Had my truck all day paid. $85.00And still tipped the workers$25They wouldn’t return my vehicle when I asked them when it wasn’t complete I had already paid them and they refuse to return my property till I called the police so I left everything bro for the program

I went with my Uncle to get his car cleaned before the pandemic and I loved how they took their time with his car. So I decided to go and I want disappointed. Loved the service provided.

Friendly staff but the quality of their full package clean leaves room for some desire. I shouldnt have to go back over the windshield because I have circle streaks left on the inside due to poor quality work. The body has spots like that too but that doesnt hinder me driving so I didnt fix them.

I have been here 4 times so far and they provide excellent service for th price. Other place dont vacuum, dont wipe down the inside dew at all. This place provides service just like...My car always comes out clean, and scent is always nice. I have never had a problem.

Sometimes it takes a while but the wait is well worth it! Staff is friendly and always leave my car looking new. They go above and beyond to make sure you will leave satisfied.

WORST OIL CHANGE EVER EXPERIENCED. I will NEVER trust this place for an oil change because I CARE about my vehicle.I am so disappointed that I can NOT trust this business to change my oil. I brought them two vehicles to change the oil on. One vehicle takes 0W-20 oil and the other 5W-30. Unfortunately, this business has made it apparent that they strongly believe that the two are interchangeable.I pulled in and brought the 0W-20 vehicle in first, while they changed the oil I went home and brought back the 5W-30 vehicle. When I arrived, the mechanic told me he didn’t have 0W-20 so he put 5W-30 in it because “his computer told him the vehicle takes that.” I called my normal mechanic who is a Toyota Certified Mechanic from the dealership for the last 25 years and asked him if this was okay. My dealership mechanic said absolutely not, drain it and put the right oil in it. Problem was, they said they “didn’t have it”. No problem, I have some at home, I’ll have my wife bring it to me so just drain it and I’ll use my own oil. I’m fine with this, inconvenienced, but not a big deal, I just want the right oil in my vehicle to maintain longevity.The “owner” wants to talk to me on the phone and proceeds to tell me that the oil they put in it is mislabeled and it was 0W-20, that it is the ONLY synthetic oil they have is 0W-20. So now we have the issue that my other vehicle, with much higher mileage takes 5W-30 and I’m paying the higher price for synthetic in that as well. So which is it, which vehicle is The Apple Valley Auto Spa purposefully ruining? I have my wife bring me my own oil so I can confidently know that the right oil is in there. They drain it, and put my oil in it. This whole time the mechanic is also trying to convince me that 5W-30 is fine in a vehicle that takes 0W-20, that it is what he uses in his vehicles and it shouldn’t be a problem. I DON’T CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY NOW. I just want the right oil in my vehicle, what the MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDS, not what the CAR WASH RECOMMENDS. This shouldn’t be hard. My wife brings the oil and it is the Kirkland Signature 0W-20 5-Quart container and 3 Mobil One 0W-20 quarts and he proceeds condescendingly ask if “I really want to put this in my vehicle, if I really want to mix these two”. No sir, I really wanted YOU TO PUT THE RIGHT OIL IN MY VEHICLE THE FIRST TIME, and not have to BRING MY OWN SYNTHETIC OIL! Just put the oil in so I can get out of here and NEVER COME BACK. The two “oil” changes also were supposed to come with car washes, which I declined because I just wanted to get out of there. THIS PLACE CAN’T BE TRUSTED and I will NEVER go back. If anyone wants the free car wash coupons they gave me you can find them in the TRASH where they belong,If you care about your vehicle, DO NOT GO HERE for an oil change. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a business that should be so simple, it was just supposed to be an oil change and they see no problem using the wrong oil and will LIE TO YOUR FACE.Place also just has random oil filters trashed around with tipped over dead trees. Can’t imagine this place is going to last much longer.

Overall, this place was okay. The team was nice and the waiting area was well kept. We were there for over an hour so we were really feeling good about the overall condition of the car. Heres what we observed. The person driving out vehicle kept smashing on the breaks as he was entering the spa area and there was lacking detail in the cleanliness. There was a lot of oily residue on the interior and there were still several birth spots at the lower half of the vehicle, the grill area, and mirrors. I think they dedicated most of the time to the interior which looked better than the exterior. I would not necessarily go back because I dont have over an hour to spend on waiting and then the time for some corrections. Nice if you have patience and time.

Wish the cafe was open but my car turned out great.

This place used to be great but the last two times I came here I paid 32 dollars for them to wash the outside of my car and not touch the interior. Imagine getting in your car and the windows and dash havent been touched. This is straight bs Im not coming back here or sending anyone over here

Had my wifes car detailed, inside and out. I was impressed how well it turned out I recommend their services to anyone.

