When my girlfriend moved to Denver last year she used Vita Locators to find her new apartment. She was fortunate to work with Thomas Merickel. Lucky for me too, we met as she was moving in. *Changing my review based on the experience I had with the CEO today*He told me rent prices were around $2,500.00 for Fort Collins. A 2 bedroom. My research shows 2 bedrooms going from $1,300-$1,800 per month. I told him that thats not matching the information I am finding online- I only contacted them to see if they knew of any properties that would accept rent in advance in place of a job, as this is what I did last year. I explained that my fiance has an income of $5k per month, but I dont have a transferable job, so that is why I asked about the rent upfront option. He was not only cutting me off, but was speaking so matter-of-factly, and didnt seem to truly want to help. So sad, because I left a 5-star review for Adam last year, who helped me find a complex in Denver with this option. So disappointing, especially because he said hes the CEO. Cutting people off and then you wont let them get a word in- and then he suggested I go on zillow to find a private landlord. Rude.Adam B. truly made my search so easy. I told him what I wanted and did not want- he found exactly what I wanted! But honestly, when I was losing hope, he made it easy. Easy. Easy. Easy. Do not hesitate! There is NO cost to you. I was skeptical at first and quickly learned I had no reason to be! I worked the Nas, and he was exceptional. He really listened and looked for places that were within my budget and had the most if not all of my preferences. He pulled places I wouldnt have found on my own. Lastly, and equally important, Nas is professional yet FUN. Apartment searching sucks, and he made it enjoyable. I was contacted by another locator company as well, and they were no comparison to Vita or Nas. They had me look at apts out of my price range, did not consider my preference list and lacked the seamless execution like Nas and Vita. Do it! Youll be happy you did!

We started working with Thomas around early March in order to find an apartment for May once we moved out to Denver. Since we were not originally from the Denver area, Thomas was an amazing asset and knew the area extremely well. Due to COVID-19, we were not able to do in-person tours of any of the apartment complexes, but Thomas was able to schedule virtual tours online and created a seamless process for our move.Thomas was effective at narrowing down our search of apartments while also factoring in our budget and needs in an apartment. Cannot describe how INVALUABLE Mary has been in my apartment search. I was feeling overwhelmed by choice and not knowing where Id find my next perfect home and came across her information in an ad. I got to work with TC (or Thomas), and he made the apartment hunting process so easy especially for someone who is moving from out of state. TC was always so responsive to my messages and would get back to me the same day if not within the hour. When it came time to tour, TC was very accommodating and even offered to drive me to some of the locations. The entire time he was very professional but also very conversational and made me feel comfortable during the entire process.
