Have been partnering with Travelers Haven for a few years and love working with them! I am always amazed with their level of detail and assurance. Sara and her team provide all around great service to their customers and treat their vendors as true partners.

Used Travelers Haven for temp housing in the Nashville area. I was told in email that I could move in on a certain day, only to find out that the date was actually two days later, which was a major inconvenience, as I was staying in hotels waiting on the apartment. After moving in, I had to wait several more days to have internet connected. Never got cable, though we were led to believe we would. The apartment reeked of cigarettes and was disappointing compared to the images used to advertise it. All of this was manageable, however, and my contact Trevor did everything he could to make it right -- but the last problem was just too much. When I first made the deal, I informed Travelers that I would only be staying one month. But then I failed to repeat this official notice on a specific date. In the end Im being charged for two weeks rent after I will have already vacated. Plus, the rent is already outrageously high for the quality of the apartment and furnishings, and to have to pay this exorbitant amount when I wont even be using the apartment is simply gut-wrenching. Some of this is certainly my fault, as I failed to scrutinize the fine print. Still, after all the inconveniences and miscommunications that I tolerated and forgave, it now seems that Travelers simply has their hand in my pocket, milking me for as much as they can. Its been an awful experience and I recommend searching for a more organized, informed, and hopefully compassionate company for your temp-housing needs.

My employer used Travelers Haven to obtain corporate housing. The move in process was simple and easy. The apartment furnishings were in good condition and I had all the necessities I needed minus a few things.

Alec was incredible to work with. He helped me through the entire process and was extremely accommodating to my schedule and preferences. Next time I’m away on business for an extended period of time I will definitely be using travelers haven.

I was very skeptical of utilizing Travelers Haven because it seemed too good to be true. I was wrong. Travelers Haven has been user friendly, responsive, and helpful when I had questions. I was cringing at having to report that I had a leaky dishwasher. I expected all sorts of excuses why I could not get the dishwasher repaired. I utilized the Travelers portal and within an hour I had a follow up email and the dishwasher was repaired the following day!

Something as simple as getting WIFI turned on has become an almost 1 month process. The biggest issue isn’t that we don’t have it, instead it’s that the agent refuses to answer her phone or at least follow up with a simple text. I didn’t want to get to this point however since no one is answering this will hopefully get a response.

My apartment came with everything that I needed and it all works great, no complaints. Not having to worry about getting my apartment set up definitely made my transition into my job a little easier.

We are relocating to El Paso and needed a furnished rental. Alec was wonderful to work with - he went above and beyond looking for the perfect rental to meet our needs. He was professional and kind during a stressful time.

Extremely unorganized. The move in was a gong show from start to finish. No interest access, no washer or dryer when I arrived. Customer service is basically non existent. Not clear what service TH actually provides.Currently without internet access again without any clear reassurance that TH has a game plan for fixing.

This is by far the worst company that I have ever leased from.Travelers Haven does not communicate effectively or almost at all.They refuse to allow me to have direct email contact with the apartment although the apartment and I have asked several times. Travelers Haven finally agreed twice to sending emails from the apartment to me and then they never sent them. They barely responded to my emails but were so adamant about asking me for my service cat’s vaccine information.Travelers Haven did not tell me: how to set maintenance requests, about the hot water not working at my apartment, pool reservations no longer being allowed, the fitness app that I should use to check into the the apartment fitness classes, my parking spot or even that my guests should park in a spot with a green dot.Therefore, even though I went through the tedious process of registering each of my guests vehicles and writing out their parking passes, two of their cars were towed at $390 each. Also, I did not know where to park for the first few weeks of living at my apartment so my car was at risk of being towed as well. Furthermore, I reserved the pool through the apartment fitness app for a pool party without reason since Travelers Haven did not send me the email from the apartment stating that. When my guests arrived we did not have anywhere to sit, grill or place our food.Worst of all, I was told today, Monday, July 11 that I have to move out by this Wednesday, July 13. However, I work Monday through Friday but even if I didn’t work, who can move in only two days anyway? When I spoke to the leasing office at the apartment they said that their resident services office notified Travelers Haven of us having to move out so suddenly 30 days ago. Once again, Travelers Haven dropped the ball, this time a big one.