This place did a horrible job on washing my car, the hood was not clean the wheel wells still had mud inside around the tires. Would NOT go there again and did not see the hood and wheels until I got home gave the cleaner person a very good tip.

I pull into this place guy tells me to pull by the garage for an oil change waited 20 minutes and no one came to talk to me and then they pulled the vehicle in before me who came after I did. No communication, horrible service.

Made my front seat so wet the airbag sensor would not go off. Missed alot of minor detailing for a 70$ job. If I can spot it than it wasnt dealt with care and pride.

I’ve come to this car wash since I moved to the High Desert, about 3 years. I come often for a car wash, I’ve come and gotten my brakes done, oil changes and have always had a great experience. A couple of weeks ago, I paid for my car wash and had to leave due to having a dr appointment without getting my car washed. they gave me a rain check card and I left not before being harassed by the older chubby dude who kinda runs the workers. I wasn’t able to come back until today and realized I’d lost the card, but still had my receipt. I asked, figuring I’d come often enough they’d know I’ve never done this before. That’s not exactly how it went they said I still needed the card. That’s ok, I paid a second time for my car wash and I will never be back. Someone else can have my continuous business.

They did a good job on my car, however when I got my car back my phone charger was gone. Several people have told me the same thing. It cost me $40 to replace it.

I wont be coming here until they get a better staff. 1/10 wouldnt reccomend

Had a silver level detail performed on my Toyota Tundra and found that even though it hadnt been deep cleaned in a long while and they had the truck for 3.5 hours I still found the quality of work and the attention to the details to be lacking. Not really worth the price of $ 120.00 and the lake of armor all in my storage bins under the rear seats, the slippery coating on the steering wheel and a lack luster vacuum job will keep me from going back.

Very long wait. This was my first time coming here. There were only 3 cars at the vacuum area & it took half hour to be moved to washing area. Very slow to dry, I grabbed a towel & started cleaning the inside. I must have been here at least 90 minutes. Will not go back.

This place takes forever to wash a car on the weekend. At least they are consistent with that. 1 hour and 20 minutes just to enter the tunnel. Last time Im come here I think.

Good car wash, but they take way too long. Probably won’t come back just because of how long they take. Give yourself ATLEAST an hour to get your car washed here.

Thought I would give them another chance since every time I come here my car looks like a 3 year old washed it. Went this morning, had to tell them to re vacuum. Paid for wax my car doesnt even look waxed at all. Man cleaning the inside did a horrible job. Crumbs still in my backseat & in my cup holder. $32 car wash & I have to take it somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN.

SLOW! Shady looking dudes doing the vacuuming and initial cleaning; I was nervous leaving my car out of my eyesight until it started to go through the tunnel for fear that anything valuable inside would be gone by the time it got to the other end. Its 100% hand wash which is cool if they clean it well the first time and do t have to send it through again like they did mine. They staff on the drying end was good and did a great job.

Best place to get your car washed. Have been going there for a while now. They take good care of all my cars!!! Highly recommended thus place!

Pretty good. Could have hit seats better. But i didnt get the leather treatment. Windshield not.cleaned well but was ok.

Car wash is ok, but such a pain because every time we drop a car off we gotta chase down the keys. The guy outside always holds the keys hostage for a tip. Tip is better if I dont need to wait for someone to find my keys. Last time I was there I seen them crash two customers cars so make sure to keep an eye out

I used to come here to have my car washed and I never had any problems but lately things have gone down hill. Last time I was not served because it was busy which I understand but I came today to get an oil change and car wash and as pulled up to the garage there was two men who I know saw me and instead of approaching me they went in the office. I stood outside waiting to be served for several minutes and the man in the office never came out. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. I ended up leaving and went to Apple Valley Car Wash on Quantico Road. I will continue to go there instead. I was treated much better.

I Tried the Apple Valley Auto Spa for the first time today. I got the outside only wash. Man, this place is the definition of “VALUE”. The employees here were so professional and courteous. It’s the best wash I’ve ever paid for and at the best price. I was approached by Sal and I was offered an amazing discount on a hand wash and wax for my pick up. I will certainly be back to have it done and I will be letting everyone that I know where they can get the best car wash at the best price. I am truly elated to find a business that is not out to rip people off and then close their doors. Apple Valley Auto Spa is out to get your long term business and it shows. I’m always on the lookout for a business that understands true value and real customer service. The prices here are extremely reasonable and fair. If you go anywhere else, you’re wasting time and money.

Great service. Great people. Quality work. But if you ask them how long it will take, they’re just being nice. You can probably double that. Each time I have been there, it takes forever. Again, everything else is great. Just don’t come here if your schedule isn’t empty for a couple hours.

