Ive tried a lot of group fitness workouts and in my experience, Orange Theory Fitness is by far the best.Come get some! πͺ
Worst OT location I have been to. My coach had terrible music that was so unmotivating. She also mumbled when she spoke so I could barely understand what I was supposed to do. Lastly, the equipment is all so old and broken. Not a fan
Great place to work out and excellent trainers!
They have whipped me into shape. Thanks OTF!
Every single class in intense, but not overwhelming, you get to go at your own pace. If youre serious about your fitness goals, give this place a try. Some people say Crossfit, but if you like functioning knees and shoulders and want to avoid surgery, stick with OTF.
I went to my first Orange Theory class and it happened to be at the Sandy Springs location. The friendly staff of Desi, Luke, and Dawn greeted me as soon I walked in. I was checked-in and shown around their facility. Once class started, I got a great feel of their program and their culture. They welcome all types of fitness-levels as their programs are built for everyone. I felt welcomed and really enjoyed the experience.-Thank You OT Sandy Springs!
I love orange theory. But luckily my home studio is east Cobb and not here. I called 2 hours before class to book a spot and I get to the class and the class is full and system is down. My understanding is that calling does not need a system. Not nice
Ive been a member of OTF for almost 2 years and I havent gotten bored with the workouts. Theres a nice pattern/rotation and I feel like every muscle group gets worked. Every coach and staff member in Sandy Springs consistently greets me with a smile and they know my name, so I dont feel like just another body at a gym. Im consistently encouraged to push myself during the workouts and its hands down the most effective 60 minute workout Ive tried.
Amazing customer service. They really work with you.. not only for your fitness goals but also with any issues you have with your account. Thank you!
The best place to work out. The front desk staff is outstanding, the coaches are super encouraging and very professional and the varied workouts make it easy to keep me motivated. I highly recommend this facility
I really like that it is a group workout but is individual at the same time. The coaches are motivating and push me to keep moving! I really enjoy that I am able to track my workout results for each class and how it is compared to the previous week and month. I have been part of this program for almost two months now and I am already seeing results!
Loved the atmosphere and vibe! My husband and I felt welcome there and we loved the trainers. Great location right by Another Broken Egg and other restaurants in the area!! We will definitely be back to visit in the future ;)
Whats not to like? The instructors are great! The work out is hard but fun! I like the variety and I feel tired but good afterwards. Give it a try!
Wow!! What a great concept and group of folks. I highly recommend to try Orange Theory Fitness out. I tried a free class and brought my sister. We had never done this type of training before. The time flew by and we were able to get personal coaching in a group setting. It was a win win. Burn a good amount of calories and have fun. I do not know to many gyms where you can do that. Plus the owners and staff genuinely care about you as an individual, helping you to each your health goals, as well as becoming a part of their community. You can see and feel the true passion and commitment coming from Kim and Julie. Thanks Ladies!
Great customer service. The simple gesture of greeting me by name when I come in for a workout goes a long way. Also, trainers are diverse and motivational throughout the workout. It makes me want to push a little bit more. A bit of hiphop and modern music doesnt hurt either. It motivates me more.
I love the whole staff, very welcoming. The workout was awesome, exactly what I need. A great intensive hour workout. I canβt wait to return for more.
Best workout out there! Have been a member for 1 1/2 yrs and the workout never gets old. I love the variety and the challenge. It is a whole-body approach and you feel great after each class.
Do not have to pre-think about workout before arriving. Every workout is different. High intensity makes me feel like I am optimizing my 60 minutes. Music and energy of class makes the 60 minutes fly by. Its super fun and you see results! Also, great coaches and staff!
Workouts vary daily. Good blend of cardio and strength, alternating muscle groups and intensity. Group workouts but individually paced. No pressure. Love it!
I just started OrangeTheory but so far itβs been awesome! The Sandy Springs location is nice, the staff have been very friendly so far, and so have the members that workout there! Iβm enjoying the workouts and facilities.
If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. This studio is the reason I am canceling my membership.Ive been to multiple studios (Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Tampa, Boston, Woodstock) and had great experiences at all them, even done community events with my OTF Family. And then I had to relocate for work, which made me try this location because it was closer.I have never felt so unwelcome or so uncomfortable ever in a studio, especially an Orangetheory studio. The front desk couldnt be bothered to answer your questions, arent friendly/welcoming whatsoever, and to be honest, kind of rude if you ask them a question. I felt like I was intruding just by asking where the lockers were.I felt uncomfortable in the few classes I tried here and wasnt able to really focus on my workout because of the uncomfortable vibe I got whenever I walked in. No one talks to each other, and the front desk doesnt really engage with their clients. This studio does not have a community vibe about it whatsoever and the precedent is set by the front desk.If youre looking for a friendly, welcoming studio experience where it feels like a community, this studio is not for you.
Love OTF where ever I go! Coaches are very supportive and give lots of encouragement and praise. Staff was awesome and very welcoming to me in my visit. If I ever get back in the area for a visit again I will definitely return for a visit and workout.