My experience with travelers haven has been awful. My experience with the apartment was not what was promised. I was assured a safe, quiet environment. The neighbor above me must of been on drugs, loud slamming doors all night, I couldn’t sleep. This continued during the day hours. They will not issue a refund. I am looking into legal action. In addition to not providing a refund for a place I stayed less than 24 hours, they are telling me I have to pay an additional 10 days rent. They never provided another address for a place to stay. They will not hold up their end of the bargain for what they promised for me to sign a contract. Do your homework! Don’t accept an apartment from them, unless you view the living conditions!

I travel as an interim Nursing Director. I have had nothing but bad experiences with Travelers Haven. I would give them a “0” if I could. I was in L.A. at the same facility for a year and they kept billing me instead of my company. Same for 2 years in San Francisco. Plus I had to move to 3 different apartments during that time due to their failure to renew my lease timely!Now I’m working outside of D.C. Today, my apt. was supposed to be ready for me by 3 PM. I arrived around 3:30 to discover the leasing agent had not received a necessary form that he sent to them on April 24th. The furniture company was there but couldn’t deliver because the leasing agent couldn’t release the keys until he got the form. I finally got in the apt. at 6:15 PM!! Of course, that couldn’t be the end. I discover there is no cable or internet!!! I have 2 TVs and my laptop with no way to use them. This is beyond frustrating!! No access to my work portal or to entertainment!! We know internet won’t magically happen tomorrow either! I just hope it happens this week or I’m going to have to find a library or bookstore.

Brittany seems to not own a phone or doesn’t use hers cause she does not answer it or ever respond. The fact that she gets paid at all. This entire company is a joke to deal with and every step of the way as been a complete hassle and nuisance.

Move in was easy. They took care of all the paperwork and set up.

Travelers Haven is a scam. As a short-term contractor, they have immense appeal considering the ease of which everything is advertised as. The turn around time was good, but you can see why:They did not properly vet the apartment they placed me in. It has mold, blocked vents from buildup, clear water damage, cracked floors, dirty carpets, broken appliances/doors, and other residue.Keep that in mind while you look at your receipt and talk to your account manager. That cleaning fee (that they so clearly didnt apply toward cleaning)? Not refunded.Ask them to resolve it, and they get maintenance (from the apartment complex...not at their expense) to come and do a poor job at addressing complaints.Heres the kicker: You can expect to pay approximately double what the rent actually is. They claim the upcharge is for handling your utilities/cable/internet and renting furniture. Local sourcing tells me that they pad each of those (i.e furniture rental at $600 was my line item; local sourcing quoted me at $379), as well as their standard upcharge overall (mine was an additional $200). In case that isnt bad enough, they charge you their one-time fee for their services at the signing of your contract... for $350.Avoid this company like the plague. I am currently talking to a lawyer and the BBB about this business.

I work for a marine construction company in Jacksonville, FL. We do a lot of work along the east coast of the United States. We house our employees in apartments due to the lengthy amount of time they can be away from home. Travelers Haven has been a life saver when it comes to finding a nice place for our employees. Theyre the absolute best when it comes to securing a safe unit, either furnished or not and making sure all utilities are up and running prior to move in. All the employees have to do is an application and go pick up keys to the unit when its ready for move in. I couldnt recommend their services enough. The employees are fantastic and really build a great work relationship with you. I feel theyre a team member of mine, which makes the entire process so much more enjoyable. Ive had the chance to work with 3 different team members, two for housing and one from finance. They were all exceptional! Be Forewarned!! I contacted and partnered with Travelers Haven to find a corporate unit for my family and I. Bad Mistake! From the unit they placed me in to the professionalism or lack thereof of the Accounts Manager, Daniel Knigge, this experience ranks as one of the lowest of my professional tenure spanning 30+ years. As you can discern from the pictures included, the complex Travelers Haven partnered with appeared to hastily arrange a unit that failed in every manner to meet any corporate standard.To make matters worse which was as insulting as the apartment itself, Daniel, when contacted, was actually more concerned with the lease than the safety of my family and quality of life expectations commensurate with the nearly $3K I paid for the accommodations. He failed to return my calls choosing instead to send veiledly thinned emails inquiring about how it was going? After 96 hours of waiting for another viable course of action...enough is enough. Less than 10 feet from a major street, loud and blaring music at 2:00 a.m. from the apartment above, and general lack of safety controls equates to a subpar environment.Daniel, I am hopeful erroneously, articulated that Travelers Haven was not responsible for the surrounding environment (safety) and had not seen the property. Both unacceptable standards, as I am certain Travelers Have has, as part of its corporate strategy, pre-defined criteria with those housing organizations it partners with.Do your research, I erred in this regard as I blindly entrusted (and compensated) Travelers Haven to do so on my behalf!

