Ashley was so helpful in the process of choosing and finding our new apartment! We had looked at several other online sources but found many locations unresponsive or outright scams. Ashley called us to discuss what we were looking for and to determine our must haves and price range. She then sent us a document with various apartment options in the neighborhoods we were interested in.After choosing the apartments from her document we wanted to see, we set up a Saturday to see them together (5 or 6 locations I believe). She booked all the tour times with the apartments and drove us to each location. Brian made finding the perfect place a breeze!After gathering all my must-haves and nice-to-haves, he setup several appointments over two days. We saw units in various areas of the city and different types of properties to help me narrow down exactly what appealed to me. Choosing wasnt easy because they all met the requirements I provided. Brian was very professional and had personal relationships with almost everyone we talked to at each location.After seeing about 10 different places, I decided which building I wanted to be in, but the specific floor plan I wanted was not available. Brian didnt apply any pressure to choose something else; he said we should wait and he made sure he was notified when the floor plan I wanted was available. As soon as it was, just a couple weeks later, he got in touch with me and we made it happen. Im a single Australian female who recently located to the US for work. To say relocating to another country solo is daunting is an understatement.
