I am writing to commend the exceptional employee Rachel. Whenever I encounter Rachel she is always up beat, courteous, helpful and just all around pleasant and welcoming. I always feel like she is a professional and her cleaning is great.

BEDBUGS!!!!! My wife and I arrived at this hotel and imminently found food in the carpet, stains on the couch, and a broken window which would not shut (in the summer). We upon arriving requested a refund and they said they had a no refund policy. We tried to stick it out and then found bed bugs in both beds. We have taken videos of these bugs and would be happy to share with any interested party. DO NOT STAY!

I’ve never lived somewhere that smells so bad. The whole building smells like cigerattes. The location is awesome but the lobby & elevators are always trashed. If they could put some effort into getting the smell out of the building this would be a great place to live. I’ve also came home several times to homeless guest sleeping in the lobby, very unsettling. As a 24 year old im not very picky but there are multiple problems that make this not a fun place to live... The only good thing about this building is the friendly staff members!

This place stinks of smoke. We stayed here short term and it was terrible. We couldnt close the window as it was painted shut.I have allergies so I suffered all the time and it was extremely noisy. This company rents out the worst units to unsuspecting visitors. We tired to contact someone and got no help at all. The lobby and hallways stink of smoke.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.We were cleaning the units in the building, and Rob & Karla who are managers/owners in the company are withholding payment to our cleanes since April-May of this year.

Bethany does an awesome job but i honestly hate living here. the homeless people break in and use drugs in the stairway. someome or their pet pees in the other stairway. once a month someone sets off the fire alarm. even though it gets up imto the 80s they wont turn the ac on because.it atill gets vold.. idk why they cant have both on its co the weather is always up and down. the maintenance try tgeir best but they can only do so much. the laundry room.is always full or broken.and its way too small for the size

UPDATE: I just got word from Amy Renew on Stout isnt a non-smoking facility. Only in designated areas though. Inside your apartment, the hallways, the elevator, just pick a place and it is now your new designated area!If you like smoking, this is the freest destination in Colorado for it.Area Manager, Amy, is the one who simply does not care.There are multiple smokers on my floor, I have made the correct complaints, and management keeps asking for more. Amy simply does not respect the residents at ReNew on Stout.I have used her name so many times in this review because she keeps asking for more proof. Well, here you go Amy.Online and in person they will say they will make it stop, but nothing has happened.

Booking.com said space avaiable for one night at $46.00, I was charged $144.

The laundry needs some help.

Terrible communication by building management and the lobby smells terrible.Never lived here but can expect id never have any of my problems resolved if I needed to get ahold of someone.

Toured recently here and the staff was amazing. Ruben was a pleasure to work with and definitely made finding a new place to call home much easier during these crazy times.

Renew is in a great location by food and shopping. The office staff is very helpful. The new gym is a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend these apartments for anyone wanting that Downtown Denver experience.

Bethany is the best apartment Manager I have ever meet . Since I moved in a year ago she goes above and beyond to make sure issues are resolved and has maintience come fix any problem I may have experienced and Kevin does a really great job and has it repaired quickly.

Amy is the best property manager ever! She is always so helpful and goes above and beyond anytime I stop by the office for help with anything. Bethany and Kevin are great too! They all truly care About the residents here and it shows. My wife and I are very happy living here.

I enjoy living here. The new management is great. The maintenance team takes care of issues quickly. And we have trash pick up in front of our door. Awesome!Well, a few months later ....and we just renewed our lease and hope to renew again next year. The staff is awesome, super friendly and always helpful. The maintenance is still great and new updated to apartments are being made. New flooring and better lighting throughout the building. Keep up the good work

ReNew on stout is a wonderful place to live. I have been a tenant for 2 years and absolutely love living in the middle of downtown Denver. Everything I need is within a 15 minute walk and public transportation is extremely accessible. Even though it is located on 16th street mall it is a fairly quiet building that is pet and family friendly. The management and maintenance team is top tier! 10/10 would recommend.-Ryan McDonald

Perfect spot downtown. I can walk to work and don’t have to deal with the traffic. The building upgrades are looking good.Im anxiously waiting for the new laundry machines and fitness center. Kevin is always timely with my maintenance requests and Bethany and Amy are always helpful.

I have to say that I was less then thrilled when I heard the building was going to have new owners.To my surprise, I am very happy with the new management team and everything being done to make the building more aesthetically pleasing. I have only had to put in one maintenance request and it was handled the same day.The staff has been so friendly and informative about the plans to renovate the building. I am looking forward to the new fitness center and dog wash. This place keeps getting better and better.

