I been staying here almost a month I like it here. Very quiet living place very comfortable and Ms. Jocelyn and the office is very professional and she answers all my questions. They are very nice peoples.

I worked with Jocelyn in the process of leasing an apt here. She effectively communicated with me and was extremely responsive in replying to all of my emails. She’s so kind and professional. I would highly recommend working with Jocelyn if you’re looking for a new home. She was great!!!!!

This place is horrible, new management doesn’t care about residents. Complaints are made but nothing is being fixed. I paid for a parking spot but the parking spot isn’t being respected. I talked to the property manager and still nothing is being done about it. Also the AC does not work properly. I hope this review helps people make a better decision and not come to rent here.

I went in to inquire about the availability of a 2 bd and just like the brochure says Jocelyn M is a very friendly, dedicated professional office staff member. Jocelyn answered all my questions and was very helpful in the whole process. Thanks

If you have guests or friends that frequently come visit you, or family that may want to stay for a weekend DO NOT live here. their cars will be TOWED unl as they park on the opposite side of the complex between FAIN / C.WISDOM, youll be paying extra out off the 1000+ they charge for rent BUT wont SPECIFY in the online United Towing LLC tenant portal so YOULL BE CERTAIN. Car was towed b4 I made this review as a family visiting a tenant of theirs ($298 tow fee)

I called and reported to the office and guess what, no answers yet! Today I’m going to the city of Duncanville and get help from them! 9/13/2021🚨🚨The worst apartments ever!🚨🚨I mean it! I will never recommend these apartments to anyone. I’m here because I’m going through the process of getting a house. Hopefully, I should be gone soon.Reasons why not to move in!1) Roach infested2) Mole in the shower cabinets every couple of months.3) Water Bill from $140-$180 (crazy right)4) There are always problems with the hot water. (Like today)5) Problems with the electricity every couple of months. (Like 2 weeks ago)6) If they tow your vehicles is $350 each!🗣If I had to rate these apartments I would give them a -0

The reviews talk about how nice to people are but the roaches there are the true tenants these apartments are infested it’s disgusting I just left I couldn’t deal with it

Have a friend that lived there and every time they turned on the lights a bunch of cockroaches would be out. My friend is super clean and she would do everything to try and get rid of the roaches but they would just keep coming back.

This is my first year living in this community, it’s a great Quiet area and everyone is really friendly. The maintenance personnel is really efficient they do their best to do repair ASAP, office management is always great really professional always wiling to help you.

I have lived here for 6 years and have never had an issue. However I can say the new management is wonderful! Carolina always attends to my needs as well as Karla. They are always with a welcoming smile and great attitude. Due to me being here 6 years I was looking for a change but due to these lovely ladies & how professional they are I will for sure continue to reside at Meadows!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a smiling face. Veronica was very accommodating in answering all my questions as well as being up front about my concerns! I honestly didn’t expect to apply, but her honesty made all the difference for me! The property was quiet and the renovations are something to see! I wish there were more professional honest people in management like her!

Its ok if you have housing they started off good but than they dont fix nothing in when they do they take they time to fix. They been up under 5 different management the kids be hanging out all night and etc....

Very unprofessional. New management came in and took over. No communication was made. I tried to put my rent online and I’m unable to access the website. They said I need to pay my rent in a money order or cashiers check however, I’m on vacation in another state for 2 weeks.

Living her Is ok until something is needing fixing. It took them a month to finally come by after bothering them like crazy. Then in the spring we all know in Texas it can get hot by then they wont turn the ac on until mid April (maybe) knowing its hot in the units

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT APPLY AT THIS PLACE!!! VERONICA IS RACIST AND A THIEF! SHE WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT! I applied here a couple of weeks ago. I paid the application fee and deposit. Ive never been EVICTED or had any broken LEASES! She told me that my application was pending because I needed to bring Social security cards, birth certificates, and check stubs. So, I take those documents to her and she tells me that my application was denied! I was shocked, but then I wasnt going to argue about it. So, I asked for my deposit back and she said it was NON REFUNDABLE!!!! 😨😨😨😨😨😨 HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?!!! So when I started to question her about it and started to record her, she call the Police on me! They came out and couldnt make me delete the video I had of her, so she was upset about that and put me on TRESPASS! I wouldnt mind that at all, but my Mom lives on the property and she is trying to stop me from seeing her for the HOLIDAYS! Ive reached out to the Corp office, but of course, you never get anyone on the line for slum properties like this! I will be taking this all the way to court! My deposit should have been RETURNED!!!