Excellent service. In the beginning when finding an apartment that meet my needs was a little bit tricky as my budget was one thing but was given an option way higher than it. But, by talking with the employee, we sorted it out and found a happy medium that worked out perfectly. When I got to the apartment it was missing the washer/dryer, dirty apartment and one shower was not working. However, my account manager was really helpful managed to fix everything within 3 days. I would have imagine if I try to solve it myself going to the leasing office it would have taken way a lot more time.During my stay, any doubt that I had or problem, it got solved pretty quickly. Communication was never a problem for me.This was my first time renting an apartment in a place Ive never visited and Travelers Haven definitely made it easier for me. I definitely recommend and will use their services again in the future.

We are very satisfied with the work from Travelers Haven . We were looking for reasonable apartment living while waiting for medical surgery. Its definitely the way to go . Hotel living gets old after about two weeks. They take care of everything down to the forks and knives in the drawer, sheets, towels, cable etc. I highly recommend Travelers Haven to assist you with all of your housing needs and accommodations .They found us a nice apartment in a very nice neighborhood and we are close to parks, shopping . I used travelers haven to find a short term lease on a furnished apartment in Milwaukee, WI. If you are searching for something similar I highly recommend travelers haven. I know they are able to find housing in many cities.I was sent on a temporary assignment for work that meant either staying in a hotel or finding a short term lease for 90 days. I preferred something with a kitchen that would feel a little more like home and would be furnished. I found multiple companies that offered furnished apartments, including two that were offering housing in the same apartment complex, travelers haven and a competitor. The competition was significantly higher priced than travelers haven even though it was the exact same apartment.Initially, I worked with Alex Woods to set up my lease. I had a lot of questions since work was paying for the apartment and I was going to be moving in sight unseen. Alex was great, and able to answer every question in a timely and professional manner. Alex even shared his personal experience with parking a pickup truck inside of parking garages, which ultimately helped me to make my decision on which apartment I chose.After signing my lease, my account was transferred to Sarah Block. Sarah was amazing as a client experience specialist. Again, work was paying the bill and because of it, I ended up having a lot of extra questions and hoops to jump through. Sarah was expertly professional and knowledgeable. If I did have a question she was not sure of, she searched out the answer and responded in a timely manner.Ultimately, if I ever need corporate housing again Travelers Haven will be the only company I do business with. Ive had a great experience with Travelers Haven! booked a short term rental sight unseen, but they worked with the property manager to take current photos so I could see it. When I arrived to check in, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and all the extra little touches left to make the move in smooth.

At a time when we were too busy with medical issues, Keith found us available temporary housing, had it fully furnished, secure for my caregiver to move into. We own and manage apartment communities in the US and have never had such a convoluted transaction in attempting to simply provide elegant quarters for medical professionals.We found our inaugural experience with the company an administrative bungle from the onset. We would not, under any circumstance, deal with Travelers Haven again. Its staffers are young neophytes who have not the slightest idea of how higher-end multi-family real estate operates.An administrative nightmare is an understatement.