Love the building and my apartment. Sad that I am moving soon. Amy, the manager has been so compassionate and helpful. I will definitely recommend Renew on Stout to anyone that is looking to move. You will love living here if you enjoy city living.

I love this building and what the new owners are doing to it. It was already a great place to live and it just keeps getting better and better. I can walk to everything I need and I really enjoy being in the heart of the city. The new staff is professional and efficient. I’m not embarrassed to invite people over now that the hallways look new and clean. The computers and printer in the business center are super helpful. I can print documents without having to run to Kinkos. I’m also looking forward to the new fitness center.

Easy access to Union Station and all that downtown living has to offer. Noise/sounds that come with downtown living might not be for everyone, but I personally love this location and the community. The maintenance staff is very efficient in tending to any repairs that need to be made, and the management staff just as pleasant and helpful.

Location is great! The office staff and maintenance man do a wonderful job. Neighbors are friendly. Looking forward to all of the changes taking place. Can’t wait for the new fitness center!

The location is good. Staff is nice. Good office hours. Maintenance is fast. Each apartment comes with a storage unit. The foyer is kept clean.

Can’t beat the location. Staff is professional and friendly. I love the awesome view of the city from my windows. If you enjoy city living this is a great place to live.

I definitely have seen improvements due to new management. I specifically think maintenance does a great job, and issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Glad to have new management here!

I have lived in this building for about three years now and have no current desire to move. I love the new staff and all the changes that are being made for the building. The noise level is so low, I have heard my neighbors just a handful of times in the past three years of living here. The staff is very kind and very helpful with all needs and they make everyone feel welcome. The security staff that is at our building also keeps my piece of mind, as well as the piece of mind for my family, knowing that I will be safe as I continue to live here. Apt 313 will not be available for quite some time if ReNew keeps up the amazing work!

AC is the worst on this planet, cant keep our apartment under 85° ever and maintenance just says that its doing its best. FIX YOUR AC, WE ALMOST PAY $2000 A MONTH. this is not ok for anyone to live in - especially when we have the ac set to 60° 24/7!!!!!

Patti Muffs, the property manager, is amazing. She is super personable and friendly while maintianing impeccable professionalism. She does an excellent job maintaining units and the building. I also liked the other staff, who were friendly and professional. The building consists of affordable, eclectic lofts in the heart of downtown. It has convenient access to the light rail, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping.

Amy, Bethany, and Kevin, do a great job. they help me every time I need anything. excellent resident service.

Renew on Stout is an awesome place to live. The location is perfect; right off the 16th Street Mall and in close proximity to public transportation and great Denver nightlife. Management is the BEST. Love it here!

Renew on scooters a great place to live. Your on the main strip of Denver by all shopping centers. Nicely priced and remodeling.

Absolutely horrible place to live. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The ONLY good thing is the location. Management is the worst - they do not care about you at all. Amy just tells you what you want to hear and then NEVER does anything about your issues. I even contacted corporate when the AC broke during July and no one responded. They have been doing construction for over a year now and never bother to tell you that there will be construction noises from 7am until 7pm. Its wonderful to wake up and come home to after a long day of work! The place constantly smells terrible and I have had clothes stolen from the laundry room, but dont bother telling management because they DO NOT CARE. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere that you like to go home to! I cannot wait to move!!!

Amazing building as long as you don’t mind living downtown and dealing with the noise. Amazing lofts and management for the price

Be certain to read the contract. My ceiling leaked a dark oil-like substance on me and my bed and ruined my bedding. The building told me tough luck and it wasnt their responsibility. I replaced my bedding (and was forced to sleep on the couch for a week until it was fixed). Well...it just came back again. It seems to me that the owners/management company cares far more about their profit than the tenants.

Renovations are going GREAT, New management is awesome..this is a great place to live!

With new Management taking over the building is becoming increasing unsafe. I have lived in the building for five years and never had an issue until recently. Have been verbally and physically threatened and management has not done anything about the situation. They refuse to evict illegal Airbnb tenants even though they have done so at other properties that they manage. The only thing that goes well with this community is the maintenance staff works well.To add to this review. I have reached out to staff and the care team even since writing this review and never heard anything. Stay away from this property!

This place has so many up sides, like huge apartments, great location, reasonable price, and an awesome community. If being in the center of downtown Denver resonates, come check it out :)

Really enojiyed living here until they took away our storage unit and responded with “well we are allowed to change your lease as long as we give you notice” not worth the stress

Every month management enters every apartment to spray for pests and rodents. The management lady Patty was a bully toward me and she would micro manage the way we designed our place with our furniture.
