We have been without water since 2/16. The water was shut off without notice or communication. An email was sent 3 days later instructing us to fill our tubs and gather enough water. The communication from Peak Living has been minimal to non existent. The office staff is doing their best but what can you do without instruction from your corporate office? There has been no time frame given to those of us that were not affected and should have water. Instead their focus is on those that planned poorly for the storm and did not allow their pipes to drip. ( This is not an assumption I had several people tell me they forgot) and caused damage to their unit and the surrounding neighbors. It would make sense to take care of the units with no damage but instead were at the mercy of the numerical order plan in place. Im in property acquisitions so the amount of damage and busted pipes should not be a surprise to Peak Living. In fact it shouldve been included in their CapX financial plan. Although this storm caught us all by surprise these old pipes bursting is not new news for Peak Living. It just moved up their timeline to fix them to which they should be able to provide a date of completion. Now it is approaching March 1 and the only financial incentive that was offered was waiving late fees for rent to offset the cost of the hardship that the storm caused. I would hope they do not hold us to a 60 day notice if were able to find another complex that is fully functional and allowing for a quick move in. We pay to much in rent to go this long without water and the type of service we receive. Again the front office is doing the best that they can I appreciate them.

Anissa definitely needs to run the complex. Elize is a sorry excuse for a manager. She doesn’t accept responsibility for her mistakes and lack of work she doesn’t do. Excuses excuses excuses….

We’ve been without power and basic necessities for days with no communication. You will get no response from the front office or management when you have issues. Your rent will be over 1600.00 out of nowhere. Peak Living management does not email you back nor return phone calls when you contact them directly. My husband has tried everything and no one in management cares here.

Ridiculous rent prices. Your water bill will be over $100 every month, so you can go ahead and calculate that into your rent. I had electric issues that we had to reset the breaker at least 4x a week basically we gave up having electricity upstairs. Maintenance for whatever reason did not get our work orders. When the ice storm hit the repair of the pipes was delayed, short crew. No improvement for but I see the rent for my previous townhome has gone up $135. I don’t ever write reviews but this place is NOT WORTH IT.

I’m a current resident and I have been without water since the winter storm. I am currently in a hotel and management has no timeframe as to when my water will be restored. They are charging us full rent even though we do not have water and have incurred additional cost due to having to relocate . I contacted corporate only to get a blanket response. This is a horrible experience for me and my children. I do not understand how they are able to live with themselves knowing that they are treating their residents poorly. Wexford and Peakliving should be ashamed of themselves

I truly enjoy staying here, the neighborhood is quiet and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Anitra is a awesome manager always very professional, I love her. 10 out of 10 I would recommend and I dont plan on moving out anytime soon!

The price listing are for 1445.00, you will actually end up paying over 1600.00 a month. There is no communication with the front office when you report issues. During this winter storm we went 5 days w no power and couldnt get help from the office. The water was off for 4 days with no timeframe for restoration. The prices do not match the level of service you will receive or the quality of the complex.

I have been a Loyal resident almost 3 years and our current Management, Anitra and Mieisha, have been AWESOME than the prior Management we had. They are very courteous and professional. The property has been kept clean, organized, and manageable. Any Repairs needed are attended to in a timely Fashion and it is greatly appreciated. Management has made it homely around the propriety and a pleasure to reside her. For those talking of rodent issue, it must be them because I have NOT had that type of issue EVER in my own resident. IJS

HORRIBLE PLACE!! Lived there for 1 year and management changed twice while we were there. During my first year management was GREAT and we never had any problems or issues. Gave my 90 day written notice in May 2019 because we were purchasing a new home and this was also the same month the current manager was leaving. My lease was ending in August and we moved out at the end of the lease in August with no rent owed, cleaned, turned in keys and a new manager calls 2 months later asking about rent. We were charged for past due rent and fees. I would never recommend this place!!!

My mom currently about to start her lease with this resident Monday.. The property manager and her assistant Miesha are very professional and will absolutely make you feel home welcoming.. while the manager was busy her assistant handle the rest of welcoming my new home as if she was the Property manager.. Miesha was very professional, and answered all my mom questions.. My mom already loving being a new resident here and she havent even started staying yet:)!

Didnt think that I was lucky until the apartments that Ive been curious about for so long, are now my home. The girl Myisha in the office helped me a lot, and made the process wayyyyy smoother than I expected. All the questions that I had she answered, and made it clear what was expected of me, and never made me feel pressured or as I was just another person. She made feel like I was appreciated, and valued, and thats why Im now a resident. Thanks again Myisha

This review is just based on visits/failed attempts at trying to rent there, and even just to learn more about this property. We visited this property twice during business hours, as the hours are posted right on the door, and the door was locked/no one was there. But there was no sign on the door saying when anyone would be back. Waited 20 mins. each visit, no one ever came. Also tried calling this property multiple times just to ask when would be a good time to visit, or schedule an appointment --- no one ever answers.

Friendly staffSpoke to Myesha last week and she mentioned a 2 bd 1 1/2 bd becoming available but when I went to lease it was already gone. She also mentioned that the current management took over the property in October and they were making some changes. She had us interested in knowing more about the property. I like the face that all the units come with attached garages and full size washer and dryer connections. When will another 2bd 1 1/2 bath be available? I don’t want to miss out again? And is there a pet limit on how many pets I can bring?

Roach infested, dumpster always overflowing, roaches are bad. They have pest control on property every day so that should tell you. This place is too expensive to be fighting roaches. Every now and then we see rats.

WexFord Townhomes administration is horrible,in the matter of processing a payment since online system is giving error messages on the time of payment, General Manager was rude and unprofessional even after it was explained of why payment was unsuccessful they acted as if it was not their problem. Had to pay late fees for something that was not in my control such as your website issue.