If I could rate Travelers Haven as 1000 stars I would. The company itself is DREAMY has always been easy to work with. I work for Greystar Property Management - and have had the pleasure of coordinating short and long term leases at six different properties in Denver. Over the last six months, my relationship with Travelers Haven has only gotten better - mostly because of Jessica Englund. We work well together whether we have two days or two months to get an apartment ready for move in. I wish I could fill my entire community with Corporate leases through Travelers Haven.

Ive been traveling for 4 years with my current employer. Travelers Haven has been good. The apartments are clean and fully furnished. If there is an issue there is an emergency number and there is someone available to help with our needs.

As a first time user of Travers Haven, I was very impressed with the responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff. If ever I had any problems or concerns, they responded almost immediately. That in itself, helped me out so much and decreased my stress. Would definitely recommend!

I really enjoy working with Travelers Haven. They are very knowledgeable in all areas of corporate rentals, easy to work with, communicate on all aspects of the agreement, and make doing business fun. Every state has its challenges and budget constraints when setting up corporate housing and I truly feel like they are my partner while setting up my accommodations. Thank you to Hotel Engine as well, as that makes setting up a hotel very easy and saves me a lot of money.

I have attempted to obtain a quote from this company for housing but nobody will call me or email me, a complete lack of service. I was able to contact BLVD Suites and they responded quickly. I dont know how this company stays in business with their complete lack of customer service.

I recently moved to Nashville and used Traveler’s Haven to lease my apartment. The process was smooth and easy and I felt like Kevin and Sarah had gone above and beyond to make sure that I got into a new home and could begin my life here. I was so thankful for everything they did for me.One week to the day after I moved into my new apartment, Nashville was struck by several deadly tornadoes overnight. My neighborhood and apartment building had been directly hit. In the light of day, I found myself alone in a new city with no home. I was physically ok, but traumatized and terrified about what was going to happen. I texted Sarah to make her aware of what happened hoping she could help in some way.Next thing I knew, both Kevin snd Sarah had texted me, told me everything was going to be ok and assured me that they were going to help me. The exemplary customer experience they had already shown me was nothing compared to what happened next.In the midst of chaos, uncertainty, and hundreds of displaced people, Kevin went to work trying to find me a new home. Power was out, apartment complexes were over wrought with calls from people desperately seeking new homes, and the whole city was in shock. I had temporarily been put in a hotel by my employer, but the clock was ticking. .... I had 5 days. I’m not sure how he did it but on the second day, Kevin secured my new home!He and Sarah communicated flawlessly. I knew what was happening and how hard they were working to ensure I would have a place to live. My move in day is Tuesday... one week from the day the tornado hit. But there’s still more!! When they found out that there would be a 2 day gap between my hotel stay and my move in date they made sure that it was taken care of and called the hotel to add the extra days!In a time when I felt completely alone and unsure of essentially everything, Kevin and Sarah stepped in and handled every detail. Traveler’s Haven and the people they employ are beyond amazing. I have never met people who put so much heart into helping their customers.Thank you Kevin and Sarah!!!!! You took a horrifyingly difficult situation and made me feel safe and cared for. You are beyond great at what you do.... you are great people. I appreciate you more that you could possibly know!!!!

Travelers Haven has gone above and beyond to make sure that UNA Purchasing is taken care of. They have made sure that our experience has been smooth and beneficial on both ends, and we appreciate the relationship that has been established throughout this process. Daniel was my agent. He did his part. Found us a great place to stay and the furniture in the apartment was all so great. What was not so great was the accounting department. They did not take the first or the last month rent out of my account when they said. I agreed that they could take out the two months rent over a four week period the month of Feb., which they did not follow through with. They started taking money out the month of April (more than agreed upon). When I called, they said I owed them more money than my contract stated. They quoted invoices, which never received. My roommate, account was debited $500 more than our contract stated. Which they stated, was owed to them.

I normally stay at hotels for work assignments, but was referred to Jordan from Travelers Haven to get an apartment for a longer posting. He was absolutely first class. He worked very hard to find the best option within the budget, and Im very happy with the way things turned out. I was able to get the best possible internet and cable, and the furnishing was excellent. Thanks Jordan!
