I always go to Grahms for my repairs, since theyre pretty close (5 minute walk) to a bus stop its pretty easy to get back home even if no one else is available to help me drop off my car.

Here is a brief story how i met to Angels. Day started out great. Went to the caves everyone had a great time. Then boom flat tire on the way home. Use roadside asstiance. Why? Because thats what I pay em for. No tire place open. Cool lets find a place for the night. What u say? Family of 8? We dont have no room. Then from the Heavens above come Steve the tow truck driver hey u guys come on hop in. My boss Larry open up the shop and got 2 tires for yall. Thank you to these to Angels we are homebound again. Our daughter has her car at school and was in desperate need of an oil change and state inspection. On top of that she mentioned her car was having some issues when braking. She described it to us as her steering wheel shaking and didnt know where the brown dust was coming from. She managed to not only need new brakes, but brake pads and rotors. The people at Grahams were great. They were super nice to my daughter and called my husband with regards to the issues and cost. They were very reasonably priced on top of it all.

I had 2 positive experiences. Yesterday it wasn’t a good service call,Graham refused service After they were to be on their way they didn’t call my car company to let them know they could not get a hold of me. It wasn’t there for the phone number given to them was wrong. I did not appreciate the way that they did business. I ended up calling to find out that the person may not of even came out to look at my car. So I did talk to the supervisor after I try to sort all this out. I was very upset that nothing was done to try to make this right. So I have voiced my concern and I will not probably go back. I don’t mind that something wrong happened. I do mind that there was no offer to come out and try to help me. So four hours later I finally had someone come out and help me from a different company

Ive been going to Grahams for repairs almost exclusively for over 15 yrs. In fact, I could almost say that Bob is my personal mechanic, since hes taken care of just about all of my vehicles in that time. Some of the other garages in Centre County arent bad... but you cant check off all the boxes with them like you can with Grahams. So far as Ive experienced, you wont find a more honest, respectful and reasonably-priced shop in town! And if you prefer full-service at the gas pump, just coast on down Allen Street! (One time time, when my fuel pump went out, that was my only choice--outside asking for a tow! I literally coasted the thing right up to the garage door! =)

Timely and hassle-free service! Yesterday afternoon, I contacted them for car towing via my insurance company, which offers free roadside assistance. The tow driver Ryan arrived within half an hour, checked to make sure he got the right car and said he would handle everything from there. He towed my car to the designated garage, passed along my car information, and today my car is fixed. I appreciate Ryans timely and professional service, which freed me from the anxiety because of a dead car.

Dont go there.I asked them to changed the oil (it cost me $65 by the way), and on top of that they charged me for windshield washer fluid.Yes its was only $3.5 but I never asked for it because I have some at home.When I told them why they charged me for it, the guy told me it was the procedure and started to be angry at me and to talk to me very badly. He asked me to never come back again and told me that every time I come there is a pb. (It’s the first time I come here with my new car). Just had a tech come to my house for a AAA call. The text message said he’d be there at 11:02 and sure enough, at 11:02 he pulled in the driveway. It turned out to be a fuel problem rather than a battery issue, but after realizing it wasn’t a battery problem, he stuck around to help me troubleshoot and figure out the issue. Very nice and professional guy as well. I think his name was Ryan? Great experience.

I was little nervous about dropping my car off for some tire maintenance. I haven’t always had the greatest experience with garages. The guys at Graham’s we’re super friendly and very professional. The work was quick and inexpensive. I was very impressed and I will definitely be back for future car maintenance.

Called in the morning, spoke to someone and left him with the information for an estimate. Didnt hear back so called again in the afternoon, was told mechanic left and to call back in the morning. Called next morning and mechanic said he will get back to me. Nothing, never got a call back.

They get the job done, but there’s no communication. A little pricy.

After 5 hours of driving we had an emergency where the car stopped working and smoke was coming out of the front. AAA told us that it usually takes overnight to fix. We called Graham’s Exxon and they said they would look at it. They ordered the part and were able to fix our car quickly, even though it was past the hours of service. They are very nice people, there is excellent service, the price was fair and I highly recommend them. We are now able to drive home safely :)

What an awesome experience! I had a flat tire after work from running over a screw somewhere. No spare tire kit in my 3 week old car. Had resigned myself to a full tow and expensive tire repair or replacement. Instead, they pumped up my tire and let me follow back to the shop. Less than 10 minutes later I had a perfectly plugged tire and I was on the road again! Saved a ton of money and hassle and I owe it all to the guys at Grahams Exxon! Will definitely be recommending to everyone!

The person who was sent clearly had no experience and began towing my car with the emergency brake on. I understand mistakes, but when something is already going on with your car (needing to be towed), the last thing you need to worry about is how your car is possibly getting MORE damage from the tow. Unfortunately, when I brought it up with the manager, he didnt care much unless there was extensive damage, and wouldnt help compensate simply for the terrible service I received (In my opinion, I shouldnt have had to pay $80 for a tow that was not even done right!). I just want to save others the trouble...if you want it done right, or if you DO have issues and want them to be addressed by management, this is not the place to go! I know they do have quality workers, but I am disappointed that management refused to try to compensate for a poorly done job...instead of trying to make it right/earning a loyal customer who could rave about your customer service, you earn a 1 star review!

Do not go here if you need work done to your car. I made an appointment to get my car inspected for 2019-2020 and it is exempt of emissions testing. Later that morning Grahams Exxon called me and informed me i need a lot of expensive work done to my exhaust system. Even though my registration is correct and up to date, they refused to test it with an emission exemption.They tried to scam me on a technicality by saying because i brought it in a few days earlier than 1 full year ( 4 days before my inspection expired) they needed to test it regularly and said i could not drive my car until they pass it.I was extremely frustrated that they tried to scam me, they seemed extremely nice and humble.I even called the DMV Emissions in Harrisburg to ask about what Graham’s Exxon rationale was. The representative from the DMV also concluded that what Graham’s Exxon was stating was wrong and that i should not go to them.Never going to them ever again.

Dont go here unless you like cheap overpriced parts.Had an intermittent misfire in an 06 Impreza, so I scheduled an appointment here. The person that I spoke to acted like I was a nuisance. Got the car in, got it back, and found out theyd used generic garbage plugs and wires and charged a premium for it. Subaru OEM spec is ngk, most car people know this. I dont know what r&r brand is but Ive never heard of it and its NOT OEM, so as far as Im concerned its no better than the garbage that was put in the last time.

Said theyd be over in 45mins around 2am to pull me out of a ditch last saturday. Waited 3hrs for them. no call no show. Dont recommend to anybody