Not good for me. For a $25.99 car wash and 5.00 for 2 front floor mats. It took over an hour and a half. They took so many cars in front of mine. When I pulled up their were two trucks of to the side. One in the tunnel. And the job was just so so. Im so disappointed.

I went on a a Friday morning and they were super busy. They had enough staff to get my car finished in less than 45 minutes and I had ordered a long list of things I wanted completed. My care look fantastic!!

I got a carwash and decided to get the Hand wax done. They decided to wax right over all the bugs on the front of the car. How do you do that?!!! I notified management and rather than clean the bugs off they gave me a card for a free basic wash, which I never plan to use because I will not be returning unfortunately, which sucks because this is the closest car wash to me. Oh and btw, no one had ever come inside to tell me that the car was finished in the first place. Very disappointed to say the least.

We have been taking our cars to this establishment for quite some time now. Always have to have them re do something. This time in particular took our brand new yukon in which we have been doing every week since we bought it. The truck has scratches all over it that were not there before and even has a huge scratch on the back window. Was trying to deal with the owner but he wouldnt even talk to us we had to talk to the brother. Went back in to see of they figured out and finally looked at their cameras to see how and who did the damage. To be told by the girl at the front desk that they told her to tell us that there is nothing they can do about it. Now my attorneys are getting involved. If a 0 star was an option thats what they would be getting.

This is our 3rd time here we thought we would give them a chance being the last time our cars were not washed right, so my boyfriend and I both have muscle cars, we were here getting our car wash we were wondering why they were taking so long and why 6 other cars went before us, we walked around the corner and found the guys playing with our cars ! On top of that our cars did not come out very clean! Most likely our last time here.

4th time Ive gone. The first time was fine. 2,3 and 4 were not. I pay 32ish dollars . . . I want it done well. I check the car when done. Its not done right. Then i have to wait for someone else to redo the job. This last time I get the woman who usually fixes the problems . . . Bad. I checked the car . . . It was in the shade. Once I left I could see they cleaned the windows with a dirty rag . . . Oily. I had an appt or I would have gone back then. Call next morning. Asked for owner . . . Was told he was to busy and would call back. Still waiting . . . I dont recomend them at all!

Apple valley Auto spa is well worth the price. I was able to do my own inside detailing. We took our car here to get it washed. it was the absolute best $10 I have ever spent on a car wash. I dont think Ill ever go do Chevron car wash again for the same price.

Do not go for window tinting takes your car to two crack heads no where the facilitys at if you feel comfortable with the other people driving car across town for two crack heads to do

I would give it no stars if I could. Went there today 9/8/19 for a car wash first time to try it out and I go to get in my car and the seat was way forward. So I tried to set it back... its a electronic seat and it wont move. Goes sideways. Come to find out they broke the bar somehow when cleaning it. They they say they didnt break it. They tried to fix it, i couldnt even get in to drive it. I had no issues at all with the seats before I came in. Never EVER going back except to give them the bill for the repair of my seat.

For $150 you would think the visors would get cleaned. They didnt even touch them. Over kill on the protective shine inside the car.

Yeah the prices are good and that’s great! But what would be better is not having pieces of my car broken when I leave that would be fantastic. I showed up to get an oil change done and a car wash. But then when I got my car back the car handle on the passenger side wouldn’t open from the inside. I asked the owner about it and all he could say is that they don’t even clean the handles and that no responsibility would be taken.Great prices but not worth the 300 or more to get my car fixed after their mistakes.

Tried this place because Best car wash further west in Hesperia went from best to worse. Glad I did. Had my truck hand waxed and it came out awesome. Staff is polite and all are working hard. No car/ truck came out and sat waiting for someone to wipe it down. Highly recommend it.

They used to do a great job for a reasonable price. The last 2 times Ive come through the wash quality is ok customer service is massively lacking. This time I also got an oil change, only one here and it took 2hrs to complete. 40 min since my vehicle was moved to the car wash area and it just came through... Definitely not coming back.

Was very pleased with first visit. Car was super clean and all the employees were really friendly. The problem I had was I noticed a slacker employee that bothered me, but he didnt clean my car, so no worries. Just felt bad for the ones that I observed him half-a$$ clean. On my second visit, guess who I get stuck with, the slacker. Interior was left dirty, back window wasnt cleaned, car didnt smell clean like my first visit. It was like he was in a rush. Funny how my car came out last out of the wash, but he was the first one finished out of all the other cars. I was very unhappy. IF I go back, then I will definitely request a different employee.

After waiting for an hour the interior of the was clean on the drivers side only. The other side was not touched. There were muddy dog.paws still on the seat in back. Not hAppy.

Ive been three times so far. Each time, theyve done an excellent and relatively quick job of cleaning my car. I wont name other car washes in town, but this one if much quicker and just as clean, if not cleaner.
