SAM, the girl who answered the phone, literally hung up on me (I distinctly heard the noise a handset makes when its being placed back on the base) while I was in the middle of a complex question. I called back from the same number, she immediately put me on hold. While on hold, I called back from a different number and she again answered and asked how may I help you?VERY unfriendly, unprofessional staff (yes I only talked to one, but 1st impressions are the most important!).Very unhappy with how I was treated.

Due to disability, I haven’t been able to get a full body wax in years. Experience was better than ever and Wendy not only did a fantastic job of removing every single hair on my body (except brows) she was also very patient with my challenges changing position and made me feel quite comfortable despite my new body image related to the disability. So glad this establishment maintained its high caliber and the new staff, especially Wendy are better than ever. Great to be a regular customer again and to relish in the sensation of being totally bare once again.

I was late and called in to let them know, they were so kind and allowed me to come in any time which ever worked to my schedule for my brow appointment. Once there, they were professional, quick, and my brows are INCREDIBLE! She did an amazing job, shaped my eyes perfectly to what I wanted (I rarely do my brows). I will be coming again and again. I love this place. Its so quick and easy to make an appointment, Im usually in and out for a Brazilian within 15 or 20 minutes. I get the packages and save some money. Love it! I dont have a specific person I use, I get someone different every time and never had any issue.

Waxing great 👍🏽 BUT no mask required—although I was assured mask required before making my appointment. Owner has yet to call me back re No Mask Required Policy. I’ve been regular satisfied customer for 15 plus years—will now find another waxing venue. Cleanliness was poor—sanitation was less than 10 seconds and in addition, restroom was filthy.During a global pandemic, health and safety of both employees and clientele should be of paramount importance to a business. Very disappointing Urban Wax Arcadia—- we deserve better than this discourtesy.

Ive had many brazilian waxes done, but this place is by far the fastest and best overall job. Im moving to casa grande soon and will travel the 1 hour plus drive for continued service here.

I have been coming here regularly for Brazilian waxes and everyone on the staff is great! It is one of the more inexpensive places in the valley and easy to schedule and appointment. They also take walk ins.

I always receive quick and courteous service from the staff at the front desk. I have never had to wait past my appointment time and the ladies that take care of me are super friendly (in a good way) and efficient. I walk out feeling ready for whatever might come my way! The prices are unbeatable as well!

Love coming here. It had been awhile but I came back. Staff is always friendly.

I went for a bikini wax due to the good reviews online. This place didn’t do a good job of removing the hair in the front & especially not the back. It felt rushed and when I asked the tech to remove more they said it was leftover wax. When I got home there was tons of patches and many missed spots.Could be the tech, but I expect a good wax for 42 + tip. (Still tipped bc I’ve lived off tips before.) Will be looking for other places.

I have been coming here for about 2 yrs now. All the employees I have seen were kind, professional and efficient. All the things you want when you are going for a wax. They are always accommodating as well. I have had to call once or twice to move or cancel a appointment. I have never had any push back. I dont make a habit of doing that, but it is nice to know they will work with you. Definitely recommend this place.

Great service, reasonable prices, and lots of free parking in the lot. Definitely my go-to place since I moved here. They use hard wax (my favorite) and Ive never waited more then 2 or 3 minutes past my appointment time.

I absolutely CANNOT say enough good stuff about the staff here. Both the lady at the desk and my waxer were so genuinely kind. I wish I could remember their names, but they were awesome. The only thing keeping this review from being 5 stars is that I dont think the products were as great as other more known salons. But A+ for customer service.

This was my first Brazilian wax and it was amazing! I wasnt worried about the pain so much but more about being naked from the waist down in front of a stranger. My esthetician was Jessica (Jessa..?) and she was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. My only complaint was when I got home there was a tiny piece of blue wax left on my lady parts which I at first thought was no big deal, just a silly mistake but at the same time it was very noticeable. But it wasnt a big deal to me and I would return in a heartbeat. Like seriously, I was blown away by how comfortable I felt with a stranger putting hot wax down there and ripping it off. Also the free panties was a nice treat :)

Shannon was very nice but not thorough. I decided to give this place a try but compared to the girl i see at European wax center in PV the waxing job was terrible. After she said we were finished i pointed out spots she missed and she got it out. Then i went home and saw other spots she missed. I am disappointed.The lady in front was nice and so was shannon but i want a thorough wax....much more impt lolI wont be going back.

This place is great ! Front desk wasnt too friendly but the lady that did my eyebrows did a FANTASTIC job! I will definitely be back again! Drove up from Tucson to try it and it was worth it !!!

On the way the my appointment, I called to let them know I was in a bit more traffic and would be 5-10 mins late. I was told not to worry. When I arrived, I was only 6 minutes late. The young lady who did my Brazilian wax waited until I was on my back spread-eagled with hot wax in a super sensitive part of my YOU KNOW WHAT to tell me that she didnt appreciate me being 6 minutes late. So I felt like she was punishing me as she ripped the wax from my YOU KNOW WHAT. She did not do a very detailed job either. I will not be going back. The free thong panties you get after the wax job is cool...but she ruined my experience...and hurt me.

I FIRST WENT TO URBAN WAX 3 YEARS AGO AND I ALWAYS END UP BACK HERE, I enjoy the quick but efficient service. ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS I HEAR ALOT OF GOSSIP....LADIES WHISPER!!!! Smh...

I absolutely love Bridget, shes really good at her job and somehow has learned how to make waxing so much less painful!Things were going great when I was able to make an appointment but now I work with a not very predictable schedule nor close to the locations, but Im in the area of the Arcadia one sometimes on wednesdays, but rarely at the same time so Ive been walking in, which they say they accept. They cannot always accommodate me and I understand and I dont have an issue with that. However, now one particular employee here treats me as a huge annoyance and I no longer feel comfortable going back. I actually watched her roll her eyes at me just before I walked in the door, twice. At this point Id rather just get a refund, as I no longer feel good about going into the Arcadia location and other locations are not that convenient for me. Just disappointing. :(

I called in earlier today to schedule an eyebrow wax appointment at 2:15. I got off work a little bit early and instead of drive straight home and waiting a whole 20 minutes before I left I just drove straight there and on my way there I calledasking if I could come in a little bit earlier. I talked to McKenzie and she said it would be no problem for me to come in 30 mins till to just sit and wait but when I got there this snobby blonde girl acting like it was a BIG deal I got there at 1:35 like really? Calm yourself. How is me being here a tad early effecting you? Ive been a member here for a long time now but after this little attitude I might take my business elsewhere. 😒
