I honestly can’t say enough great about this shop. The technicals know what they are doing. We have a engine that not everyone can work on because it’s foreign but they said they could and did. Everyone that works there are very friendly and helpful. They know their job from the bookkeeper to the service writer. And honest complete transparency of charges. I would and do recommend them to anyone needing them.

Dry fork is in my experince one of the best shops, they tell u up front prices, a fair diagnose price, professional and extreme machnical knowledge. This shop is by far the best. Dont go anywhere else, they are your one stop shop.

I used to work there as a heavy truck tech. I send my auto work to them. I live 60 miles away. Havent found Quality in Springfield, so I go to Dryfork. Im not always about the Sheltered approach they take with customers,but I get it, as a lot of us came from dealerships. Nice place. Clean. Nice family!Uncle Bob.

I recently had my 6.0 Ford diesel truck in for service and had my head gaskets and studs done as well as injectors and many other things and they were not only very efficient in getting it in and back to me but performed all of the work above and beyond all my expectations!If you want top quality work done at a reasonable rate without having to wait for weeks to get it in or to get it back then this is your place, I would never recommend anyone else.

Long time customer but things have changed the owner (Darren) has obviously let the money get to his head. It used to be the best shop around where you could pull in and get something fixed fairly quick and painlessly. The prices have tripled if not more and the quality has gone down! There are better shops in the area and hope they get things turned around. When they call. You to let you know what’s going on it seems like the ladies on the other end don’t know what is really going on and they try to justify it with “my technician has dealt with this before and we know it’s going fix the problem!”. The way try and smooth over not calling back when you get tired of waiting and just show up will just make you mad! “Sorry we are just extremely busy.” There are not that many cars here..... quit avoiding! I really hesitated posting this because I used to like this place but sorry I have another shop that’s not to busy for me.

Repair shops that guarantee quality repairs with a warranty are rare to find. The technical knowledge is astounding and refreshing!

I had my 04 Chevy in for an in house transmission rebuild. Only time will tell if the rebuild holds up, but the service was top notch. They kept me informed, stuck to the time frame the estimated, and the price quoted was on target for the price charged. I talked to 3 separate people through the process: the receptionist, the project estimator, and the technician. They were all professional, courteous, and each had all info I needed to know at the specific point in the process. Although I hope I dont have a need to return, Id put Dryfork Diesel at the top of my list when choosing a shop.

The do excellent work at a fair price. May not be the cheapest around but the job is done right the first time with quality parts. They are very professional and just all around great people. I won’t take my truck anywhere else.

I took my 04 Dodge Ram truck in to get a starter replaced. They got me right in an started the repair. They took great care of my truck and replaced the original starter with great quality replacement parts. And finished it up I short time. I have all confidence in all of the technicians. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!

My experience is different than the other reviews, which seem to be written by the same person, not actual customers. I was told 3 different prices for rebuilding my transmission. One was before I brought it in at $1800-$2400. All the other shops around had the same price. Once I brought it to the shop, they had the motor missing within 5 minutes of looking at it(which didnt need looked at) it took 6 hours for them to let me know the new price even though they hadnt taken the transmission out or looked at it. The new price was $2700-$2750. I was promised it would be ready at 11:00 on Wed. Got a call that morning, indicated it wouldnt be ready til early afternoon, waited there for 4.5 hours, right before 5:00 it was ready. I was unable to use the vehicle that day(the way I make my living) and lost revenue. I questioned why the higher price and was told itd be discussed with the owner. When it was finally ready the price was now $2993. I was told that they had given me a $200 discount, now the price was$2770.68. Looking at the bill, when they charge $40 for shop supplies its a good indicator why the price was so high. On top of all this my windshield wipers didnt work when I picked it up. They could fix that however, for a price,just like the motor work that didnt need done. With the location I cant imagine their overhead is more than the shops in joplin and why theyre so much higher on their price.They did pop me some popcorn however.Im updating my prior review. I was hoping Id have no further contact with this shop after I finally got my vehicle back. It became clear soon after that wouldnt be the case. It was obvious the work wasnt done correctly and would have to be fixed. I contacted darren twice trying for assurances i could trust them to bring it back. I instead was ridiculed and made fun of because i had concerns. We cant fix it if you dont bring it in was darrens response. I had concerns about the problem not being their fault, not covered under the warranty, that Id have to pay. I was also concerned that thered be things wrong after it got there that werent a problem before. Id imagine thats why they charge $93 for a road test just to tell you what else needs fixed.Things Id also have to have fixed. In my mails I made it clear what my concerns were but darren ignored those to make fun and divert responsibility. He couldnt quite understand Id be the one that had to take even more time out of my life because of their not doing the job right the first time. Listening to the massive ads he runs was the reason I took my vehicle in to have it worked on. How they do it right the first time, stand by their warranty, dont try to pad their bill, treat you right, etc. I shouldnt have believed the ads. When I replied to his last mail with one sentence that my concerns had more to do with trust I never got a response. Maybe that says it all.

This is a great place to take your vehicle. Its nice to find a place ran by honest people!