Horrible apartment complex. Every day its something new thats messed up. They turn off ac to save them money. My daughter and my wife and myself burn up to the point where we dont want to be inside. Our bathroom ceiling was falling through and the sink is leaking and it took them 3 weeks to finally come check it out all they did was tear the remaining ceiling and said they gonna come back and never did so we went to the office told them about it they said they will come by that day and they never came by so we would call and no answer we would try to go up there and they closed early. Finally we get ahold of them told them we have been trying to get them to come fix it and they told us the parts finally came in and that they will come by that day or the next for sure. Ok well its been almost 3 months we just gave up because apparently we cant do nothing but just deal with everything being broken. We are gonna be leaving these apartments as soon as we have enough money to move out. Living here has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life and all my life I lived in apartments I would never recommend anyone here. Giving them a 1 star is way to rewarding they dont even deserve a quarter of a star. Only reason why I chose these apartments was because it was convenient and close to work for both me and my wife

They have the worst management. They couldn’t even find my file on these system after me renewing. They towed my car due to there mistake they hole punch the wrong year on my sticker and still they didn’t want to help out: 2nd time towed again for no reason!!!! Told them I’m going to put my notice to vaca and they still didn’t care for a resident that is always paying on time do to there mistakes. Guys work management not just that such a dirty place to live!!!!

Two of my sisters live on the property and they love it especially because they can walk across the street to the store without driving they havent had any problems and plan on renewing their lease.

Meadows on Merrill is a great place to live. The Office personnel is wonderful and tenants are friendly and respectful.

Ive been here for a while now and I must say I am overly satisfied with the resident and staff! Meadows on Merrill formerly Fairmeadows have came along way. The new manager, Ms. Sandy, is the best and Im glad shes here! Professionalism at its best! She is willing to help in any way that She can! She is what Meadows on Merrill needed! Every unit have new toliets, there are barbecue pits thats been added around the entire complex, their are upgraded units with all black appliances and more! She cares about the residence...We have had numerous events that her and her staff has had....Weve had movie night, bingo, and a Christmas party to nane a few...She is actually giving away things (including money) through raffles! She have a lot of respect for us as residence..Any and every issue I have had she has made suee ur was taken care of..Maintence are very night and get the job done! Ms. Veronica, assistant, is very good at taking care of things and getting things done. Shes down to earth as well and professional ! Our staff is complete and they are doing an excellent job with this property. Ive lived here for 5 years and Ive always had a complaint... I honestly have no reason to complain...Management and staff have changed alot through the years..I can honestly say we have the best management and staff that I have ever seen. Im soo very thankful! I give this resident now, more than 5 stars! They deserve more than 5 stars for all the hard work they have put in to overturn the mess and negativity that was once here..I recommend Meadows on Merrill to everyone! I promise you will not be disappointed!

Very unprofessional and they never called me to tell me my apartment is ready when i called them either they would send it to voicemail or not answer. Then when i cancelled the while process because they were just holding my funds and not processing anything they told me my deposit was non refundable because i stopped the process now what in the hell is that! Do not move in here its all BS

Instead of repairing electrical issue, they make it about what is in your apartment. Office staff including a maintenance worker is rude and argumentative. Reporting to every agency I can.

We are very disappointed in the poor service and charges, we charge a very high water bill, they already exceed us more than a hundred dollars a month that not even in a house they pay that much and if they pay it is because they have a washing machine and in our contract we are not obliged to pay water bill.

We have just moved and Verónica has been very attentive and helpful. Almost everything I liked about the apartment except the wooden kitchen gabitenes and the bathrooms.

Very good place and the staff very friendly and attentive and the apartments in very good personal condition I was changed from a pekeño to a bigger one and all that
