little more than what its worth. An issue I encountered was with the valet trash pick up services; they picked up trash when they felt the need and this past week or 2 a trash bag ripped in BLDG 5 on the stairs and instead of the valet service rep advising the office staff. The liquid has dried and stained the staircase.. The other issue that bothered me was the parking especially during the summer; residents had pool parties and being that all their guest had to park I was left parking near the mail boxes or the other side of the pool and walking to my apartment... I appreciated living there because of its convenience.... EXCEPT FOR EARLY MORNING TRAFFIC... HORRIBLE!

I dont live there but my boyfriend does and he cannot wait until his lease is up!..way overpriced, gate is always broken and when you try to go through the proper channels to get a situation resolved like a noisy inconsiderate neighbor, they send HIM a noise violation and his noisy neighbors get to keep partying at all hours of the day/night..screw the resident that has been there for the last 3 years not causing any trouble and for sure not making any noise they could report!! since new management took over this place is GARBAGE....wouldnt recommend a rat live there...