I like the fact that I can burn so many calories and get an excellent workout in an hour. The staff is really friendly and I love the fact that theyre committed to knowing me. This has become like a hobby to me and the trainers are wonderful as well!
Great studio, great coaches, great workout. This studio has enough room so you donβt feel as cramped as some other locations. Nikki was a thorough coach. I love the OTF workout!
Horrible customer service. We wanted to try the free trial class and Luke called us on the day of to ensure that we are residents of Sandy Springs in order to get the class. It is ridiculous that they base who gets the class by where you live. Weβre in one of the largest commuter states. I could be living in Gainesville and working in Sandy Springs and I would want to workout in Sandy Springs whether to avoid rush hour traffic or because there isnβt a gym location in my area. Luke just hung up the phone abruptly and didnβt even consider an exception. In a city where thereβs a gym option on every corner, OrangeTheory has lost its touch with reality and is clearly not forward thinking. Take your business elsewhere where you feel like a valued customer. F45 is right across the street- much better workout and way better customer service.
Love the coaches and workout! Great for those that are pressed for time and dont want to try and plan a workout. The format makes it easy for you to get a full body workout in an hour.
I absolutely love OT! The trainers really push and the environment really makes you wanna work hard. Not to mention you canβt beat the price. Randy is my favorite trainer
I liked the work out because it wasnβt to high impact and didnβt put a lot of pressure on my knees. I was able to work really hard the entire hour and felt that I reached the right zones and burned a lot of calories.
Such a great workout facility! The instructors are great as well as all the staff members. Most staff members know me by name which makes it feel like as second home.
Ive Bevin a member for a year and a half and go 5-6 days a week. It is totally my jam. Classes change daily and always remains challenging...great sense of community exists as well!
Its a great overall workout that changes daily and causes me to do more than Id do on my own. Its the fastest hour on the planet!
My girlfriend and I joined OTF together over a year ago after I finished rehab my broken leg. Now we go at least 3-4 times per week, and feel better than ever about ourselves than we ever have. The staff is really cool at the Sandy Springs location, but the beauty of OTF is that you can sign up for classes at any gym around the country outside of your home gym too. If youre looking to get out of the big box gym and get serious about getting into shape with a great group of people... Youve come to the right place!
Thrilled with my OTF results! Best coaches who will help you reach your goals!!! I LOVE OTF Sandy Springs!!!
Listen the class will kick your butt!!! But its so worth it and you burn so many calories. I literally feel the burn the next day and I mean metabolism kicking. Its pretty awesome and great investment.
Great workout and special thanks to Matt for making my experience so awesome!
1 hour flies by with this team. Desi and Sam are great trainers. Been coming to OTF for over 2 years and no workout is ever the same!
I took my first Orangetheory class this morning before work and I am sold! Even though I am feeling under the weather, i still have energy from the workout and I am super excited to begin this new fitness regimen.
I like the structure and enthusiasm that the instructors provide. I also like how it incorporates weights and cardio for a well balanced workout.
Drove by the soon to be Orangetheory Fitness in Sandy Springs and the folks that work there are amazing! They were very knowledgeable and there were trainers on staff to speak to me about my personal goals and what I wanted to accomplish from being a member ... Go Orange!
Great gym to work out at .you see results i love it
Did the free trial class and my experience was as follows: while the class itself is a great workout, it is disjointed in the sense of you are not explained the flow of things in a manner that is at all receivable. You have music blasting to keep up the spirit, and the trainer is constantly adjusting volumes to project their voice over the music and then the inverse.I compensated for this by moving whenever the faces of the group I started a specific workout with moved. Not until the very end was a chart mentioned that explained the levels of workout groups. My problem with OTF is their lack of congenial environment. For me, it does not compel me one way or the other if I am speaking to an owner or to an employee of the company, but it was advertised to me as though something spectacular would happen since the owner was present. (There was nothing of note) I went in fully excited for the experience, and left highly aggravated by the pushy agenda, unkempt personage, the unclean and cramped bathroom, and the lack of feeling as though whatever decision I made would be considered the right choice. The reason why I am actually taking the time to write a review --and give it a 1 star at that-- is because this company will harass you like a plague for lack of better words.I asked Larry, an employee of OTF, to give me a week to decide what my decision would be, as I wanted to confer with my coworker on the viability of OTF as a workout regime that I could get behind.Instead, I within 72 hours I was contacted via email, via text and via a phone call + a voicemail. That continued in a pattern until my own time frame of commitment was reached, and I then reached out, after receiving yet another phone call, and politely declined the opportunity to join OTF.I asked to be removed from further communication avenues. Instead, I recieved more follow up emails, and now another (which is rrally the final straw) asking me about the trainer of the night I went..over 3 weeks ago. Let me just say that its an invasion of mental peace to have to work out how to block text messages, mark multiple emails as spam, and reject phone calls because they decide to call whenever is convenient for them.I will repeat that I am disenchanted throughly of OTF on the sole experience I had at this location. I will never join one at this point either.Thank you for your time in reading this -- best of luck to you in your search for a workout program!
