This place is terrible. The mailboxes have been broken for over a month now. Resulting in some residents having to go to the post office to pick up the mail. I have had ongoing issues in my apartment. This here is inside my walls from issues I have been having since February. At that time they gave me some excuse that it was condensation causing mold smell to form and advised me to open the door to allow ventilation. These repairs started two weeks ago and they have failed to return to complete the repairs. So bugs from in-between the units are able to enter into my unit as they please. You call to ask for someone to come help and they refuse to come and finish the job. Yet want rent every month yet cannot complete repairs.

These apts are NOT worth the money. I had a roach crawl in my ear after begging the apts to have someone come spray, I kept my apt spotless and bomb my apt on THREE different occasions and the bugs still where coming of the vents and drains. They just walk into your apts no notice or anything, they cant keep people in the office, they never have records of the notifications supposable put on your door. They did not want to let me out of my lease every time I submitted applications to another apt they would send the rental verification back that I did not notify them that I was moving when in fact Ive been trying to get out of my lease the first month I moved into the apts. 0 STARS IF I COULD .. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Not even worth 1 star but i was forced to at least give them 1. Call the Duncanville police before moving here and if thats not enough call for takeout and youll see no one deliveries anything there. Ive seen people get shot in the afternoon time. A woman and this Hispanic guy was snorting coke in their car. The elementary school has been broken into several times by people who live there and the Valero gas station has been robbed by people who live there as well as Tom Thumb. We all need a place to live but make this your last choice if youre desperate. A lot of fake reviews here saying positive stuff that just isnt true. One of the managers used to work for me and told they were robbing the tenants (Tonya). They have had a bed bug outbreak, I had my mailbox broken into, and apartment this place just isnt good. Also my apartment was condemned due the foundation slipping. I couldnt even lock my door, and it rained inside my unit. APT 42.

A star because I cant leave any less. When my keys for my apartment were given to me. I couldnt move in. The guy was changing the carpet. My apartment was filthy and had a strong foul odor. Gun shots that same first week and every other week. Check out the police department, they will tell you its GHETTO!! People Drinking in parking lot. Drunk grown men fighting for a chicken head you know what. It has no upgrades. Floor is unstable. cracks on walls. I was shown a nice apartment with upgrades but handed me an apartment that is old. water comes out brown you gotta let it run before you shower. Its loud. The price isnt great. Break ins.Hasting elementary school next door is the best thing about this place. Other than that i suggest keep looking. Unfortunately I will not lease another year. Many tenants leave when they complete a year. That says a lot. Good luck on your apartment search. Hope this info helps.

Been living here for almost 3 years now and although everyone has different experiences, mine has been good. I will say when I first moved here I had a few problems with the A/C but maintenance handled it in a very reasonable time frame as they do for any other problem Ive had but I havent had many problems. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I stay to myself and my building is quit quiet for the most part. 2 bedroom layout is lovely and I keep my place clean so I dont have any bugs. Only problem I have is the trash problem tenants and their kids just leave trash any and everywhere but the grounds keeper are good at picking it all up every morning but they shouldnt have to keep doing that.

The rating fit. Usually I look at ratings before I go by any apartments complexes .today I was in the area mixed with looking for a place to live and I stopped by. The management team was incompetent at best .a bucket of non-critical thinkers .to the owners of this property if you consistently have vacancies look to the people you have in the office. I hate that I left without getting names because I will put names with my report .I came in with positive energy and looking for a 3and 2. I tried everything to make the process work .they dont take apps after 4 they dont work on the weekends they dont accept you if you make to much they dont want you if you come in happy!! The negative energy in that office is demon level I finally got to the point that I told them Im a perfect candidate and Im trying to move forward and it seems like there fighting for me to leave .so I removed myself and dusted my feet off as I was walking out in amazement .I wouldnt want to live there after that experience . My honest review hire new people or either get them retrained add better lighting and positve energy God bless.

Been here for a while. Love how big the apartments are my neighbors are awesome never had a problem with maintenance calls. I must admit I had a issue recently and they came out multiple times and did everything they were allowed to do. They get everything done when I need them. Never had a problem with the people in the office. Never had a problem with break ins. Now if they can get the people from hanging out with the loud noise the fighting, partying and stop them from trashing the place (cause I’m sure grounds ppl get tired of picking all that up every morning) and fix the gates on both sides than these would be some really good apts in a really good area.
